The estate for Kristoff St. John is facing a lawsuit that claims the soap star died owing American Express some money.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the American Express National Bank filed a creditor’s claim against the estate last week, a little more than two months after his passing.

The claim states that AMEX believes they are owed $33,007.31.

St. John’s estate is currently in flux after Paris filed documents in March claiming he died without a will and requesting she be named the administrator.

If St. Johns estate has to cover the AMEX bill that only leaves $88,992.69 to be divided to his two daughters Paris St. John and Lola St. John.

If done evenly that’s just over $44,000 per child. Additionally, there is no mention if Kristoff had a life insurance policy in the event of his untimely death.
