On The Cosby Show, “Rudy” was just the little cutie patootie with the head full of hair and adorable cheeks. In real life though, actress, Keshia Knight-Pulliam (40), is a woman who speaks her mind and is protective of her daughter, Ella Grace Hartwell, at ALL times.

For one of her fans, that was the ‘lesson of the day,’ when Keshia tossed that ‘good girl Rudy’ persona to the side to deliver a virtual chin-check to said fan on Thursday (April 18, 2019). Why, you ask?

It started with the above photo, which the former Cosby star captioned, “Just running around doing Mom ish… ❤️”

Then the fan had the nerve to leave this comment about Ella Grace’s beautiful natural hair: “Do you daughter hair your shot done to a T.”

To which Keshia replied: “My daughter is off limits…I don’t play that sh*t. Her hair is beautiful, healthy, natural & exactly how she wants to wear it.

Keshia Knight Pulliam is finally giving her fans what they’ve been wanting for over a year now- a shot of her precious daughter’s face. In addition to showing her baby for the first time ever, Keshia is also steppin’ up in defense of her former “Cosby Show” co-star, Geoffrey Owens. Unless you’ve been hibernating in a cave, you know he was insensitively job-shamed by some folks – for working at Trader Joe’s grocery store.

In her online message, she not only defended Geoffrey as a “humble, hardworking” brotha; she also included a screenshot of an online comment that pointed out the financial hit ALL of the former “Cosby” stars have taken. Why? Because Bill Cosby’s latest sex assault scandal has caused the long-running syndicated sitcom to be snatched off television in most (if not all) markets, resulting in a sudden halt of the stars’ healthy residual checks. There’s always reason to relax and unwind, even for single mommies of 1 year old toddlers. Keshia made sure she did just that, when she went to Janet Jackson’s concert and got her dance on. Well, well, well, former NFL player, Ed Hartwell, moves pretty fast. Not quite sure if the ink is dry on his and Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s divorce papers, but the brotha wastes zero time when it comes to his love life, nor having babies.

Keshia and Ed finalized their divorce in April 2018, after a nearly 2 year tumultuous battle over custody of their 1 year old daughter, Ella Grace; paternity, and divorce issues. That was a time period that neither one of them enjoyed, to say the least. But now it seems that Ed has found a new love and she is VERY pregnant.

As most of us know by now, both Keshia and Ed were hurling major allegations at each other throughout their marriage and quite frankly, both of them seemed at fault in one way or another. By the time little Ella was born, things were so bad between them that Ed was not present for her birth, nor did Keshia or anyone else from her family inform him she was going into labor. Fast forward to today and Ed is fighting against the primary custody that Keshia was recently awarded in their divorce finalization. He’s asking the judge to grant him more than the couple of visit days he gets each week with Ella. As far as we know, that request is still pending.

All of that marriage prior drama did not go unnoticed by many “Rudy Huxtable” fans, after Tonya shared their lovey dovey baby-on-the-way photos online. Many fans are now flocking to Tonya’s page to give Ed a piece of their mind and apparently send a warning to Tonya that he may leave her, just like he left Keshia. The comments were so lit, that even Ed’s cousin, @audr*******, jumped in to defend him…

Word on the Old School curb is that this love thing between Ed and Tonya is not new. Reportedly he’s loved and known her longer than his months-long marriage to Keshia actually lasted. It’s rumored that the two were together prior to him dating and marrying Keshia, but later reconciled once he and Keshia split. So, in actuality, maybe there is real love there and they won’t end up making any hasty decisions to separate.

Besides, after Ed and Keshia suddenly became engaged, then got married the very next day in 2015, I think they both have probably learned a valuable lesson in moving too fast in a relationship: Don’t.

Another first for Keshia, is that she’s rapping on a song with her brother. Guess what she rapped about though? Ed Hartwell! Her brother shared a snippet of the song on Instagram and in Keyshia’s verse she said: “My baby daddy hit the switch up, I knew I should’ve got a prenup.”

Why He’s Taking Pulliam Back To Court

Ed Hartwell has just filed legal documents, requesting that he be granted a new custody hearing. He’s also seeking lower child support payments. Hartwell says he should be granted a new trial to increase his visitation with his daughter, because according to him, Keshia Pulliam told a crazy amount of lies during their last trial.

He’s accusing Keshia of setting him up, which he says helped her when her case. In April 2018, Keshia was awarded primary custody of Ella Grace and Ed was granted one day per week to see their baby. He was also ordered to pay $3,007 a month in child support and ordered to refrain from taking the prescription pain med, Oxycodone, or his anti-depressants while driving with their daughter.

