The church roof is needing repairs in the tune of $250,000, and Relentless Church pastor John Gray has asked his congregation to foot the bill. And guess what, that’s in addition to what’s already collected for weekly tithes and offering.

Just a little background on this situation, Pastor Gray said he inherited millions of dollars in debt when the Relentless Church took over the building from outgoing Pastor Ron Carpenter. He moved his Redemption Church ministry to California after 25 years at the Greensville, South Carolina.

The video that’s starting circulating was from a sermon on February, 10th, where Gray broke down the church’s financial need. But remember this is after, the pastor received tons of backlash after major giving his wife a truck that costs over $200,000! He gave is wife, a brand new Urus, a new truck made by foreign manufacturer Lamborghini. It was a gift for their 8th wedding anniversary celebration. She was literally screaming.

The pastor gave this expensive truck to his wife, after just ahead of the “emotional affair” with is alleged mistress.

Pastor John Gray had a pretty tough week, last week. As we reported, he admitted to having an “emotional affair” with a woman while married to his wife, Aventer Gray.

The woman who claims to be Pastor John Gray’s alleged mistress was at the center of Pastor John Gray‘s emotional affair claims. She claimed it was more than emotional, it was physical, and she had the voicemails to prove it.

With the released voicemails from their time together, including one of the married church leader warning her that wife, Aventer Gray, was aware of her presence at their hotel.

God Is My Witness

Pastor Gray is now re-addressing the affair, saying that regardless of what is heard, he never physically cheated on his wife.

“The last three months have been the hardest of my life. So many things said about me. Some of it true. Most of it not,” Gray wrote on Instagram. “I didn’t sleep with anyone. Period. God is my witness. And anyone who I’m accountable to will tell you that when I’m wrong-and I’ve been wrong many times-I’ve admitted, repented and moved forward.”

He continued, “I’ve gone to God and faced ME in a way I’ve never done before. And I’m a better man for it. Some seasons simply teach you a lesson and you move on. But this season was different. People wanted blood. And on the spiritual side the devil wanted to mute me. That will never happen. If I never knew the power of The Blood, I do now. And I’ll always preach Jesus Christ as the power of God to eradicate the penalty of sin for those who choose to fall at the foot of the Cross.”

Lastly, Gray asked the public to respect his wife, saying, “If you want to dog me out, call me names, dismiss me as many people have, That’s fine. But keep my wife’s name out of your mouth. She’s been the rock in this family and in my life in spite of me. So try me if you want. But you gon’ honor her. And so am I. And I’ll do so with the rest of my life. Im fair game. My wife and kids are not. My brokenness is my own. Don’t dishonor the one who loved me through it. Ever. I love you Aventer.”

A woman who claims to be Pastor John Gray’s Alleged Mistress is at the center of Pastor John Gray‘s emotional affair claims. It looks like she’s claiming that there was more to it than just emotions.

She has the voicemails to prove it.

A couple of weeks ago, co-host of “The Real”, Adrienne Bailon point blank asked Pastor John Gray if he had an affair.

“The answer is no. I didn’t,” the pastor of Relentless Church said, drawing applause from his wife, Aventer.

“Over a year ago, my wife and I were in a very difficult place in our marriage, and in that time, I began to converse with someone — other than a counselor, other than a pastoral leader, which is where I should have taken my issues and challenges — and began to converse, and I was even in the presence of that person one time. But being in the presence of someone is not the same as sleeping with them. I did not sleep with anyone.”

“There’s no baby, none of that,” he said. “It’s important for me to take responsibility for the areas where I did come up short. Sharing things about my marriage, outside of my wife and outside of trusted counselors, is an emotional affair. It was wrong. I take responsibility for that. But I will not take responsibility for that which I did not do.”

He Became The Aggressor

In an interview with Larry Reid, a woman whose identity has been hidden, claimed that she’s known John Gray for twenty years before he became the aggressor, trying to transition their relationship into something else. The two started speaking when she was going through a divorce because of domestic violence.

In the interview with Reid she said:

“It started with him—he likes to say—breathing life into me. So he was just there as far as talking to me, pretty much pastoring me, ministering to me. And I called on him to do a favor to a person that I knew that was struggling with some addiction issues. And so I called upon him to help with that. It was an employee of mine. That employee actually wound up speaking with him and it got him on the straight and narrow. So I sent him a text message telling him thank you. And he said, ‘Whatever you need.’ And I was like ‘Well thank you.’ And he said, ‘I’m talking about you.’
