After word got out that Toni Braxton was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, for what was the second time in just a few weeks, everyone was worried about her health status. Her team posted an emergency message on Toni’s social media accounts announcing her emergency room check-in and the cancellation of her Sunday’s show in Chicago…

Now Toni B. may be small in stature, but she has the strength of a giant. It was only a few hours after being hospitalized and cancelling her show, that our girl, Toni, was stepping out of that hospital, determined to step onto that Chicago arena stage.

Once doctors cleared Toni to leave, she took to social media and quickly started doing some major damage control about her health status:
First she jetted out of that hospital probably with this attitude, like ‘we gon’ be alright’…

And then she pounced on over to Twitter and Instagram with a flurry of Tweets and IG posts to tell her fans this, as she kept it pushin’ toward her Chicago concert…

Word on the Old School curb is that Toni B. performed a helluva show and as she continues her tour, we hope she can continue to kick her Lupus in the a$$. We’re rooting for you Toni Braxton!!! In the words of your man ‘friend,’ you’re making Lupus put some “RESPECK” on your name!
