Earlier this year we reported about Bow and Leslie’s tumultuous altercation, which lead to both being arrsted for battery. After his brief stint in jail Bow moved on from his violent relationship with Leslie. However aside from that during an appearance on Big Boy’s Neighborhood he revealed he was dealing with other issues at the time.

Opening up about his battle with depression, he explained: “I was depressed. I was going through it. I wanted to tell people you can have the most money in the world and it doesn’t really heal you. I was going through a lot last year. Not even career-wise. I was going through a lot of things personally.”

Leslie has remained somewhat silent about the incident, but she’s now opening up about one moment that changed her life forever. And it still haunts her to this day.

Rapper and Growing Up Hip Hop: ATL star, Bow Wow, is suffering another huge ‘L’ in the love department. He’s already had many failed relationships, as he continues his quest for true love. However, he seems to keep picking women that are, for a lack of a better term, a little cray. He may want to change how he treats his ladies, or choose better ones, because his latest piece is not here for the games…and she just cost him a very expensive lesson.

Bow Wow’s History With Women

Bow Wow has been open about his past relationships, especially the ones where he knows he’s done wrong. He has publicly stated that his relationship with Ciara ended because of infidelity, and he still regrets it. More recently, he was attached to his GUHH co-star, Kiyomi Leslie, who he got into a heated altercation with, which resulted in police being called to his home. In a video, obtained by TMZ, on the night of their huge blowup earlier this year, Bow and Leslie were seen clearly arguing. What’s revealed is a mere appetizer for the main course that landed them both in jail following the dispute:

The video taken from their apartment complex shows Bow Wow and Kiyomi Leslie Holden taking an elevator up to their unit after a night of partying. The rapper looks PISSED at Kiyomi Leslie, because he rips something from her hand, and appears to berate her.

The blowup stemmed from Bow’s anger at Leslie, for reportedly talking to another man at a party earlier that evening. The fight resulted in both being arrested for battery, and Bow Wow’s mugshot looking like Leslie got the best of him. It was such a bad falling out that the two of them don’t even speak anymore. Now, Bow has seemingly moved onto another woman. However, their relationship may be just as toxic as the one he had with Leslie and he’s recently taken to social media to show everyone his latest relationship drama.

Ciara is the MVP when it comes to leaving past relationships behind. She’s entered into a slew of ill-fated relationships, eventually leading to her marriage and happily ever after with Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson. And while she continues to serve as the definition of the term, Level Up, two of her former lovers, 50 Cent and Bow Wow, are currently beefin’ on Twitter. Interestingly, they’ve now dragged Ciara into the middle of their Twitter battle.

Two Dodged Bullets

Ciara and Bow Wow’s relationship lasted from 2004 until 2006. Bow recently admitted that he and Ciara were engaged to be married, yet infidelity ultimately curved their trip down the aisle. Soon afterwards, Ciara was romantically linked to 50 Cent, and the rumors only further increased after they collaborated on their hit single, “Can’t Leave ‘Em Alone”

Their relationship ended in 2010, although according to Cheat Sheet Ciara admitted that the two of them were never in a relationship at all.

“He’s been my best friend for years … That’s pretty much the situation,” she told talk show host, Wendy Williams. “I haven’t really had the chance to do like dating over the years from my relationship with the young Bow [Wow]. I just really want to take my time, because that’s what it’s about.”

Perhaps Bow and 50 have some unresolved feelings from both being the ones who let Ciara get away, and they’re taking their issues out on each other via social media, because the two of them are now locked into a back and forth beef over money.

Since becoming an adult Bow Wow has been involved in a multitude of high profile relationships with women from the Entertainment industry. Recently his name has been linked to an alleged domestic altercation with former girlfriend and fellow Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta cast mate Kiyomi Leslie. However Bow Wow’s relationship issues started way before then. For instance, his relationship with singer Ciara was the stuff tabloids dreamed of. Two young, popular artists engaged in a whirlwind romance should have had a fairy tale conclusion, yet the end of their relationship was more like a nightmare.

