Since the debacle with Usher’s previous accuser, Quantasia Sharpton, fans have been asking for ‘receipts’ where the other latest accuser is concerned. As we previously reported, singer, Angie Stone, first revealed the identity of the $20 million suer in Usher’s herpes scandal. Stone interviewed the young lady, who’s name is Laura Helm, but at the time of the interview, there was only so much that was revealed- her identity being the biggest reveal.

Well, now the details of her lawsuit and her precise detailing of her and Usher’s alleged sex encounters are the ‘receipts’ that have surfaced this go ’round and they are pretty graphic. Laura is currently suing Usher because she says that she now has herpes after having sex with him. Check out the details she gave in her legal docs below.

Meet Laura:

Legal documents have revealed lots of details about Laura’s lawsuit against the Grammy Award-winning singer. In her ‘suit, Laura explained that she and Usher were “platonic friends” and Usher won her over by sharing details about his humanitarian efforts for the less-fortunate in Africa. Unlike Quantasia, Laura reportedly has details to back the herpes claim and she claims that she did not begin having health problems until after she slept with Usher. It has been reported that Laura had two sexual encounters with Usher. She revealed she never actually saw ‘Mr. Ursher baby’ “finish” their first sexual encounter, because he made a beeline for the bathroom. According to Radar Online:

[Laura Helm] claimed he removed his condom and encouraged her to perform oral sex on the singer. When she complied, he then “immediately grabbed his penis and went into the bathroom” to prevent her from being able to observe him ejaculate.

Helm also claims that the second time around, they had unprotected sex. Days later, Laura reportedly noticed an “unusual bump on the inside of her cheek. A few days after that she noticed a similar bump — the size of a green pea — on her vagina,” reports the publication. During the second encounter on April 28, 2017, Helm says she met with Usher in a New Orleans, LA hotel room where things were a little more invasive. Usher reportedly “putting on jazz music while performing oral sex on her.”

Why Now?:

In the lawsuit, Laura also referenced the other sex partner Usher reportedly paid $1.1 million as a result of the herpes claims, but she admitted she has no proof of that alleged situation, nor payout. According to reports, the reason Laura Helm is now revealing her identity amidst her $20 million lawsuit against Usher, is because of Usher’s alleged efforts to stall the case. Laaaawd, this is getting more and more like a real life Scandal TV episode…one that would rake in high ratings in fact.

We’ve all heard by now, that Usher has three pending lawsuits against him from accusers who all claim he either put them at risk for herpes or that they actually contracted herpes from him.

There are two women and one man making claims against the brotha. Up until now, Usher was pretty much silent on the topic, with the exception of that one time that he responded, through his team, that one of the accusers, Quantasia Sharpton, was ‘not his type.’

Usher’s & His Attorneys’ Response To Claims

Things have changed as of today though, because for the first time ever, his attorneys have spoken out and given his side of the story, which some would say is pretty interesting.

Here’s what was reported via TMZ: Usher just fired back at the 2 women and a man who claimed he exposed them to genital herpes … and he says it’s all BS. Usher’s legal team just filed a response to the California herpes lawsuit. He denies everything … specifically, their claims he had sexual contact with them, and the claim he exposed them to herpes. […] Usher, through his lawyers Laura Wasser and Zia Modabber, also raises an interesting argument … the 3 plaintiffs can’t win because they have “unclean hands.” That means he’s alleging they did something wrong, although he’s not specific. And there’s this … Usher claims the 2 women and the man don’t have a legal claim because anything Usher might have done was unintentional. The intimation … if he had herpes, he didn’t know it at the time. And finally he says if he did have sex with them they “assumed the risk” … again, the intimation is that they assume the risk of contracting an STD.

There’s a lot of legal jargon going on in the wording of Usher’s response, understandably so. But the eyebrow raiser is that although he denied ‘all claims,’ his attorneys are also saying that if the accusers did contract something, Usher didn’t do it ‘intentionally.’ So it still leaves the question in the minds of many- (1) Does he, or does he not, have herpes?; and (2) Did he, or did he not, actually have sex with ALL THREE of the accusers in this case?

