Trina Braxton Finds Love Again, Engaged to New Beau Months After Ex-Husband Died

Trina Braxton is officially off the market and announced her engagement via Instagram Thursday, March 28. Braxton is a divorced mother of 2 and is showing that there is love after loss.
If you recall, her ex-husband Gabe Solis died of cancer in December 2018. Braxton’s fiancee’ is Von Scales, a former athlete who now owns a chronic pain center in St. Louis. Scales is also a father and has a 21-year-old son.

After posting her photo that captioned, “My fabulous fiance’ and I @sistercircletv . Thank you @ricardobastajewelry for assisting @vonscales. I love you baby!” a few fans felt that Braxton hasn’t been dating her beau long enough to be engaged and making plans for marriage.
The couple met late last year but nonetheless, Braxton looks happy and has even been spotted out supporting her soon to be stepson at his football games.
