UPDATE: A Homeland Security Investigations rep has reported that “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

According to TMZ, ‘officers have shut down the entire area … with helicopters swarming up above. There are at least two choppers in the area, and a lot of police on the ground.’There are also now photos of Diddy’s sons, Justin and King Combs, handcuffed as law enforcement talk to them outside the L.A. home. Although it’s unclear why (and seemingly a tad unnecessary) Justin and King are in ‘cuffs, if the investigation is supposedly about their father only. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Fox11 (via TMZ) has also posted footage of the raid, which appear to show law enforcement approaching Diddy’s home with weapons, via boat as well.

The legal troubles appear to have just been dialed up a few notches for Diddy. Federal law enforcement agents have simultaneously raided Diddy’s multi-million dollar homes in both Florida and Los Angeles. The multi-agency operation, led by Homeland Security, has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry.

Helicopters have reportedly hovered ominously overhead as law enforcement officials descended upon Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion. Guns drawn, agents meticulously combed through the property, leaving no stone unturned, according to sources. Witnesses outside observed individuals being questioned in front of the house, their identities shrouded in mystery. It remains unclear if Diddy himself was present during the raid.

To add to the intensity of the situation, it has come to light that Diddy’s East Coast property, located in Miami, is also being subjected to a simultaneous raid. Law enforcement sources have confirmed that investigators are diligently searching for evidence and uncovering the truth behind multiple allegations raised in civil suits against the music mogul. Notably, Diddy has consistently denied any involvement in the alleged human trafficking activities.

While the nature of the allegations is yet to be disclosed, this marks a significant moment in the career of Diddy. However, it’s impossible to predict the full extent of it’s ramifications. As we await the facts, we hope that facts only will be what ultimately prevails in this matter.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs is speaking out for the first time, to give an inside view into what his last moments with Kim Porter were like. As you all know, the beloved mother of four of Diddy’s children died suddenly at 47, from lobar pneumonia on November 15, 2018. She’d been experiencing flu-like symptoms days before being found deceased in her Toluca Lake, California home.

That is tragic a day that Diddy, their four children- D’Lila, Jessie, Christian, and Quincy (Diddy’s ‘adopted’ son), nor her loved ones will ever forget. Now, in a new interview with Essence Magazine, Diddy has broken down what transpired before and after her passing.

Diddy: “She actually said that to me before she died…”

“Three days before she passed, she wasn’t feeling well,” Diddy stated. “She had the flu, and she sent the kids over to my house so they wouldn’t get sick. One night, I was checking on her, and she was like, ‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’ She actually said that to me before she died.”

How so? Because Diddy’s $21M bid made Marshall’s “Past Times” art piece (shown below) the most expensive piece sold by a living Black artist.

The highest price the “Past Times” piece had previously sold (to it’s prior owner) for was $25,000.

Via Chicago Tribune: When the work was offered for auction on Wednesday, the piece purchased for $25,000 had a maximum estimate of $12 million. The actual sale price stood the art world on its ear.

Prior to now, many in the art world were wondering who had paid so much money more for the art piece and apparently, Diddy never made it publicly known that he was the high ballin’ bidder. However, Marshall’s art dealer is the one who let the cat outta the bag days later:

Diddy has been revealed as the buyer of Chicago artist Kerry James Marshall’s “Past Times,” the work that sold at auction this week for $21 million… Marshall’s New York dealer, Jack Shainman, told the New York Times that P. Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, is the work’s buyer. “I know that this work has found a home in a collection with purpose and an eye toward preserving legacy — that of Sean Combs, and that means a lot,” Shainman said in the Times report.

Through his art, Kerry James Marshall aims to show African Americans in a powerful light, which is the basis of his “Past Times” piece as well. Marshall describes his art as, “Transcending, what is perceived to be the limitations of a race-conscious kind of work.”

Kerry James Marshall’s mission for his art, seems to be a perfect marriage with Diddy’s #BlackExcellence movement. Both contribute to celebrating the excellence of Black culture within a society that has far too long attempted to portray the opposite.

When the interviewer asked Q to reveal something that most people don’t know about his late friend, Michael Jackson, Quincy’s honesty streak struck again:

QJ: I hate to get into this publicly, but Michael stole a lot of stuff. He stole a lot of songs. [Donna Summer’s] “State of Independence and “Billie Jean.”The notes don’t lie, man. He was as Machiavellian as they come. … Greedy, man. Greedy. “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough” — Greg Phillinganes wrote the c section. Michael should’ve given him 10 percent of the song. Wouldn’t do it.

V: What’s misunderstood about Michael?

QJ: I used to kill him about the plastic surgery, man. He’d always justify it and say it was because of some disease he had. Bullsh*t. […] He had a problem with his looks because his father told him he was ugly and abused him. What do you expect?

V: It’s such a strange juxtaposition — how Michael’s music was so joyous, but his life just seems sadder and more odd as time goes by.

QJ: Yes, but at the end Michael’s problem was Propofol, and that problem affects everyone — doesn’t matter if you’re famous. Big Pharma making OxyContin and all that sh*t is a serious thing. I was around the White House for eight years with the Clintons, and I’d learn about how much influence Big Pharma has. It’s no joke. What’s your sign, man?

Jones Reveals He Knew Who Really Killed J.F.K.

Another one of Quincy’s bombshells, was his revelation about knowing who killed Pres. John F. Kennedy. It had something to do with his good friend, Frank Sinatra. When the interviewer asked Quincy what’s something he wished he didn’t know, he replied, “Who killed Kennedy.” But there’s more:

V: Who did it?

QJ: [Chicago mobster Sam] Giancana. The connection was there between Sinatra and the Mafia and Kennedy. Joe Kennedy [Pres. Kennedy’s father]— he was a bad man — he came to Frank to have him talk to Giancana about getting votes.

