Rumors have been circulating for the last couple of months about Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes, but last night Katie posed for pics in NYC Thursday night as if no one would notice the gold ring on her ring finger … on her left hand.

As reported by TMZ, there’s no huge diamond set in it, the ring is getting a ton of attention … possibly because of her longtime rumored boyfriend Jamie Foxx.

Jamie was also spotted wearing a gold band on his left hand the night before … also in NYC.
But Foxx’s rep say they’re not engagement or wedding rings. The funny thing is, with their relationship, either Foxx nor Holmes have ever confirmed the relationship at all. One thing to consider is that Holmes’ had a very public marriage and divorce with Tom Cruise, but Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx were really good friends.

So the short answer is, no they are not engaged. But the relationship seems to be legit.
