Both Chris Tucker and Jay Leno actually testified at MJ’s child molestation trial AGAINST the accuser’s and his family’s claims. Tucker testified that he’d tried to warn MJ to stay away from that family, because they’d previously gotten thousands of dollars from him as well.

Tucker testified that he first met the accuser at the Laugh Factory, after the teen’s dad came up to him and told him his son “loved me and was dying of cancer,” said Tucker. Then the family asked Tucker to attend a fund raiser for the accuser. Tucker agreed, then testified that they told him the fund raiser “didn’t make any money, and they needed some money.” Tucker wired them $1500 and later took the accuser, and his siblings on a shopping spree, as well as oftentimes taking them on outings with his own son. Via CNN: In the final testimony of the defense case, Tucker singled out the accuser’s mother, who, he testified, had “mental problems.” “I told him to watch out for (the mother) because I felt suspicious,” Tucker said. “You need to watch out. Be careful.” […]bTucker said he thought the accuser — whom Tucker befriended in 2000 as the boy was battling cancer — was “smart” and “cunning,” telling jurors that the boy would reference his illness when asking Tucker for money.

The accuser’s younger brother, a key prosecution witness in the trial, was even more cunning, Tucker said, to the point that the “Rush Hour” star felt he needed “to check (the brother’s) pockets before he left my house.”

Tucker also said he flew the family by private jet to Miami in February 2003 because the accuser told him that he wanted to go there to be with Jackson — contradicting assertions by both the family and the prosecution that the trip was part of an effort by Jackson’s camp to enlist their help with a news conference.

Tucker said it was during the Miami trip that he warned Jackson about the accuser’s family. He said his own associates also had been warning him about the family, but he continued to try to help them because “I felt sorry for (the boy).” “They did a lot of things I didn’t see, that my people were telling me to watch out,” he said. But Tucker said he started “getting nervous” when the accuser and his brother and sister began referring to him as the “brother” and telling them they how much they loved him. “I knew it was going a little too far,” he said.

Geesh…so, while the accusers were reportedly getting money from Michael Jackson, they were well aware they’d just gotten kicked to the curb by Tucker for displaying suspicious behaviors???

Jay Leno’s Testimony

According to Jay Leno, the accuser and his family went after him too, but he just didn’t fall for the sauce. Leno ultimately testified, in court, that the family had contacted him and they’d reportedly talked a few times by phone, and but he says he assumed they wanted money. However, Jay also said they never asked him for it. The accuser’s family had allegedly previously lied and said they never talked to Leno, only left him one voicemail message.

As many of us know by now, comedian, Chris Tucker, and Michael Jackson became good friends after meeting each other in the late 1990’s. Little did they know though, their friendship and Tucker’s ex-girlfriend of 8 years, would bring forth some critical elements that were key to helping MJ win his child molestation case. The case in which MJ was acquitted of all charges, after suddenly being accused of molestation, by a teenaged boy he’d help get cured from cancer.

Who Is Tucker’s Ex?

At the time of the allegations, Chris Tucker was engaged to the mother of his son, Azja Pryor. Their son is now twenty-three-years old, but when he was a kid, Azia – like her then-fiance, Chris – was also close to Michael Jackson. She worked in the entertainment field, as a casting agent for Paramount Studios at that time.

Tucker’s & Ex’s History With Michael Jackson’s Accusers

During Michael Jackson’s 2005 child molestation trial, both Chris and Azja confirmed they’d formed a bond with the then 13 year old accuser and his accuser’s family years prior to the molestation allegations.

Tucker met the family when the accuser’s dad approached him at a cancer fundraiser for his son and told Tucker that his son was cancer stricken. Tucker, having a generous heart, eventually introduced the accuser to his and Azja’s then young son, Destin Tucker. The two kids formed a friendship and they would all sometimes go out to theme parks and such.

After meeting Chris Tucker, the accusing family found a way (not through Tucker) to also pitch their same cancer story to Michael Jackson (although Chris Tucker tried to stop it, but that’s a whole ‘notha story…read about it HERE) and then all of the families would sometimes hang out at MJ’s Neverland Ranch.

The Shady Things Tucker’s Ex Says Mother Of The Accusers Told Her

In an interview with “Access Hollywood,” Azja Pryor revealed that she eventually formed a close friendship with the accuser’s mother. That’s also why she later felt “betrayed” by the mother and father, after they’d accused MJ of molesting their cancer stricken child.