According to court docs, Keshia previously told the judge Ed missed several designated visitation days with Ella Grace. However, in new court docs, Ed says Keshia deliberately took their baby out of town on several of his designated visitation days, then turned around and reported them as missed days to the court. To further prove his point, Ed noted Keshia’s June 2017 trip to support Bill Cosby during his sex assault trial. He claims Keshia took Ella Grace on that Cosby trip, even though she knew it fell on his designated visitation day. He also claims she pulled other tricks outta her hat to block him from seeing his daughter:

Via The Blast: According to Hartwell, Pulliam denied him visitation on several other occasions, including eight weeks for the filming of a reality show (“Celebrity Big Brother”). Hartwell claims Pulliam would arbitrarily change the visitation location and made it difficult as possible for him to see his kid.

Ed Hartwell also rejected Keshia’s claims about his prescription drug use. While it’s very common for retired NFL players to have to take some forms of prescription medications due to their physical damage from playing the sport, part of the reason his visitation was limited, was reportedly because of drug claims made in court:

In regard to [Ed Hartwell’s] medications, he says there is no evidence to prove the medicine he takes affects his decision-making skills. He says nothing presented during the trial showed his medication has ever negatively impacted his ability to parent or to lead a responsible, productive life. -via The Blast

Hartwell says that despite Keshia’s attempt to paint him as a reckless father, he had several witnesses who testified otherwise during their first trial. Even his ex-wife, former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Lisa Wu, supplied an affidavit on Ed’s behalf, stating that he’s an excellent father to their son.

Ed claims Keshia lied about her monthly income to get more in child support as well. She says she earns $8,765, but according to Ed, Pulliam actually earns approximately $20k a month.

Overall, Hartwell feels that the judge largely overlooked Pulliam’s alleged trickery and now he’s requested a new trial. *Sigh* and the saga continues.

Ed Hartwell made such a fuss about Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s pregnancy and even questioned whether the child was his. Now, his mistress, Tonya Carroll, has let the cat out of the bag about their new little addition. A few days ago, Carroll took to Instagram with a couple photos that turned quite a few heads. In one photo, she was captured holding her baby bump. She captioned the photo, “Thanking God for a little sunshine while obeying Dr’s order of bed rest!! #trulyblessed #anotherchapter.”

Dragged To Hell::

Meanwhile, somewhere else in Atlanta, Keshia Knight-Pulliam has sole custody of this daughter, Bella. For those who don’t know, the estranged pair have been embroiled in a heated custody battle because Ed has reportedly failed to make child support payments. Then, to make matters worse, Ed has been described by many media outlets as a “deadbeat father,” only making approximately 20 out of 80 of the scheduled visits he’s had to see his daughter. According to The YBF, Ed is allegedly trying to figure out a “way not to pay” child support.

Since many fans are very much aware of the details and how Ed has acted toward his daughter with Keshia, many of the child actress’ fans have been draggin’ Ed and Tonya on social media. While many fans have blasted Ed for not handlin’ business where his daughter is concerned, others are reminding Tonya of the possibility of karma. In other words, if Ed isn’t taking care of his daughter with Keshia, what makes Tonya think he’ll be the father he should be to their child. “Rebound or not, right is right and wrong is wrong,” another fan wrote. “He shouldn’t have moved on, misleading Keisha. Keisha didn’t force him to marry her. How can we as grown adults say a husband was “trapped” by his wife to get pregnant. It takes two!”

“What goes around will come back. How many women is he going to get pregnant? Everyone he has a relationship with. Wow,” another fan wrote.

Despite all of the drama, Keshia has one thing to be happy about. The latest news comes just days after it was confirmed that Keshia and Ed’s divorce was finalized. According to TMZ, Keshia Knight-Pulliam has won the custody battle against Ed Hartwell.

While she does have primary custody of their daughter, Ed does have visitation. However, she did manage to hit his pocket. It has been reported that he has been ordered to pay $3,007 a month in child support. So, it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting off the hook anytime soon. With a total of four children, including Tonya’s oldest daughter, Ed is definitely going to have his hands full where finances are concerned. Hopefully, he steps up to the plate. The United States version of Celebrity Big Brother looks like it will definitely be interesting to say the least. For those who missed it, yesterday we reported about former Cosby Show star Keshia Knight-Pulliam’s first clash with Omarosa Manigault. During the premiere, the two outspoken women found themselves embroiled in a heated political debate where Omarosa attempted to take a subliminal jab at Keshia. Of course, Keshia wasn’t having it and apparently one of her former co-stars isn’t here for it either.

Defending Keshia:

According to TMZ, Malcolm Jamal Warner also feels some kind of way about Omarosa’s attempt to compare Keshia’s loyalty to Bill Cosby to her relationship with Donald Trump. Keshia argued that Omarosa’s argument was similar to comparing apples and oranges. Warner also agrees. In fact, it appears Omarosa’s words also hit hone for him. When TMZ caught up with Malcolm, he wasted no time sharing his opinion.

“With us, Mr. Cosby was part of our lives. It’s like having your dad get in some trouble … like have some shit go sown with your dad and that’s family. You’re not gonna be like, you know, just be out!”

He continued, “I think the issue with us is that everyone expected us to throw Mr. Cosby under the bus, but that family.”

