We’ve written stories here on ILOSM about the relationship of Prince and Mayte Garcia several times, and in a recent article a couple of weeks ago, Mayte shared intimate details of the romantic and sometimes bizarre relationship with Prince, which made us laugh and cry. Garcia first met Prince in 1990 and was ultimately hired to dance on one of his tours. The singer-songwriter went on to produce an album for her and they wed in 1996 in Minneapolis.
