The past couple of years have been a roller-coaster, experiencing ups & downs just like the rest of us, but she’s under the spotlight. She lost her sister, filed for a divorce from her husband of 23 years,  she’s lost weight, and still working on new music. From the looks of it, she’s still a lover of life and is looking to keep things moving. Kelly Price is moving aggressively on her divorce with or without estranged husband Jeffery Rolle.

It is being reported that Price filed court docs in L.A. Superior Court last week asking that a judge rule in her favor in the divorce by default, because Rolle never responded to her divorce petition.

In her initial filing, Price reportedly asked that neither side be entitled to spousal support, and said that since they hadn’t built up assets as a married couple, there are none to divvy up.
