Jennifer Files New Charges

In her continued efforts to show that Tim is violent and an endangerment to her life, Jennifer has turned things up a notch, by calling on a new witness. This witness reportedly got his face decorated by a flurry of punches from Tim:

Sources close to the ‘Basketball Wives’ star tell TMZ … Jennifer’s legal team has added Horace Hodges to her witness list in her quest to get a permanent restraining order against James “Tim” Norman. Remember, she already got a temporary order against Tim after claiming he’s violent and threatening. He calls BS.

Jennifer’s witness — a former pastry chef who worked with Tim — has allegedly come face-to-face with Tim’s violent ways. He sued Tim back in June of 2017 … claiming Tim damaged his left eye after punching him with his fist.

Horace ended up suing Tim for ‘physical pain, mental anguish, physical disfigurement, impairment and other damages,’ although it’s uncertain what the outcome of that lawsuit was.

Tim Norman Fires Back

Prior to Jennifer filing a restraining order against Tim, a few months ago it was Tim Norman who filed one against her first. So as to be expected, the “Sweetie Pies” star has yet again clapped back at Jennifer’s latest claims with made new allegations of his own. Not only is he maintaining his previous claims -that Jennifer is the violent one, who tried to run him down with a car and slashed his tires- but he’s also spilled the beans, to TMZ, on what he says are her true motivations for being so pissed with him…

Claims he refused to marry her for fame:

James “Tim” Norman says Jennifer is being incredibly vindictive after producers of “Sweetie Pie’s” pressed him to get engaged to her but he wasn’t into it.

Tim says he stopped giving Jennifer money:

Tim says Jennifer is also pissed off because he closed the cash register drawer on her, refusing to bankroll her online business, “Classy Girl Wardrobe.”

Jennifer trying to use him for “Basketball Wives” storyline?:

He also says she’s just trying to create a storyline on “Basketball Wives” to keep herself relevant. … he [also] says she stole money from him.

Tim never mentioned Horace- the cat with the swollen eye- in his response though, so maybe there is some truth to what Horace and Jennifer are claiming in regards to that fist fight situation.

Does This Prove Jennifer Is Plotting BBW Storyline

As far as Tim’s claims that Jennifer’s trying to use him for a “Basketball Wives” storyline, there may also be some truth in that, here’s why:

As we previously reported, on January 29, 2018 Jennifer walked out of a Los Angeles, California courthouse, all smiles after being granted a temporary restraining order against Tim (after he’d gotten one against her). The thing that caught the attention of many, is that she had a camera crew in tow and her “Basketball Wives” cast mate, Evelyn Lozada, was a part of the entourage. When paparazzi caught up with Jennifer (see the video above), as she and her people were happily leaving, she was asked if she was also using the restraining order as a storyline for an upcoming episode of “Basketball Wives.” Jennifer grinned and then stated to the cameraman, “You knoooow, I can’t really say. If you see cameras, you know something’s going on.” Hmmm…

Tim’s Prior Restraining Order Against Jennifer

Tim has been having some serious turbulence with his ex-girlfriend/Basketball Wives star, Jennifer Williams, for the past month of so. As we previously reported, Tim was granted a restraining order against Jennifer last month (December 2017), after he claimed that she’d trailed him; sliced his car’s tires; tried to run him over with his car; and sent him threatening text messages, telling him that he was “playing with the wrong one.” Jennifer was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Tim.

Jennifer’s Claims & Small Victory Against Tim

Now, weeks later, it is Jennifer who has just received a small victory of her own.

Earlier Monday (1-29-18), Jennifer walked into a Los Angeles, California court to ask the judge for a temporary restraining order against Tim Norman, with the hopes of eventually being granted a permanent one. In her new legal filing, Jennifer reportedly accused Tim of sending her threatening text messages and also of doing the same thing that she actually showed up to court doing as well- drumming up hype to display on their reality shows.

According to TMZ, Jennifer walked out of the courthouse with a camera crew in tow and her Basketball Wives cast mate, Evelyn Lozada, was a part of the entourage. Jennifer says in her new legal docs Norman is lying “purely to harass and stalk me, and possibly to drum up attention for himself and his own television show.” […] Jennifer says she did not slash Norman’s tires … she has an alibi, claiming she was at a friend’s birthday brunch. She says…Norman has a long history of abusing her. She says in Sept 2016 at a Drake concert he verbally abused her and threatened to beat up a guy who was looking at her. Jennifer says Norman sent her a text message afterward, saying, “I’m not really the type of bitch n**** you obviously think I am for you to stand there next to me eyeing that sand n****.”

Jennifer has appeared on Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s with Tim and now it looks like he may possibly become a non-present character on The Basketball Wives too. They both seem to be using each other as storylines to a certain extent. Laaaawd…this whole thing is getting crazier by the day, but we’ll keep y’all posted.

According to The Jasmine Brand, the police report details a number of disturbing incidents where Jennifer is accused of doing horrific things to make Tim’s life miserable. By now, most people know about the restraining order Tim filed for, claiming Jennifer was stalking him. But now that the police report has been obtained, it looks like there’s much more to the story. From breaking into his home to slashing his tires and attempting to run over him with his own car, Jennifer has allegedly been giving Tim hell. However, the drama didn’t stop at his personal life. Jennifer is also said to have brought the drama to Tim’s job. The reality star also claims Jennifer tried to have him fired from Sweetie Pie’s. Tim also claimed to have screenshots of threatening text message conversations. Although they officially split back in September, it looks like they’d been at odds for months before they went their separate ways.

Jennifer’s Response:

Shortly after the couple’s ordeal made headlines, Jennifer Williams took to social media with a photo of the investigative report and a response to what happened. She captioned the post:

“I’m dealing with a real life psycho that I have not seen in 3 months! I don’t know if he is trying to boost ratings for his show or what his agenda is. Imagine me slashing tires. Imagine Tim moving quickly. Please leave me alone and stop fabricating lies..”

However, Tim insists all he wanted was distance after the breakup. He also revealed why a judge had no problem issuing a restraining order.

“All I had to do was show the emails, threats, and hate that’s been thrown my way … that’s it. Judge issued a restraining order immediately.Why isn’t there one on me ?? I’m NOT PRESSING CHARGES! I just want distance,” he wrote.

Hopefully, the drama fizzles out between these two, because if Tim’s claims are true, this situation could get very dangerous. Pretty sure his mother, Miss Robbie (owner of Sweetie Pie’s) doesn’t want her son to have to deal with any violent relationship. She’s already had to watch her good friend and former boss, Tina Turner, deal with that from Ike back in the day. In case y’all didn’t know, Tina Turner credits Tim’s mother for being the one who ultimately helped her leave Ike and find peace.

Apparently in recent times though, things have taken a violent turn for the worse and according to Tim, Jennifer is the culprit. In a recent restraining order he filed against Jennifer, it was reported that she slashed his tires and was stalking him. Therefore she was ordered to stay so many feet away from him and his property.

Well, now Jennifer has shot back with a police report filing of her own, according to The Blast, and ironically she’s saying that Tim is the one gettin’ his stalk on:

Williams filed a police report on December 17 against James “Tim” Norman, accusing him of stalking. According to the report, Williams broke up with Norman but he is continuing to follow her around and has even shown up at her residence. Sources close to the reality star tell us she cut off all contact with Norman and blocked him on social media when they broke up. She believes this caused him to become enraged and allegedly begin sending her threatening emails and texts.

We’re told she was leaving her home over the weekend when she saw Norman … and immediately high-tailed it to LAPD to file a report.Williams is headed to court today to file a restraining order against Norman and seek a permanent fix to keeping him away.
