Vanessa Williams probably couldn’t be more proud of her 26 year old daughter right about now. Not only has her daughter just inked a new collaboration deal with MAC cosmetics, she’s also been making some noise as a singer with her new soulful, electric, R&B band. As you can see, I don’t really know how to classify her daughter’s group because they’re just doing their own thing, so it’s probably best for you to check ’em out for yourself and classify them the best way you see fit. All I do know is that they’re music is good and Vanessa’s daughter has a very similar sound to Erykah Badu, which in my opinion should be considered a compliment because Erykah is the truth!
