Bill Cosby’s post-incarceration life has been filled with more drama than a little bit. And there doesn’t seem to be any signs of it slowing up anytime soon. Recently we reported how Cosby is spending his time in prison, teaching life lessons to crowds of inmates up to three times a week. Some of those lessons include ways of being a better parent. Perhaps he may need his own advice soon, now that there are claims of him fathering a second love child. If this latest claim proves truthful, then he may lose his biggest supporter of all- his wife of 55 years, Camille.

First Time Around

This isn’t the first time Cosby has been accused of fathering a child outside of his marriage. In 1997 a woman, named Autumn Jackson, came out the woodwork with claims that she was supposedly Cosby’s illegitimate daughter. Though he admitted to an affair with Jackson’s mother, Shawn Upshaw, he denied that Autumn was his child. When Jackson threatened to take her story to the tabloids, Cosby sued her…and unfortunately for Jackson, it did not end well. The New York Post reports;

The married father of five acknowledged kids had admitted in an interview that he’d enjoyed a “rendezvous’’ with Jackson’s mother. And Cosby, who all but said that he was, at best, a lousy husband and, at worst, a rank hypocrite, testified that he paid the mother and daughter $100,000 over the years to keep his image-crushing extramarital affair a secret.

In the end, Cosby won slobbering applause from starstruck jurors who convicted Jackson of extortion, conspiracy and crossing state lines to commit a crime — she threatened to sell a story of his possible paternity to a supermarket tabloid if he failed to fork over $40 million.

Jackson was sentenced to twenty-six months in federal prison, and it was never revealed whether Cosby is her father or not.

Now, there’s another woman claiming that Cosby is the father of her son, and after a recent theft of Cosby’s personal items, a DNA test may, or may not, prove she’s right.

As most of us have heard by now, African American billionaire, Robert F. Smith, made an incredibly generous offer to the 2019 graduating class of Morehouse College over the weekend. Now, Bill Cosby and his wife, Camille, have spoken out to praise Smith’s kindness.

Before we get into Bill and Camille’s statements, here’s a quick recap of who Robert F. Smith is and what he’s done offered the Morehouse grads: Smith is described as ‘former chemical engineer and investment banker, he is the founder, chairman, and CEO of private equity firm Vista Equity Partners,’ which is how he’s racked up approximately $5 billion in net worth to date.

When Smith delivered the commencement speech at Morehouse’s 2019 graduation, he promised to pay off the college debt of the ENTIRE 2019 class. That was completely unexpected and the graduates, along with their families cried tears of joy. Ironically, after Smith’s video went viral online, he received a few ignant comments from those who think he is somehow wrong for funding the education of African American graduates. Yeah, I know…that makes no sense, but it’s not shocking to say the least.

Anywho, now there are two people who most definitely are ridin’ with Smith on this- Mr. and Mrs. Cosby, who have a special connection with Morehouse. Their son, Ennis Cosby- who was murdered during a car jacking years ago- was a Morehouse graduate. Since then, the Cosbys have donated millions to the school throughout the years, wth Bill’s most recent donation being in $3 million just a few years ago.

Camille’s Statement…

Camille tells The Blast, “I was excited to read how this Giant Of A Man [Mr. Robert F. Smith] vowed to pay off Morehouse Class Of 2019’s student loans. It’s due time that more wealthy African-Americans take up this mantle, that was truly started by non-wealthy, non-educated Blacks, who understood that education meant freedom. … “Education gives you permission to pass through the gates, even when a sign says Do Not Enter.”

Bill’s Statement…

“I salute Mr. Robert F. Smith; he has just reached one step closer to finding a cure for America’s deadly diseases, by funding education.” He added, “earning is contagious; I’m a living witness on the inside of this institution [SCI Phoenix],” and, “Mrs. Cosby and I are smiling with our son, Ennis.”

Pretty sure, there are millions of other folks out who agree with the Cosbys on this. We salute Robert F. Smith for going above and beyond to pay it forward and be an excellent example of great character, success, and selflessness for young people.

