Bill Cosby and the women who boldly protested against him, while topless, outside the Pennsylvania courthouse on Monday morning (4/9/18), have been trending all over social media. Little did many known though, that protester is actually a former “Cosby Show” actress.

(Video) What Had Happened Was…

In case y’all haven’t heard, Bill Cosby’s retrial against sex assault accuser, Andrea Constand, has just started. Everything had been going smoothly each day Cosby entered into the PA courthouse to proceed with the case…until now. So, what had happened was on Monday morning, Cosby was walking into the courthouse, flanked by his publicists and police officers, as camera crews and civilians stood by watching. Things took a sharp turn left and ultimately caused Cosby and his crew to briefly make a sharp U-turn in the opposite direction.

A topless woman, rockin’ nothing but her ‘fro, a pair of jeans, and body paint that spelled out several names of alleged sex assault victims, jumped over the barricades, right into the path of Cosby as he was walking toward the courthouse entrance. She seemed to frighten 80 year old Cosby, as she jumped out shouting, “Women’s lives matter!” Cops instantly tackled her into a nearby bush, while handcuffing her, as Cosby and his team looked on in shock. She was ultimately charged with disorderly conduct. Check out the videos below to see what happened next…

Who Is This Woman?

The topless protester turned out to be former “Cosby Show” actress, Nicolle Rochelle, who appeared several times on the show as “Rudy Huxtable’s” friend, “Davina” (pictured below). She’s also starred in other 80’s/90’s/early 2000’s roles in “Shining Time Station” (1989), “Tales from the Darkside: The Movie” (1990) and “Someone Like You…” (2001), “Third Watch, Law & Order,” and a few more. Rochelle’s most recent known work was in a Paris based musical, in which she portrayed the late Josephine Baker from 2006 to 2010.

These days, it’s unclear what she’s doing now, but as y’all can see from the above video, she had nothing to lose when she willingly got arrested topless on Monday morning. As a matter of fact, it’s probably safe to assume that her latest Cosby protest has just put her back on the map and we’ll probably be hearing from her in an interview(s) soon. We’ll keep y’all posted on this.

Other “Cosby Show” Stars Have Mixed Reactions About Sex Scandal

As we’ve previously reported, several former “Cosby Show” stars have spoken out regarding the many women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault since 2015. Their reactions have range from support of Cosby, to ‘yep he did it’ type responses. Here’s a quick recap of a few of them:
Malcolm Jamal Warner (“Theo):

Malcolm suggested that people use caution, regarding the Cosby sex scandal allegations and media coverage. “The media has really helped make it such a big circus, and there are so many things that are thrown into the pot that things get really muddy,” Warner said on SiriusXM’s “Conversations with Maria Menounos.” “And there are so many levels to what’s going on that people are led to believe one thing when it’s not as black or white as people think it may be.”

Lisa Bonet (“Denice”):

Lisa alluded that she has fishy suspicions about Cosby. ““There was no knowledge on my part about his specific actions, but… There was just energy. And that type of sinister, shadow energy cannot be concealed,” Bonet said in a PorterEdit interview. […] “I don’t need to say, ‘I told you so’,” she says about Cosby’s current sex assault scandal. “I just leave all that to karma and justice and what will be.”

Keshia Knight Pulliam (“Rudy”):

When asked why she accompanied Cosby to his 2017 trial against Andrea Constand, Keshia stated,”It was important for me to be there because at the end of the day, I believe you’re innocent until proven guilty. And that’s not the man that I ever experienced.”