Quincy also gave his honest views about today’s music industry. He said that artists and producers no longer pay attention to details in music and where it comes from, such as the genre of jazz, etc. He pretty took jabs at P. Diddy, Russell Simmons and others, for ‘selling out for money’ instead:

V: Do you hear the spirit of jazz in pop today?

QJ: No. People gave it up to chase money. When you go after Cîroc vodka and Phat FarmCîroc is the alcohol brand owned by Diddy. Phat Farm was the fashion label founded by hip-hop impresario Russell Simmons in 1992. Simmons sold the company in 2004. and all that sh*t, God walks out of the room. I have never in my life made music for money or fame. Not even ThrillerJones may not have worked on Thriller for money, but co-producing the album (with Jackson) presumably made him a ton of it: The 1982 album is widely reported to be the biggest-selling LP of all time, having sold somewhere north of 66 million copies. . No way. God walks out of the room when you’re thinking about money. You could spend a million dollars on a piano part and it won’t make you a million dollars back. That’s just not how it works.

Jones Calls Out Cyndi Lauper

Quincy Jones was then asked about behind-the-scenes drama among the “rockers” during the infamous “We Are The World” video shoot, which he mentioned in his memoir. Yet again, Q had no problem name dropping and called out rock star, Cyndi Lauper while at it:

QJ: It wasn’t the rockers. It was Cyndi Lauper. She had a manager come over to me and say, “The rockers don’t like the song.” I know how that sh*t works. We went to see Springsteen, Hall & Oates, Billy Joel, and all those cats and they said, “We love the song.” So I said [to Lauper], “Okay, you can just get your sh*t over with and leave.” And she was f*cking up every take because her necklace or bracelet was rattling in the microphone. It was just her that had a problem.

V: What’d you think when you first heard rock music?

QJ: Rock ain’t nothing but a white version of rhythm and blues, motherf*cker.

Q Says Rich People Don’t Do Enough For Poor

V: You hang out in these elite social circles and doing good has always been important to you, but are you seeing as much concern for the poor as you’d like from the ultrarich?
QJ: No. The rich aren’t doing enough. They don’t f*cking care. I came from the street, and I care about these kids who don’t have enough because I feel I’m one of ’em. These other people don’t know what it feels like to be poor, so they don’t care.

And just so we never get it twisted, Jones made it clear that at 84, he’s still secure in who he is when it comes to being a musical genius:

V: What’s something you’ve worked on that should’ve been bigger?

QJ: What the f*ck are you talking about? I’ve never had that problem. They were all big. […] I can make a band play like a singer sings. That’s what arranging is, and it’s a great gift. I wouldn’t trade it for sh*t.

Why Millions Are Pissed With H&M’s “Monkey” Kid Ad

In case y’all missed that disastrous and highly offensive action- which I refuse to call a ‘mistake’ as H&M reps are now attempting to label it as- here is a quick refresher of exactly why Diddy is now stepping up for that kid. As was reported on The Black Loop:

The latest in the string of racist ads-turned-‘Oops my bad’ incidents, is the highly offensive ad by clothing chain H&M. Some of you may have seen it by now. It featured a young Black male child, wearing a green hoodie that read, “The Coolest Monkey In The Jungle.”

Needless to say, millions of people were HEATED over that debauchery of a display of outright racism by this supposedly equal opportunity chain. The ad appeared in European markets and we don’t know why in the HELL they thought this would go unnoticed in the world of social media- where everyone will get called out on their ‘ish- but somehow H&M apparently thought it would.

For the record, after receiving tons of backlash online, H&M eventually apologized for their so-called ‘mistake,’ stating “We are deeply sorry that the picture was taken, and we also regret the actual print.”

Not only has LeBron James, T.I., The Weeknd, and countless other celebs slammed H&M’s “monkey” ad to racist smithereens and back, Diddy is slamming them outta the corporation as well. He’s also extending a lucrative offer to the young kid in the ad.

Diddy Confirms His Lucrative Offer To Black Kid Model

Diddy is ready to present the young model in the appropriate manner that he deserves to be represented. After Diddy posted the above post about the H&M kid, word started to surface that he’d offered the child a $1 MILLION contract to model for his Sean John clothing brand, so that young-man-in-training can presented the way he should be- like a young king.

According to TheShadeRoom, Diddy has now confirmed that he’s still trying to get in contact with the kid’s team, but he did in fact reach out to make them an offer. See details below…

Via TSR: Diddy was then rumored to have offered the boy in the ad a $1 million Sean John modeling contract. We reached out to Diddy for comment and he said, “I haven’t reached him yet,” but he did confirm that “Sean John reached out” about a possible deal.

Hopefully, the child’s parents will accept this far more dignifying offer than the one H&M clearly offered for their son. Props to Diddy for reaching back and replacing racist foolery with self respect, pride  and humanity. We’ll keep y’all posted on this.

Diddy’s Interesting Co-Parenting Structure

An example of ‘rich privilege parental perks,’ is when a rich man got two women pregnant at the same time and still managed to immediately have both mothers peacefully agree to co-exist, with no problem. In comparison to the ‘regular’ world, that is an instant recipe for disaster, destruction, and baby mama drama. However, in ‘Diddy-land’ that seems to not exist…at all.

You see, Diddy had his beautiful twin daughters, D’Lila and Jesse Combs (11), with his then longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter, in December 2006. He had his beautiful daughter, Chance (11), with Sarah Chapman, in that same year- July 2006. By the way, Kim is also the mother of Diddy’s son, Christian Combs (19), as well as the mother of Al B.’s son, Quincy (26). Fashion designer, Misa Hilton Brim, is the mother of Diddy’s eldest biological child, Justin (21).
