Usher’s Rapid Sale Of His Homes
In just 8 months, Usher has rushed to sell three of his lavish homes- some for less than their actual worth, according to sources.

In August 2018, Usher sold his 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom Alpharetta, GA home for an unknown amount. In November 2018, he sold his 4,261 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms Hollywood, Cali. home for $4.2 million. Lastly, in March 2019, Usher sold his North Atlanta, Ga. crib for $775K- nearly $200K less than what he bought it for in 2007.

The rapid selling of his properties raises another question of whether or not he’s been doing so to get the extra cash needed to supplement for possibly hefty lawsuit settlements with accusers. We may never know the answer to that, but it isn’t a farfetched theory, especially given the timing of his “amicable resolution” in Helm’s lawsuit dismissal.

Good news is hopefully Usher will finally be able to put these Herpes accusations behind him and get back to givin’ fans some bangers soon.
