Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s, Stevie J., is bringing the noise to his ex/former LHH:ATL star, Joseline Hernandez, in his latest court filing.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned about Stevie J throughout the years, it’s that although he has 6 children with 5 baby mamas, he’s remained a daddy to all of his kids. That’s where the current issue between him and Joseline comes into play. According to Stevie J, Joseline is blocking him from doing just that as it pertains to their toddler daughter, Bonnie Bella. He also now fears that Bonnie is in harm’s way under Joseline’s care.

In new court documents, obtained by Bossip, Stevie J is hurriedly requesting that he be granted full custody of Bonnie and he’s laid out a laundry list of reasons as to why she should be placed in his care.

Stevie Accuses Joseline Of Violating Paternity Agreement

The former Bad Boy producer filed a flurry of court documents earlier this week alleging that Hernandez committed “parental alienation” after she hightailed it to Miami to shack up with another guy. Jordan said his daughter’s mother won’t let him visit the now three year old, speak to her on the phone or have a say in her day to day upbringing – which are all violations of their paternity agreement.

Did you think Stevie J was done wildin’? Well, according to ex Joseline Hernandez, he might not be finished playing the field — even while married to Faith Evans.

Steven “Stevie J” Jordan is a man of many talents. However, let his ex — Joseline — tell it, monogamy isn’t one of them. Although she knows Stevie really well from his past, people can change, right?

According to Matthieu Ricard — molecular genetics Ph.D and Buddhist monk — “our character traits change little, so long as we do nothing to improve them.”

But Stevie J Married Faith Evans…

Even got her name tatted on his face, right? While this is true, Hernandez recently made a comment regarding a photo of the newly-wed couple — after Stevie allegedly contacted her privately, as reports Hot New Hip Hop.

In the comment section, captured by Baller Alert, Stevie’s ex let it be known he was still into her. Particularly, she mentions as follows.

“So sweet of my baby daddy and his wife! Someone tell her to keep an eye on him when he calls to see my butt hole in the am.”

Many have commented that Joseline is simply jealous of Stevie J and Faith Evans’ marriage and is being extra petty. Nevertheless, so far, neither of the Jordans have responded to or spoken on Hernandez’s post.

Do You Think Joseline’s Accusation Is Far-Fetched Of Stevie J?

Even though Madame Noire reports that Stevie J and Faith “get it in five times a day,” according to Stephanie Stanziano, of California State University’s The Sundial, “your exes are always going to come back.”

“If you keep going back to the person that let you down, you will never be able to find the one that will build you up,” Stanziano continues.

Stevie J has found that person in Faith Evans, who would build him up for a lifetime. So why look back? When you look back on past relationships — mostly when you’re feeling nostalgia or looking for comfort — you tend to seek something familiar, all while forgetting the hell that person put you through.

So, while Joseline claims that Stevie J was asking for a**hole pics, (if that’s really the case) he’s not focused on the reality of the situation.

“That text brings back old memories of snuggling up under blankets,” Stanziano mentions, “sharing parts of yourself you kept away from others, laughter, and happiness.”

“You forget about the fights you used to get into, and the trust you never had.”

And that statement couldn’t be closer to the truth.

Joseline Shares Text Message Proposal

Following the revelation -that Stevie J and Faith applied for a marriage license and reportedly said “I do” in a Vegas hotel room on Tuesday (July 17, 2018)- Stevie’s baby momma, Joseline, has just put him on full blast online. In a shady Instagram post, she revealed that it was just ONE MONTH AGO, that Stevie supposedly asked HER to marry him via text message. She shared a screenshot of the text exchange and apparently she has Stevie’s number stored in her phone under the name, “A$$hole”…Laaawd…

Stevie allegedly texted, “Will you marry me?” to Joseline on June 17th. Joseline responded, “I’m actually trying to marry someone else I really like. I’m sorry. I tried it with you. I’m liking some one else a lot.”

The text convo’ continued, with Stevie reportedly replying: “Coo [sic]. Damn. I love you Joseline.  You stupid little bi**h.”

Not quite sure why that extra stank on it had to be added at the end, but it is what it is. Anywho, Joseline then replied back with, “Bonnie Bella is calling,” referring to their adorable 1 year old daughter.

To add insult to injury, Joseline captioned her petty IG post with a sarcastic marital message to the new bride nd groom, Stevie and Faith:

“Happy honey moon [sic] 😂😂😂😂 Petty Wednesday.”

Wonder if Faith is sitting somewhere reading Joseline’s texts and starting to have marriage remorse. I also wonder what Faith’s ex-husband, Notorious B.I.G., would think about her marrying his producer. Matter of fact, I wonder how their former label exec’ and friend, Sean P. Diddy” Combs, is feelin’ about this. Overall, I have so many questions, but I’ll stop here.
