Shanice and Flex have gone through some things that many people would have become defeated by when their careers kind of stalled for a while. At one point, they were soaring off Flex’s standup and TV career, as well as Shanice’s singing, but after a few years into their 13-year-marriage, money started to become a major problem. They’d had kids. Flex’s show One On One was a wrap, the phone calls for work stopped, and Shanice’s singing career was at a standstill.