Camille Cosby is standing up for her husband of 54 years, Bill Cosby, and the bombshells she’s just dropped has many giving the outcome of his trial the side eye. Mrs. Cosby’s claims and findings have led to her demanding justice, a retrial, and a recusal of the judge who presided over Cosby’s sexual assault trial. All of this is going down as Cosby awaits up to 10 years in prison sentencing after being convicted of three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault. Camille Cosby Exposes Reported Wrongdoings By Judge…It Had Nothing To Do With Bill

In an interview with The Blast, Camille Cosby revealed that the reason Bill lost his case actually had nothing to do with him, but rather, everything to do with the long standing beef between the former Pennsylvania D.A. and the presiding judge in Cosby’s trial:

Via The Blast: Camille tells The Blast, “Bill Cosby was not afforded an impartial judge and he did not receive a fair trial.” She’s referring to Bill appearing before Judge Steven T. O’Neill, who Camille claims “had a bitter, longstanding feud with one of the key witnesses in the case.”

Bruce Castor, the former D.A. in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, testified under oath that in 2006 he made a decision not to prosecute the comedian on charges of sexual assault because he felt the case was weak.

Camille claims Judge O’Neill “refused to believe the sworn testimony” of Castor because back in 1999 the two actually ran bitter campaigns against each other to become District Attorney, and O’Neill lost hard.

Judge Pissed After Affair With Assistant Was Exposed?
The details Camille provided behind the beef are hella suspect on the judge’s part. She says that the reason Judge O’Neil is REALLY pissed with former D.A. Castor, is because during their campaigning for the district attorney spot, O’Neil was separated from his wife at that time. However, Castor found out that O’Neil was also romantically involved with his female assistant and therefore, invited said assistant to one of their campaign debates in efforts to out O’Neil.

It worked and according to The Blast, Camille says O’Neil was not only upset that he lost the race to Castor, but he was “embarrassed” by Castor outing his affair and has had it out for him ever since. Thus, the outcome of Cosby’s trial, which Castor had previously tossed out, due to lack of sufficient evidence in Andrea Constand’s claims:

Via TB- Camille claims the move “embarrassed” Judge O’Neill and caused him to perform “poorly” at the debate and ultimately withdraw from the race.

Camille claims that beef between the two political figures from years prior caused O’Neill to shoot down his petition to dismiss the case against Cosby. She says the public, and Cosby, were entitled to know about “Judge O’Neil’s bias” before the rulings were made and that the “Judge let his own personal feelings override Mr. Cosby’s right to a fair trial.”

Judge O’Neil is also the same judge, who at the time of Cosby vs. Constand’s first trial, was reportedly agitated when the jury was hung for the same reason- lack of sufficient evidence from Ms. Constand’s testimony and claims. However, in an odd move, Judge O’Neil demanded that they go back into deliberation and come up with a verdict, which they did…and still came out with a hung jury verdict yet again – for the same reasons.

Heres what both Camille and Bill’s legal team are now demanding:

[Camille] now wants the judge to provide a full accounting of his issues and alleged bias with Bruce Castor, and also for him to “correct the horrible injustice done to Mr. Cosby and to our system of justice.”

Along with his wife’s harsh comments, Cosby’s legal team also filed documents to reconsider the recusal of Judge O’Neill.

In case you’ve been sleep for most of the day, the jury in Bill Cosby’s case failed to come up with a unanimous vote for a second time. That lead to a mistrial of Cosby’s case, in which a former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand, claimed that 13 years ago, he’d sexually molested her when she went to visit him at his home for dinner.

Camille Cosby: ‘D.A. Is Heinous & Exploitative, Judge Is Arrogant’

After the verdict was read, Bill Cosby shared a lengthy statement on Twitter, from his wife and let’s just say that Camille is putting the term “stand by your man” to full use. She went off on many involved in the case for attempting to target her husband for gain. She referred to the Pennsylvania district attorney as ‘heinous and exploitative’ and the judge presiding over the case as “arrogantly collaborating with the district attorney.”

Camille’s statement wasn’t all angry though, she did take the time to thank the jurors  “who tenaciously fought to review the evidence,” noting that that is the correct way to fairly deliberate a case.  She then thanked Bill Cosby’s legal team- attorneys Brian McMonagle and Angela Agrusa- for their passion and thorough research in representing her husband.  Check out Mrs. Cosby’s full statement below:

Two High Profile Cases Get Emotional Reactions In Less Than 24 Hours

Within less than 24 hours, we’ve all witnessed two high profile trial cases that have received emotionally charged, mixed reactions that are still being expressed by millions as we speak: Philando Castile’s killer, police officer Jeronimo Yanez, was found not guilty of ALL charges. While Cosby’s trial ended in a hung jury.