BET Reports that back during their relationship Bow Wow proposed to Ciara, yet everything fell apart because he was allegedly cheating on her. Everyone is aware that Ciara leveled up years later by becoming NFL quarterback Russell Wilson’s wife yet on a recent episode of Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta he expressed his feelings about commitment and relationships.

The reflection on his past love life came up after a discussion he was having with Jermaine Dupri’s daughter, Shaniah Maudlin, about her current relationship. The conversation eventually caused him to think of the many relationships in his life that failed, specifically the one with Ciara. “You want commitment, most women want that. Those are things that I’ve tried in my life, I’ve tried twice,” he recalled. “I was engaged to Ciara and I was engaged to Erica [Mena].”

Shad was arrested by Atlanta PD officers during Super Bowl weekend, after his on-again/off-again girlfriend Leslie “Kiyomi” Holden called the police. The 32-year-old “Face Off” rapper was charged with “battery substantial physical harm,” despite the fact that Kiyomi’s scratches were evident across his face.

Shad insists he was wrongfully arrested, and his time in jail had a dramatic effect on him. He suggested he was the victim of domestic abuse, and his now infamous mugshot backs him up.

“First of all, I shouldn’t have been locked up period,” said Shad who is out on bond. The pictures, you saw that. The pictures say it all…”

He said being in jail made him realize he needed to end the abuse.

“When I was in that cell it was a life-changing moment for me. I felt as far as my own self, I needed that. I needed that moment to think, to understand who I was.”

The “Bounce with Me” star also admitted that the scandal was the latest incident in a very difficult year for him.

Dupri co-wrote “We Belong Together” and “Always Be My Baby” with Mariah Carey and “Burn” with Usher. The induction is undoubtedly well-deserved.

The 2018 class of inductees will be rounded out by Kool & the Gang, John Mellencamp, Alan Jackson, Allee Willis, Bill Anderson, and Steve Dorff. Songwriters Hall co-chairs Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff along with president and CEO Linda Moran issued a joint statement highlighting the importance of diversity in its ongoing recognition of songwriting talent.

That brings us to the point of this article, as many of us know, Ciara has dated a few celebrities prior to Russell, including rappers, Bow Wow, Future, and 50 Cent as well as NBA player, Amare Stoudemire. Bow Wow and Future are the exes that are currently trending though. Why? Because they were the talk of social media when they popped up at Saturday’s playoff game and sat sideline (obviously in clear eye view of Russell) in support of their home team of Atlanta.

Cameras captured both of them and many wondered if that would apply added pressure on Russell, along with the obvious pressure of having to win the playoff game in a push for the Super Bowl…

Some ATL fans even used Ciara’s exes to attempt to distract Russell with signs like these…

THE LOSS, TAUNTING, & SHADE

What ended up happening is the Seahawks did take the ‘L’ with the final score being 36-20 Atlanta Falcons.

Afterwards, many people took to social media to taunt Russell for what they perceived as him crumbling to the pressure of Ciara’s exes sitting on the sideline. While many others supported Russell with encouraging or appreciative words for his great efforts this season.

In response to the taunting and the loss, Russell and Ciara both posted Instagram messages of gratitude for their ‘family,’ which included a photo of Russell and Ciara with Future’s and Ciara’s, son (also named Future). Not sure if that was done to taunt Future or not, given the rocky history between the three of them, but it’s still good that they didn’t start any back and forth Twitter beef.

FYI: Although Bow Wow is very happy for Ciara, Future on the other hand has had several public issues with her, regarding their young son, Future Wilburn, whom Russell is close to also. The tension between them was so bad, that up until a few days ago, Ciara had a defamation lawsuit against Future, which could indicate that they’re trying to bury the hatchet.

Overall, it was great to see that all parties involved- Future, Ciara, Bow Wow, and Russell- handled the playoff game situation like grown folks.
