pebles tlcthen husband, L.A. Reid, which Chili adamantly denies.

The suit claims that the movie portrays Pebbles as a “conniving and dishonest business woman who hoodwinked three innocent girls and exploited their talent for her own personal gain,” and alleges that the network “ignored fundamental canons of journalistic and literary conduct by publishing false and defamatory accusations with actual malice.”

Then things got a little uglier when she went on The Wendy Williams Show defending herself against claims that she mismanaged the trio’s money and forced them into bankruptcy and that’s also when threw out the allegations that Chilli had an affair with her then-husband, L.A. Reid. Although she later admitted that she never actually caught the two in action, but said on the TV show she “absolutely” believed they were sleeping together behind her back. (She and Reid divorced not long after her falling out with TLC.)

Pebbles on her Chili and L.A. Reid suspicions:

“I suspected a couple of things, but I didn’t want to believe that [at the time],” she said of the alleged affair. “For years, I didn’t want to believe that because I felt like they were daughters to me.”

Then Chilli and T-Boz took to Twitter and said:

“Yall need 2 watch what church yall walk n2 cuz ill tell ya sum of these so called MINISTERS might get struck down by lightning at any moment.”

They were allegedly referring to Pebbles, like we said, is now a minister. L.A. Reid had to jump in and give his side, but all he really said was he agreed with Pebbles in blaming TLC for contributing to the demise of their marriage.

Geesh! Hopefully Pebbles gets a minute to relax, relate and release because her life’s been filled with pretty some crazy stuff over the past few years.

We salute the incredible people and beautiful memories of that "old school". We’re not saying that every artist and every facet of the soul era was perfect, but the artists’ contributions to soul music and the old school memories of that particular time are PRICELESS.
