One thing we’ve always dug about Michael Jackson’s nephew, Siggy Jackson, is his outspokenness, especially when it came to standing up for his iconic fam.’ In case y’all aren’t familiar with Siggy, he’s the 43 year old son of Jackie Jackson. “People like my father (Jackie Jackson) and my aunt (Janet Jackson), they can’t really speak, because if they say anything outta order, they gon’ get judged. Well you know what? I’m not gon’ fu**in’ get judged. I’m the second generation, I’m here to tell…what it is. They have to be courteous and classy…I’m here to come and be nasty, because…they’ve (accusers) been firing at our family for years. And here’s the real problem-I got children, I got a wife, I stand behind my last name proudly.

We haven’t had a chance to actually mourn my uncle.…I’m coming to tell the truth of who my uncle was.”

Siggy made it clear that he is “a child of Neverland” and that he was always by his uncle’s house as a kid. He calls MJ’s accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, “liars.”

Jackie Jackson’s 38 year old daughter, Brandi Jackson (pictured above), and accuser Wade Robson, have a serious history together:

Siggy: “Wade dated my sister for quite a long time, it was somewhere around 9 years. …Yeah, I KNOW Wade! We spent a lotta time with him up in Neverland. I met his Moms, Joy, I met Shantel…and I’m not gonna speak too badly about them. They’re opportunists.”

He later added that he was always at Neverland with his sister, Brandi, Wade, as well as Wade’s mom and sis’, but that his uncle Michael was “never there,” because “my uncle was a BUSY man.”

Siggy then accused Wade of making up false claims about Michael because his money and work has dried up:
“So people are forgetting the basics. … He (Wade) started off lying to the public. Then threw out another lie, then retracted, then said ‘Oh, I’m gonna write a book!’ Well, the book…flopped. ‘Oh wait I’m gonna sue the estate!’… It got thrown outta court.

Siggy Jackson then reminded Wade that he “burned bridges” in the entertainment world, after cheating on his sis’ with Brittany Spears:

“Okay, let’s be real, you (Wade) cheated on my sister with Brittany Spears….broke up Justin Bieber’s (then relationship). …You fu*ked over two big people in the industry, that’s not including the caboose that is attached to them-…managers, executives, business people. So when he burned those people, he didn’t just burn a bridge, he blew out the foundation.”

That left Wade in a dire position, according to Siggy:

“So now, you got no work. …They said ‘Wade had a mental breakdown,’ you ain’t had no mental breakdown mothafu*ka. You had a FINANCIAL breakdown.”

Siggy later added:

“When the truth comes out, Wade’s gonna end up back in Australia as an immigrant, working in some side market selling crickets and grasshoppers.”

‘My uncle was murdered…just like Prince’

“They (presumably higher ups in the record biz) were mad at him due to the business that he did…they didn’t have a part of it. Let’s be real…MY UNCLE DIDN’T FU*KIN’ DIE, HE WAS MURDERED!’ I feel the same thing about Prince.”

These are basically insurance companies. When he dies, whatever was owned by the company, reverts back. We’re not talking about a hundred thousand dollars, we’re not talking about a million dollars. … When my uncle died, we’re talking about BILLIONS of dollars.”

There’s more:

“Notice that when my uncle died, why do you hear all his music? Why is there a Motown cartoon out now?…Obviously, when my uncle was alive, he wasn’t giving the rights to anybody. But when he dies, all of a sudden, oh my goodness.”

“That’s the stress…she’s still dealing with having to bury my grandfather…and at her age right now, I think she’s at the point where it’s frustration and anger.”

How does Siggy Jackson feel about Drake snatching MJ’s music from his projects?

“I would call that smart business. My uncle was a business man… It’s nothing but respect for Drake. To me, that’s business. He’s just keeping an even platform. He didn’t say nothing wrong, he didn’t do what Oprah did. He didn’t give them (Wade Robson and James Safechuck) a platform and say ‘Oh hey, I believe you.’ … He said ‘Hey, we gon’ keep this peaceful.’”

Siggy broke the news about MJ’s death to his dad, Jackie, and his grandmother Katherine.

As we all know by now, many people have voiced their opinions over HBO’s Leaving Neverland documentary and the molestation claims made within in it, by accusers, James Safechuck and Wade Robson. In addition to the accusers, Oprah Winfrey and director, Dan Reed, have been getting dragged all over social media, for providing platforms for the accusers to spread what many believe to be lies about MJ.

After the documentary aired, several inaccuracies within the two accusers’ stories were exposed. Though Dan Reed eventually admitted that there were inaccuracies in the doc,’ both he and Oprah have remained committed to standing behind their decisions to back Safechuck’s and Robson’s claims.

As a result, one Michael Jackson fan started an online petition to spark an FBI investigation into the Leaving Neverland documentary, Safechuck, Robson, Oprah Winfrey, and Dan Reed, for ‘defaming’ MJ’s legacy, according to the petition.

