say about Freeman’s remarks about encouraging the American government to become LEGAL weed pushers (key word being ‘legal’ because c’mon now, we already know the government could have shut the weed game down many, many decades ago).

2. If this were the 70’s and 80’s era, Morgan Freeman would have had plenty of Old School artists backing him…hell, they probably would have even started some type of ‘artists united for legal weed’ coalition…LOL. I’m talking artists like Rick James, George Clinton and all 1000 members of P-Funk (LOL), Marvin Gaye, and according to what Marvin’s wife, Janis Gaye, wrote in her upcoming book, even Frankie Beverly would have been pushing for the legalization of weed too (she said he was known for puffing on the green stuff behind the scenes).

3. If weed is legalized, there would be far less arrests in the inner city communities.

4. If weed becomes legal across the board, would that lead to easier access for many, which may ultimately lead to more weed addictions? And if it does, based on the scientific data of weed’s medicinal usage, would those addictions be such a bad thing? Hmmm…

Answer this for us ILOSM fam’: Is the legalization marijuana a bad idea, or great idea for our society?

About I Love Old School Music
