This alleged Jackie Jackson and Paula Abdul situation is a wild story and according to Jermaine Jackson’s former common-law wife of 7 years, it’s also a very true story.

Now, we have nothing but love for Jackie and Paula Abdul, but word on the Old School curb is that our girl, Paula “Straight Up Now Tell Me” Abdul had an alleged rendezvous with Jackie Jackson back in the day and the you-know-what hit the fan big time one evening in Los Angeles.  Jermaine’s ex, Margaret Maldonado, revealed exactly what went down in her tell-all book, “Jackson Family Values.” Scroll down for details…

According to Maldonado, Jackie’s wife, Enid caught him having an affair with Paula Abdul (at the time, a Laker Girl and would-be choreographer for Janet). Maldonado claims Jackie did little to keep it a secret during its long run. Well, in 1984, it came to a head when Jackie took Paula to a Drive-In theater in the LA area. Marlon’s wife, Carol, found out about it and told Enid and that’s when the heat got turned up.

She goes on to say, Enid drove to the theater and located Jackie and Paula and yanked ‘Ms. Straight Up’ out of the Range Rover by her hair and dragged her across the theater lot. Then Jackie tried to pull his wife away. He was still trying to help Paula when Enid got into her car and put it in reverse and ran into Jackie’s leg and broke it.

The broken leg kept Jackie from performing on the first half of the massive “Victory Tour.” Three years later, he and Enid divorced. Shortly afterwards, Enid had Jackie arrested for violating the terms of the divorce, by showing up to their former house together to use his home studio. If all of this is accurate, I guess it’s safe to assume that Enid did NOT play. All we kept hearing back in the day was Jackie broke his leg and would have to miss the tour because of a “car accident.” Glad to see that eventually all was forgiven among them and our beloved Enid Jackson was a beautiful soul, may she rest well.

The teller of this incident, Margaret (pictured above), is no longer with Jackie’s brother, Jermaine, but she and Jermaine have two children together and based on her book, she seems to have several stories to share about her former ‘in-laws.’ Nowadays she has a successful business representing photographers and stylists in Hollywood.

From the looks of it, everything’s all good now between Paula and the Jackson fam.’ A peaceful, happy ending is always a beautiful thing.

They Are None Other Than…

Yep…it’s the two eldest siblings of the iconic Jackson fam’ — “Ms. Centipede” a.k.a. Rebbie Jackson and Jackie Jackson. Now can you see the resemblance in the pics?

On a side note…at 73 years young, Rebbie is still looking fine as wine; and 72-year-old Jackie, looks like he’s found some type of reversed-aging time machine or something. These two eldest Jackson siblings are aging very gracefully. Go ‘head Rebbie and Jackie!

What Rebbie Jackson’s Been Doing In Recent Years

Here’s a quick run-down of what Rebbie’s been up to. Some years ago, Rebbie announced she was in the studio again working on a new album, not sure if that’s still in the works though. That would be the first album she’s released in 19 years. In 2011 she toured on the “Pick Up The Phone” tour, which is dedicated to teens who have committed suicide all over the U.S.. She said she felt a personal connection to doing that because one of her daughters is bipolar. Recently, Rebbie has reportedly been the caretaker of their mother, Katherine Jackson. And by the way…you can catch Rebbie on her baby sis,’ Janet Jackson’s, new self-titled Lifetime Network documentary…it’s a must-watch.

Rebbie has three children with her husband of over 44+ years, Nathaniel Brown. Sadly, Nathaniel passed away in 2013 after a battle with cancer. They also have one granddaughter together.

What Jackie Has been Up To Lately

Jackie has four children; and in recent years, he’s been constantly touring with his brothers and selling out shows across the globe. Jackie Jackson is a music icon who, along with his infamous Jackson siblings, has always been the talk of the town. This time though, it’s his son whom we wanna shed some light on. Sigmund Esco Jackson, Jr.- yep that’s also his pops’ real name- is the 41 year old son of Jackie. He also goes by the names, Dealz and/or Siggy. Anywho, for those who aren’t really up on everything the Jackson family does, Siggy and Jackie share a really tight bond. Siggy was also very close with his uncle Michael, just as he still is with MJ’s kids and the rest of his family.

Speaking of MJ’s babies, two of them- Paris and Prince- participated in Siggy’s and his beautiful wife’s September 2017 wedding. Before we get into why folks are surprised by the newlyweds, we wanna send a big congratulations to Siggy and his bride –who now has a name similar to her aunt-in-law– Toyia L. Jackson (much like LaToya Jackson).

