]]> After news broke yesterday (May 15th) that actor, Wendell Pierce, (best known for his roles in “Waiting To Exhale” and in the cable series, “The Wire”), was arrested for simple battery against a man and his girlfriend at an Atlanta hotel, Pierce is speaking out to tell his side of the story, after being released from jail on a $1,000 bond. Pierce’s detail of what actually went down at 3:30 AM during an allegedly heated political argument at the hotel, is drastically different from the account that the the other party gave to police. We’re not sure what’s up with this alleged altercation, but it will be interesting to see how this whole thing plays out once all of the facts are out…
