Video Surfaces: T.I. Removes Kodak Black From Trap Museum Amid Horrible Lauren London Comments

Posted On : April 9, 2019

Things are heating up between rappers T.I. and Kodak Black. The two men have been exchanging words for a few a days following Kodak’s insensitive comments to Lauren London.

Kodak Upset Everyone

Kodak took to Instagram Live to address Lauren London telling her, that he’d give her “a year to cry and sh** before he began shooting his shot with her.” His comments did not sit well with fans as well as other artists in the hip hop industry. While Kodak seemed to just be making light of the situation and wanting to be comedic, his comments were found to be offensive and very insensitive and he’s caught backlash from many of his peers and his own fanbase.

T.I. Responds

T.I. was one of the first rappers to address Kodak’s comments and checked him for his disrespectful comments to Lauren as well as the deceased rapper, Nipsey Hussle. It’s no surprise he came to the actress’s defense; T.I. and Lauren London were first introduced while working on the movie “ATL’, the two costars developed a solid friendship as their characters were close in the movie.

Other rappers The Game and Big Boi also addressed Kodak for his disrespect. Kodak took time to address T.I.’s demands that he “check himself” and took to his Instagram Live again to let the rapper know he was in Georgia April 6 and was willing to meet in person to settle any disagreements and disputes.

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