Why Many Are Surprised By Jackie’s New Daughter-In-Law

Now, here’s the thing about Toyia that caught our attention, as it did many others. People are very surprised to see that Siggy has done something that most of his Jackson family are not currently doing- he married an African American person.

Yep, you read that right, a Jackson actually married and has kids with a Black woman. Ordinarily that wouldn’t be a big deal, but c’mon now, we all know that is a rarity in the Jackson fam.’ That’s not a diss by any means, just the truth. Although Jackie’s late ex-wife (Siggy’s mother), Enid Jackson, was African American, that was long ago in the 1970’s and 80’s. But in recent years, that’s changed and he’s now happily married to his Caucasian wife, Emily…

Of course there is absolutely nothing wrong with interracial marriages whatsoever, because love is love. However, the reason Toyia and Siggy have people looking at them and saying, “Whaaaaaat?!!,” is because the Jackson fam’ is huge, but we can probably only count on one hand how many of them are actually currently married to/dating people who look like them.

One thing we’ve always dug about Michael Jackson’s nephew, Siggy Jackson (above, L), is his outspokenness, especially when it came to standing up for his iconic fam.’ In case y’all aren’t familiar with Siggy, he’s the 41 year old son of Jackie Jackson. He’s also just dropped hella bombshells about the Leaving Neverland MJ accuser, Wade Robson, among other things that the public never knew. Peep the excerpts from his recent interview on Power 106-Los Angeles…

Why his Dad, Uncles, & Aunts aren’t speaking out about Leaving Neverland:

“People like my father (Jackie Jackson) and my aunt (Janet Jackson), they can’t really speak, because if they say anything outta order, they gon’ get judged. Well you know what? I’m not gon’ fu**in’ get judged. I’m the second generation, I’m here to tell…what it is. They have to be courteous and classy…I’m here to come and be nasty, because…they’ve (accusers) been firing at our family for years. And here’s the real problem-I got children, I got a wife, I stand behind my last name proudly.

We haven’t had a chance to actually mourn my uncle.…I’m coming to tell the truth of who my uncle was.”

Siggy made it clear that he is “a child of Neverland” and that he was always by his uncle’s house as a kid. He calls MJ’s accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, “liars.”

Jackie Jackson’s daughter, Brandi Jackson (pictured above), and accuser Wade Robson, have a serious history together:

Siggy: “Wade dated my sister for quite a long time, it was somewhere around 9 years. …Yeah, I KNOW Wade! We spent a lotta time with him up in Neverland. I met his Moms, Joy, I met Shantel…and I’m not gonna speak too badly about them. They’re opportunists.”

He later added that he was always at Neverland with his sister, Brandi, Wade, as well as Wade’s mom and sis’, but that his uncle Michael was “never there,” because “my uncle was a BUSY man.”

Siggy then accused Wade of making up false claims about Michael because his money and work has dried up:
“So people are forgetting the basics. … He (Wade) started off lying to the public. Then threw out another lie, then retracted, then said ‘Oh, I’m gonna write a book!’ Well, the book…flopped. ‘Oh wait I’m gonna sue the estate!’… It got thrown outta court.

The past few weeks have been tough on the Jackson family, in particular on Michael Jackson’s children- Michael “Prince” Jackson Jr. (22), Paris Jackson (20), and Blanket Jackson (17). Though the siblings are accustomed to growing up in the media frenzy surrounding their iconic Pops- even in death- there’s always a first time for everything, and for Michael Jackson’s kids- this is pretty much their ‘first’ time witnessing an ‘MJ sex scandal’ firsthand, as it transpires. Why? Because although they’ve obviously heard about the child sex abuse rumors regarding their Dad, they were not born when MJ’s first sex case went down in 1994. Also, for MJ’s second case and ultimate 2005 sex abuse trial -when he was acquitted of all charges- Prince, Paris, and Blanket were only 8, 7, and 3 respectively, far too young to understand what was really going on.

Now, after the Leaving Neverland documentary recently aired, in which Wade Dobson and James Safechuck make explicit child molestation allegations against MJ, MJ’s kids have apparently handled it in different ways. While Prince and Blanket seem to be handling it okay, unfortunately, Paris Jackson made headlines for her attempted suicide following the documentary release. Now that more details are out about her attempt and her actions thereafter, her big cousin, Siggy Jackson (Jackie Jackson’s son), has stepped up to defend her from the many inquiries and prying eyes.