The good news for MJ was that, because of Azja’s connection to the accusers, she had some pertinent information that MJ’s attorneys knew would be important to disclose in his trial. Azja knew the accuser, his brother and dad, but her closest bond was with the mother and her daughter for a duration of three years. In her testimony, Azja said she oftentimes spoke to the mother and daughter several times per week and that the mother would always share many of her deepest family secrets with her, including a desperate situation she seemed to be in at that time.

For starters, Azja revealed that in February 2003, the mother and daughter repeatedly asked her if they could have her old car (which was one that Chris bought Azja during their relationship, and ultimately told the family he’d let them have to help them out). Azja stated that when the mom felt like the process to transfer the car over to her was taking too long, both she [the accuser’s mom] and her daughter called her approximately “7 to 10 times” within the month of February alone. Why? Because Azja testified that the mother told her that her husband (the father of the teen accuser) was abusive and left the family with no money from their son’s prior cancer fundraiser and that he’d taken their car with him. She also said the mother would also drop hints that she was in need of monetary help, so Azja gave them money and helped when she could.

According to Azja, the accusers’ mother also told her at that time, that she viewed Michael Jackson as “family” and that her kids have a “beautiful friendship” with him.

But then came the shocker. During the trial, the then-13 year old accuser testified that MJ molested him from February 20th to March 12th of 2003. However, Azja revealed that in the beginning of March 2003, the accuser’s mother told her that she was pissed off because “German” associates of MJ’s had been keeping her sons away from Michael. Azja testified, “I asked, ‘Does Michael know anything about this?’ She said, ‘They won’t let us around him because they know the children tug at his heart strings.'”

So, since the mother said they were being kept away from Michael, how could MJ have molested a kid he was not even in the same room with? That was just one of the red flags raised during the trial and by that time, it was already too late for the family to recant their dates. They’d already gone on record, stating them as fact. Nia revealed, in an interview with AV/TVClub, in 1995 when “Friday” first released, she and Chris Tucker were still on the come-up, but she was a little more well-off than him. She explained that Chris was rollin’ in a hooptie back then and she kinda stunted on him…in a playful way.

Nia Long: [Laughs.] “Well—back then this seemed like a big purchase. I bought myself a BMW. It was so cute. I was shooting Friday at the time, and Chris Tucker and I saw each other on the freeway, on the way to the set. I was going [Waves, imitates honking.] “Toot, toot!” in my car. He had a busted window with a pizza box over it because he couldn’t afford to fix the window! We get to work and he goes, “When I grow up, I want to be just like you.”

Years later, Long and Tucker reportedly ended up dating and after Tucker became the $100 MILLION man, Nia recalled how he flipped the script on her during their date.

NL: “Cut to—all the money he made. Two years ago, we go out to dinner and he picked me up in—ready?—a Phantom Rolls-Royce, which—I couldn’t even figure out how to get the damn car door opened. I said to him: ‘Oh, you want to be like me? I think the tables have turned.'”

Who Is Tucker’s Ex?

At the time of the allegations, Chris Tucker was engaged to the mother of his son, Azja Pryor. Ms. Pryor was also close to MJ and worked in the entertainment field, working as a casting agent for Paramount Studios.

Tucker’s & Ex’s History With MJ Accusers

During Michael Jackson’s 2005 child molestation trial, both Chris and Azja confirmed they’d formed a bond with the then 13 year old accuser and his accuser’s family years prior to the molestation allegations.

Tucker met the family when the accuser’s dad approached him at a cancer fundraiser for his son and told Tucker that his son was cancer stricken. Tucker, having a generous heart, eventually introduced the accuser to his and Azja’s then young son, Destin Tucker. The two kids formed a friendship and they would all sometimes go out to theme parks and such.

After meeting Chris Tucker, the accusing family found a way (not through Tucker) to also pitch their same cancer story to Michael Jackson (although Chris Tucker tried to stop it, but that’s a whole ‘notha story…read about it HERE) and then all of the families would sometimes hang out at MJ’s Neverland Ranch.

s Ex Says Mom Of Accusers Told Her

In an interview with,”Access Hollywood,” Azja Pryor revealed that she eventually formed a close friendship with the accuser’s mother. That’s also why she later felt “betrayed” by the mother and father, after they’d accused MJ of molesting their cancer stricken child.