To date, the petition has garnered 8,293 of the 10,000 signatures it is seeking. Here’s part of what it states:

Call for FBI investigation of “Leaving Neverland”- The recent abomination of a documentary titled “Leaving Neverland” was released and aired to the public. Oprah Winfrey’s “After Neverland” interview aired directly after coinciding with the film. This defamation and attack on Michael Jackson’s legacy and Estate at the hands of Wade Robson, James Safechuck, Dan Reed, and Oprah Winfrey must be stopped. Wade had filed two cases against Michael’s estate. They were dropped. They also testified under oath that Jackson never harmed them. They are now both purgerer’s. This film is a direct attempt to gain money from Jacksons Estate. Stop Wade, James, and all participants from defaming Michael Jackson with these disturbing false allegations.

This film grotesquely details the alleged accounts of molestation by the hands of Michael Jackson. … Are we seriously supposed to take any of wade and James accusations seriously?

As the backlash continues against the controversial Leaving Neverland documentary, legendary producer, Teddy Riley, and Berry Gordy’s granddaughter a.k.a. Michael Jackson’s niece have some things to get off their chests about the accusers.

Before we move forward with what they’re saying in defense of MJ and also about the lies that were exposed regarding the documentary, let us first refresh everyone’s memory about how MJ is connected to Berry Gordy’s fam.’

Berry shares a grandbaby with MJ’s parents, Joe Jackson and Katherine Jackson. Many of us Old Schoolers remember when MJ’s big bro,’ Jermaine Jackson, jumped the broom with Berry’s daughter, Hazel Gordy. The two of them remained married from 1973 to 1988 and through their union, produced three children- sons, Jermaine Jr. and Jaimy; and daughter, Autumn.

When it comes to the Leaving Neverland documentary, the first generation Jackson siblings may be muted on the topic, but their offspring are lighting these social media streets ALL the way up.

When the documentary came out, Oprah Winfrey invited Michael Jackson’s sex abuse accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, on her show and she presented their sides as facts. Now, the Jacksons and fans are slamming her for not remaining neutral, nor addressing the discrepancies in the accusers’ claims.

As we previously reported, James Safechuck, was caught in a lie when he stated that Michael sexually abused him repeatedly from 1988 to 1992, oftentimes in the “upper room” of the Neverland train station. The only prob’ is that the train station didn’t exist until 1994. Construction began on the train station in ’93 and it was open for operation in 1994.

Wade claimed that MJ had alarms outside his bedroom so they would not be caught having sexual relations. Yet, fans raised doubt about him, after he also said MJ molested him all over the Neverland Ranch premises, which would’ve put them at far greater risk of getting caught anyway.

Not only did Beckloff criticize the timeliness of Robson’s original filing in 2013, which was four years after Jackson’s death, he also noted that there were other problems with each of the amended complaint. Robson was seeking monetary damages and the way Jackson’s personal and business assets were set up, the alleged victim couldn’t hold MJJ Productions, nor MJJ Ventures accountable for the icon’s alleged actions. Jackson was the sole owner of both businesses.

“…Neverland Valley Ranch, where some of the abuse is alleged to have occurred, was owned by Michael Jackson, not either of the corporate defendants,” Beckloff’s decision read according to The New York Daily News. “Without control over Michael Jackson, the corporate defendants could not impose ‘reasonable safeguards’ or take ‘responsible steps’ to ‘avoid acts of unlawful sexual conduct in the future’ by Michael Jackson.”

Robson’s Claims Seem Suspect Because Of This Reason…

Robson, now 30, testified, at Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial, that he was never sexually abused, only to recant his statements four years after MJ’s death. He had since accused Jackson of running “a sophisticated child sexual abuse procurement and facilitation operation.” Howard Weitzman, an attorney for the estate, insists that Robson’s legal maneuvers were motivated by greed.

“In my opinion Mr. Robson’s allegations, made twenty plus years after they supposedly occurred and years after Mr. Robson testified twice under oath — including in front of a jury — that Michael Jackson had never done anything wrong to him were always about the money rather than a search for the truth,” Weitzman offered in a statement.

Robson & Attorneys Still Vow To Seek Some Sort Of Justice

But Robson’s legal team vows to appeal Judge Beckloff’s decision, claiming that Hollywood attorneys resort to seedy tactics to silence accusers. Attorney Vince Finaldi said that their fight is far from over.

“The days of Hollywood legal teams’ use of threats, bullying, intimidation, and disingenuous arguments to convince judges to dismiss cases are numbered,” Finaldi said.

The choreographer claims that he came to terms with the alleged abuse after undergoing intense therapy and has since built a career working with the likes of Brittney Spears, N’Sync, and other high profile projects. But in light of the #MeToo movement, he claims to be motivated to hold his alleged abuser accountable.
