Cosby is using his current incarceration to school fellow inmates on what NOT to do once they’ve been released from prison. Page Six reports that not only is he lecturing an audience of over 100 inmates, they actually listen to him. And sometimes they listen to his lectures up to four times a week:

“These are the types of men he has wanted to get his messages across to for years, and now he has a totally captive audience,” said his spokesman Andrew Wyatt.

Most of Cosby’s work is with Man Up, a group for inmates who are about to be paroled, where he pontificates about life lessons and not getting arrested again.

Cosby’s talks range in subject matter, from tips for job interviews, to how to remain clean and sober once they re-enter society. Though this in no way exonerates him from the turmoil he allegedly brought into so many lives, the fact that he’s assisting others shows he’s using his time in prison wisely. Hopefully, those listening to him will realize his as a very important cautionary tale.
