Posted On : June 26, 2017

Xscape is one of the most successful R&B groups of all-time. Many aren’t aware of just how successful they are, in fact, they’ve had 3 platinum albums and 6 Top 10 hits on the Billboard charts.

After the split back in 2001 to embark on their solo careers. Earlier this year, Xscape announced that they would get back together after almost 2 decades, and now one of the first performances have hit the world stage, and folks are lovin’ it!

Kandi, Tiny, LaTocha and Tamika are making a major comeback with their first BET Awards reunion performance.

Stunning!

Kandi Burruss, 41, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, 41, and sisters LaTocha, 43, and Tamika Scott, 41, took the stage at the BET Awards for the Xscape performance fans have been waiting 18 years for.
According to BET;

Seated for a calming, soft, but powerful reintroduction, the ladies were absolutely stunning in their ensembles. The highly-anticipated comeback saw Tiny, Kandi, LaTocha and Tamika become the throwback stars of the night in just a few songs.  Yes, it’s been that long since the group performed together. The girls started out performing an amazing rendition of “Understanding.” The ladies looked so fabulous, especially Tiny in that sheer bodysuit! They also sang “Who Can I Run To” and “Just Kickin’ It. Xscape’s reunion just gave us life!

Before hitting the stage, these fierce ladies walked the red carpet together and made us feel like we were back in the ’90s. The quartet looked HOT! Tiny was unbothered by any T.I. drama…they was her night!

About I Love Old School Music

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