Side note: We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again- none of this is any of our business because it’s a private matter for Usher and his accusers. However, now that the issue has been made so public by all involved, inquiring minds of Usher’s millions of fans wanna know.

When news originally broke that Usher allegedly gave a few women herpes, we kept an open mind, because none of us know the real deal on that.

When one of his accusers, Quantasia Sharpton a.k.a. Angel Valentino, held a nationwide press conference with her celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom, many people doubted her story. The reason most doubted Quantasia in the beginning is because they had trouble believing that Usher would have a one night stand with a beautiful plus size woman, like Quantasia. But as we, here at ILOSM, stated initially, there are many men who love full figured women -including celebs- so there was no shocker there. HOWEVER…

It wasn’t until new info began to surface about Quantasia’s public history of lying and/or fabricating stories about other celebrities and also about herself, that we begin to smell something foul about her accusations regarding Usher.

Accuser’s New Claim About Usher

Welp, now she’s come back with an even bigger story about she and Usher- that she has a SEX TAPE of them together. Not only does Quantasia now claim to have a sex tape, but she also says that Usher knew he was being filmed when they allegedly hooked up at her Days Inn Hotel room. But wait there’s more…Ms. Sharpton also claims that her attorney is working on getting surveillance footage that will supposedly show Usher walking into the Days Inn hotel to go to her room that night. Quantasia revealed all of this and more in an interview with Youtube vlogger, Miss Jacob Kohinoor, who clearly did not believe a word coming outta Sharpton’s mouth. By the way, as we previously reported, Usher has reportedly denied Quantasia’s claims through his team and stated that not only isn’t Quantasia his “type,” but that in 2014 (when Quantasia said the alleged encounter happened), he was too busy falling in love with his manager, Grace Miguel, who is now his wife.

To be fair, we do want to point out that Quantasia Sharpton could still be telling the truth…regardless of how suspect her stories may sound. So only time will tell once all of the true details are out. Thoughts ILOSM fam?’

As we previously reported, celebrity attorney, Lisa Bloom, revealed that several people had contacted her after the herpes allegations surfaced a couple weeks ago. Then on Saturday, Bloom released a statement that she was representing three of them- two of whom would remain anonymous and one who would be revealing her identity via an upcoming press conference.

Well, lo and behold, Attorney Bloom and the accuser, Quantasia Sharpton, held true to their promise. This morning they held a press conference to address the Quantasia’s accusations that she had sex with Usher without him informing her that he allegedly had herpes. She says they had a one night stand after she met Usher at his concert and later hooked up with him at a hotel.

As soon as the press conference was wrapped, there were two things that stood out to us: (1) People’s reactions to the accuser’s physical appearance; and (2) her questionable motive behind her press conference.

Public Reactions To Accuser

Unlike the commenters who took jabs at her weight, here’s a news flash: Many men, celebs included, love BBW’s- big, beautiful women. Nothing wrong with that at all, moving on. BUT there is something that we ARE questioning regarding Quantasia Sharpton’s claims…

Why In The Hell Did She Hold A Press Conference?

The thing that jumped out to us is that as we watched the accuser’s press conference and saw that Quantasia said she has NO STD from Usher, nor was she raped, or sexually assaulted in any way. At that point it became confusing as to why Quantasia Sharpton decided to show her face on television and across the internet with her claims.

Like, what does she have to gain from telling the world that she is STD free? It kinda seems as though she just wanted to become known as ‘the chick who banged with Usher.’ If Quantasia’s purpose was to simply sue Usher for allegedly putting her life at risk with an herpes infection, she could have simply done what the other Usher accusers are doing- sue him behind the scenes and be listed in court documents as “Jane Doe.”

Usher Allegations Getting Weirder

Overall, this whole situation, regarding the herpes claims against Usher, is getting more bizarre by the minute. First there was the one woman; then a second woman, who allegedly knows his wife; then there was an anonymous man making some wild claims; plus another anonymous woman. Now this- a woman who did not contract an STD from Usher, but still decided to make her face known to the public anyway. Hopefully this brief stint in the public’s eye gave Ms. Sharpton whatever it is that she’s seeking from all of this. What that is though? We have no clue.