“There’s nothing different that we know about Trump that we didn’t (know) before hand (on the campaign trail). So, I think it’s really hard to compare the two.”

Omarosa Manigault has been dragged all over social media since the Trump administration kicked her to the curb. Despite her attempts to bounce back, most people won’t allow her to live it down. Social media users have made it clear Omarosa will never be welcomed at the cookout. But nevertheless Omarosa is still standing her ground and defending her actions. In fact, she’s made a futile attempt to make light of her support of Trump with a seemingly odd comparison. To most people, Omarosa’s argument is so off-base, she’s being dragged again.

She Tried It:

For those who don’t know, Omarosa Manigault is now appearing on the first U.S. season of Celebrity Big Brother. The first episode just aired February 8 and Omarosa is already facing problems with a castmate. From the looks of the first episode, Omarosa and former Cosby Show star Keshia Knight-Pulliam arent very fond of each other and the two are already at each other’s throats. On the show, the former White House aide clashed with Keshia over politics and attempted to blast her. Based on who Omarosa has supported and had a job with in this current White House, we couldn’t be further than polar opposites in terms of our political views,” the famed actress, 38, told viewers in the diary room.

The Clash:

At one point during the conversation, Keshia asked, “Do you feel like you were able to understand how people from the outside looking in just saw the hate that that campaign kind of incited and that you supported it?”

As expected, Omarosa fired back. “When you’re in the middle of the hurricane, it’s hard to see the destruction on the outer bands,” she said.

Then, Omarosa went in for the kill. “Since you’re asking me, you stood strong by somebody who you have known and have been loyal to and have known for a long time and who has supported you, and people judged you for that,” Omarosa added. “But only you know the inner workings of your relationship with Mr. Cosby. That’s the same thing with me and Mr. Trump.”

As expected, Keshia wasn’t having it and she clapped back with no hesitation. “It’s comparing apples to oranges,” she replied. “It’s a different situation because this man [Trump] is running the country and being the voice of a whole country of people.”

It looks like Celebrity Big Brother is gonna be very interesting this season. The show airs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:00 p.m. on CBS.

Who Is That Baby?

If you guessed the one and only Keshia Knight Pulliam a.k.a. “Rudy Huxtable” from The Cosby Show, then you guessed right…give yourself an Old School fist bump for that one!

Now, y’all already know, these days, Keshia can’t go ANYWHERE without her current controversial decisions and/or mistakes being brought up, so lets discuss the elephants in the room…

Still Supported Her TV ‘Daddy’

Prior to just recently, Keshia had pretty much maintained a squeaky clean image in the public eye. She (as well as her parents) also deserves props for being one of the very few former child stars who didn’t end up on the wrong side of ‘troubled,’ or in some cases, on the wrong side of ‘coo-coo,’ once it was all said and done.

Now though, Keshia has had a small taste of drama in her life. In June 2017, she caught some flack for being the first celebrity to actually accompany her now incarcerated TV ‘daddy,’ Bill Cosby, to court during his 2017 sexual assault trial. Pulliam shocked many when she proudly held onto Cosby’s arm, as they entered a Pennsylvania courthouse for the trial, which resulted in a hung jury. At that time, Keshia told ABC News this about why she supported Cosby:

Via ABC News: The former child star surprised family and friends who “had no clue they were coming to a wedding. They thought they were coming to a New Year’s party,” [Pulliam-Knight] said. Hartwell, who joined her on the podcast, said of his special day, “Both [of] our dreams came true that day. We have an amazing time together.”

By July 17, 2016, Keshia announced she was pregnant with their daughter, Ella Grace. On July 26, Ed filed for divorce, ultimately claiming that she trapped him and questioned if the baby was his. On January 23, 2017, Keshia gave birth to Ella Grace, without telling Ed. Ed was pissed, then they later took a paternity test that proved Ella is his. He vowed to be in his daughter’s life, Keshia has him on child support, and as they go through their bitter divorce battle, here’s where they are now…

The Latest Unfortunate Drama, Ed’s New Legal Claim

It’s just been reported that Ed has filed new legal claims against Keshia, for keeping their baby girl away from him. He has court appointed visitation rights and he wants his wifey locked up for disregarding those rights. Here are the details:

Via The Blast: Ex-NFL star Ed Hartwell filed docs in their ongoing divorce battle accusing the actress of contempt of court, claiming Pulliam terminated a recent agreed upon visitation without a reasonable explanation. Hartwell says Pulliam’s actions are “Not only self-centered and uncaring,” but he claims they violate the agreed upon custody order and she should be held in contempt.

Keshia Claps Back

Throughout their divorce drama, Keshia has proven that she’s never one to back down from Ed’s claims. So it was well expected that she would respond to his latest allegations with the quickness and here it is:

The former “Cosby Show” star fired back, calling his accusation “Yet another fabricated and falsified motion for contempt.” She says she has never done anything self-centered or uncaring as it pertains to his rights as a father.