The only difference between the two is that the world got to witness one of these situations with their own eyes.  Philando Castile’s murder, was caught on camera as his girlfriend Live streamed it on Facebook, when the murderous officer slaughtered him in cold blood for no apparent reason. Philando appeared to be in full compliance with the officer’s commands when he was shot multiple times in the chest, as he and his girlfriend’s young daughter cried in the back seat of their vehicle. So the fact that there are actually ‘mixed’ reactions regarding the acquittal of Philando’s killer is unbelievable (but not really)…

As for Cosby’s case, the public’s mixed reactions are understandable because none of us were there to witness the sexual encounter, except Cosby and Andrea Constand. So it was a case of his word against hers, along with the evidence presented to the jurors. The prosecuting attorneys in Cosby’s case have now vowed to take the case to court again eventually.

Bill Cosby’s wife will be deposed Monday in the defamation lawsuit brought against her husband by seven women who allege he sexually assaulted them.

Camille Cosby, 71, is scheduled to meet with plaintiffs’ lawyers –answering questions under oath–at the Springfield Marrriot in Massachusetts after courts ruled Friday and Sunday that she must give testimony.

Bill Cosby’s lawyers had argued that Camille “has had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case.”

They said her testimony would serve “no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her.”

Allegations of sexual abuse against Bill Cosby, 78, have swirled for decades, with Camille Cosby largely standing by her hubby’s side.

But in recent months, as the heat’s been turned up on the once-beloved comedian, Camille Cosby has taken a much lower profile and not uttered a peep about the salacious allegations.

Plaintiffs Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, and Angela Leslie have filed suit against Cosby in a Massachusetts federal court late last year, claiming he sexually abused them decades ago.

An NY Post source says that Camille is just sick and tired of what his past affairs have now done to their marriage and to her image. Well, let us re-phrase that- it seems that Camille isn’t necessarily fed up with Bill’s affairs, because according to NYPost’s source, she always allowed him to have them, as long as he kept that part of his lifestyle away from her and out of the public’s out- but what appears to be happening now is that Mrs. Cosby is angered because now that all of these allegations have come out against Bill, in his quest to prove his innocence, Bill has had no choice but to publicly acknowledge that he has had multiple consensual  extramarital affairs a.k.a. ‘side chicks’ throughout their wedded bliss and according to the source, that is exactly what Camille asked him not to do from the get-go – publicly embarrass her.

Now that Camille has been thoroughly embarrassed in the media and dragged into Bill’s legal situation by being subpoenaed to give a deposition in at least one of his pending cases, she’s allegedly pretty upset about it.

A few eyebrows were also raised when Bill Cosby’s now infamous arrest was shown without his other half, Camille, by his side. She is always by his side, but on that day, our main man, Cosby, was rolling solo.

Well, Camille Cosby will finally be given her day in court, where the truth will be revealed about her knowledge of husband, Bill Cosby’s alleged affairs with other women. There’s been so much speculation about whether Mrs. Cosby knew, encouraged, or ignored the alleged affairs and sexual abuse by dozens of women. Page Six is reporting that Camille Cosby will be under oath next month where she will need to reveal the truth.

Bill Cosby‘s wife of nearly 52 years will answer questions under oath next month in her first deposition since dozens of women came forward over the last year with sexual abuse allegations against Cosby.

A lawyer for seven women suing Cosby for defamation said Thursday that Camille Cosby‘s deposition is scheduled Jan. 6 in Springfield. Attorney Joseph Cammarata said Bill Cosby’s deposition is scheduled Feb. 22, also in Springfield, where the defamation suit was filed.

The women allege Cosby’s representatives defamed them after they came forward with their allegations.

Cammarata announced the deposition dates during a hearing in federal court in a separate lawsuit filed against Cosby by his insurer, AIG Property Casualty Co.

AIG is balking at paying the costs of defending Cosby in the defamation suit.
