Rapper, Foxy Brown Boo’d Off Stage at Kandi Burruss’ Welcome to the Dungeon Show

The Source reports that on Saturday Night during a stop on Kandi Burruss’ Welcome to the Dungeon tour at Terminal 5 in NYC Foxy made a surprise appearance rocking a mask to hide her face. Of course everyone knew who she was when she began rapping the lyrics to she and Jay-Z’s classic cut ‘I’ll Be’. Unfortunately during her set she had trouble remembering her lyrics and when the crowd became overly displeased by her performance they booed Foxy right off the stage. Kandi came out to offer support.

Kandi Burruss tried to hold it down for Foxy Brown but the crowd was vicious. “Y’all gotta respect my girl. Let her take the mask off,” Kandi tells the crowd.

Here’s another angle where you can really hear the crowd’s disappointment.

As if that wasn’t bad enough after Foxy was whisked off the stage Kandi’s DJ decided it was time to hype the crowd up again by playing some music. His selection? ‘The Jump Off’ by Lil Kim. It’s safe to say that Foxy’s comeback appearance was an epic failure. Hopefully she’ll get another opportunity to kill it next time once the dust settles on this latest round of bad press.

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
