Dismissing the fact that it was Tamar’s celebration and she was unhappy, one particular person decided to take advantage of having all the family around for their own benefit.  

To add insult to injury Tamar’s sister, Trina Braxton’s boyfriend, Von Scales begins to speak and says, “I did this because the entire family was here”, dude starts proposing marriage to Trina in the middle of Tamar going off about her birthday!

Tamar then went into the comments of her Instagram Live session to confirm that there was, in fact, a proposal, typing “this is not the time nor place for this…he finna ask her to marry him on my birthday celebration…fabulous.”
