Is R. Kelly About To Make A Dash For Dubai??
Real Contract To Perform?…
Reportedly, it’s verified that Kelly is supposed to perform between 3 to 5 shows in Dubai, in April. Associated Press states he signed a contract for the gig prior to his arrests.
But the reported court filing of Kelly’s request doesn’t specify where he’s supposed to perform. Also, the source cites there’s no publicized “Dubai” event where he’s listed as a performer.
“Dubai’s luxury nightclubs often host hip hop and other artists for days at a time to perform and be seen among the millionaires of this skyscraper-studded city that is home to the world’s tallest building,” the source mentions. “Rich families also pay for celebrities at their parties.”
However, Dubai officials didn’t immediately respond to comment requests from AP concerning R. Kelly’s request. A venue, Dubai Opera, is under speculation after continuing its scheduled Michael Jackson tribute show. The venue told AP they’re still going ahead with the show and will comment no further on it.

Anyway, supposedly, an Illinois judge could address R. Kelly’s request during a court hearing on Friday.
