“Basketball Wives” star, Jennifer Williams, and her ex-boyfriend/”Welcome To Sweetie Pies” star, Tim Norman- son of Tina Turner’s former backup singer, Robbie Montgomery- once seemed like a happy couple. The world got to witness their coupled up swag on “Welcome to Sweetie Pies,” and even though many fans accused Jennifer of appearing to be a gold digger and attention seeker, Tim seemed to only see the good in her at that time. Now, they are both only seeing the bad in one another, as they continue to battle it out in court over abuse claims, stalking claims, and everything in between. Jennifer Files New Charges

In her continued efforts to show that Tim is violent and an endangerment to her life, Jennifer has turned things up a notch, by calling on a new witness. This witness reportedly got his face decorated by a flurry of punches from Tim:

Sources close to the ‘Basketball Wives’ star tell TMZ … Jennifer’s legal team has added Horace Hodges to her witness list in her quest to get a permanent restraining order against James “Tim” Norman. Remember, she already got a temporary order against Tim after claiming he’s violent and threatening. He calls BS.

Jennifer’s witness — a former pastry chef who worked with Tim — has allegedly come face-to-face with Tim’s violent ways. He sued Tim back in June of 2017 … claiming Tim damaged his left eye after punching him with his fist.

Horace ended up suing Tim for ‘physical pain, mental anguish, physical disfigurement, impairment and other damages,’ although it’s uncertain what the outcome of that lawsuit was.

Tim Norman Fires Back

Prior to Jennifer filing a restraining order against Tim, a few months ago it was Tim Norman who filed one against her first. So as to be expected, the “Sweetie Pies” star has yet again clapped back at Jennifer’s latest claims with made new allegations of his own. Not only is he maintaining his previous claims -that Jennifer is the violent one, who tried to run him down with a car and slashed his tires- but he’s also spilled the beans, to TMZ, on what he says are her true motivations for being so pissed with him…

Claims he refused to marry her for fame:

James “Tim” Norman says Jennifer is being incredibly vindictive after producers of “Sweetie Pie’s” pressed him to get engaged to her but he wasn’t into it.

Tim says he stopped giving Jennifer money:

Tim says Jennifer is also pissed off because he closed the cash register drawer on her, refusing to bankroll her online business, “Classy Girl Wardrobe.”

Jennifer trying to use him for “Basketball Wives” storyline?:

He also says she’s just trying to create a storyline on “Basketball Wives” to keep herself relevant. … he [also] says she stole money from him.

Tim never mentioned Horace- the cat with the swollen eye- in his response though, so maybe there is some truth to what Horace and Jennifer are claiming in regards to that fist fight situation.

Does This Prove Jennifer Is Plotting BBW Storyline

As far as Tim’s claims that Jennifer’s trying to use him for a “Basketball Wives” storyline, there may also be some truth in that, here’s why:

As we previously reported, on January 29, 2018 Jennifer walked out of a Los Angeles, California courthouse, all smiles after being granted a temporary restraining order against Tim (after he’d gotten one against her). The thing that caught the attention of many, is that she had a camera crew in tow and her “Basketball Wives” cast mate, Evelyn Lozada, was a part of the entourage. When paparazzi caught up with Jennifer (see the video above), as she and her people were happily leaving, she was asked if she was also using the restraining order as a storyline for an upcoming episode of “Basketball Wives.” Jennifer grinned and then stated to the cameraman, “You knoooow, I can’t really say. If you see cameras, you know something’s going on.” Hmmm…
