After the #OscarsSoWhite backlash sent their ratings and reputation plummeting, The Academy Association is now trying to save face with the new list of minorities they’re adding to their voting panel. BUT we’re gonna point out how they still think the public is pretty stupid. Prior to the Oscars sinking in that social media tsunami of backlash, the Academy was perfectly content with excluding minorities (women and minority races), which tells us this new diversity plan ain’t genuine.
