Years After Jasmine Guy’s Bitter Divorce From Ex, Their Adult Daughter’s Following Her Path
Different World star, Jasmine Guy, and her ex-husband’s divorce may have been a tad bitter, but there was one element that they can forever be proud of- their 20 year old daughter.
When Jasmine and Terrence Duckett divorced after 10 years of marriage, many were surprised because they seemed so happy on the outside. They were married from 1998 to 2008, but unfortunately things didn’t work out and they ended up in court, battling for full custody for their daughter, Imani Duckett. Jasmine ultimately won primary custody.
In a 2012 interview, Jasmine reportedly revealed that Terrence was slippin’ on his child support payments and at that time, still owed her $40,000 in back child support.