The good news for MJ was that, because of Azja’s connection to the accusers, she had some pertinent information that MJ’s attorneys knew would be important to disclose in his trial. Azja knew the accuser, his brother and dad, but her closest bond was with the mother and her daughter for a duration of three years. In her testimony, Azja said she oftentimes spoke to the mother and daughter several times per week and that the mother would always share many of her deepest family secrets with her, including a desperate situation she seemed to be in at that time.

For starters, Azja revealed that in February 2003, the mother and daughter repeatedly asked her if they could have her old car (which was one that Chris bought Azja during their relationship and ultimately told the family he’d let them have to help them out). Azja stated that when the mom felt like the process to transfer the car over to her was taking too long, both she and the daughter called her approximately “7 to 10 times” within the month of February alone. Why? Because Azja testified that the mother told her that her husband (the father of the teen accuser) was abusive and left the family with no money from their son’s prior cancer fundraiser and that he’d taken their car with him. She also said the mother would also drop hints that she was in need of monetary help, so Azja gave them money and helped when she could.

According to Azja, the mother also told her at that time, that she viewed Michael Jackson as “family” and that her kids have a “beautiful friendship” with him.

But then came the shocker. During the trial, the then 13 year old accuser testified that MJ molested him from February 20th to March 12th of 2003. However, Azja revealed that in the beginning of March 2003, the mother told her that she was pissed off because “German” associates of MJ’s had been keeping her sons away from Michael. Azja testified, “I asked, ‘Does Michael know anything about this?’ She said, ‘They won’t let us around him because they know the children tug at his heart strings.'”

So, since the mother said they were being kept away from Michael, how could MJ have molested a kid he was not even in the same room with? That was just one of the red flags raised during the trial and by that time, it was already too late for the family to recant their dates. They’d already gone on record, stating them as fact. When most of us think of Chris Tucker, two things probably come to mind- his signature high pitched voice he has and one of his classic one liners from “Friday,” such as “You got knocked the F**K out!” The thing that many of us don’t necessarily think about when it comes to Chris, is his pretty extensive dating history with some famous and not so famous women. But no worries ILOSM fam,’ that’s about to change today, because we’re bringing you an update on the Tucker’s dating game these days. It seems that things have changed, ever since we last told y’all that he was engaged to the niece of the legendary “Video Soul” host/radio personality, Donnie Simpson.

Engagement Canceled

In 2014, word spread that Tucker began dating, Cynne Simpson, Donnie Simpson’s niece. Cynne somewhat followed in her uncle’s footsteps and made a great career for herself in front of the camera, interviewing others. She’s a news anchor in Atlanta on Fox5, which is how she actually met Chris Tucker, when she had to interview him for one of her news segments.

By 2015, Chris and Cynne were engaged and they’re relationship seemed really promising. At that time, Cynne was rockin’ that big rock on her left finger and Chris was smiling from ear to ear, with her on his arm at red carpet events and such. Unfortunately, their engagement didn’t last long and they never made it to the alter. Both of them have now moved on and Chris has another new beautiful woman on his arm these days…

Meet Tucker’s Current Woman

Introducing y’all to Chris Tucker’s new woman, Jarneen Chaney Brown. As you can see she is definitely a
banger too. Jarneen is an actress from Atlanta and owns her own marketing firm, Atlanta Injury Centers LLC, which specializes in marketing services primarily for attorneys and law firms.

Tucker first went public with Jarneen in 2016, apparently shortly after he and Cynne Simpson parted ways. By 2017, he even showed up at a red carpet event with his mother on one side and the lovely Jarneen on the other. So, we clearly know the love is real once he takes her home to Momma.

Chris and Jarnee apparently are still rock solid in their relationship in 2018, because in April of this year, they were spotted arm-in-arm, marching alongside civil rights legends and actors for the ‘MLK50 Forward March’ in Memphis, TN. The march was in honor of the 50th anniversary of the iconic Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s assassination.

One interesting thing I couldn’t help but notice about Chris and his boo-thang, is that he seems to crop her outta photos on his social media pages for some reason. How do I know that? Because Jarneen posts some of the same photos as Chris does onto her social media pages…the only difference is she’s actually included in the photos’ shots. That means nothing though, because clearly the two of them are loving their time together. So maybe Tucker’s cropping stunts are just an indication that he’s tired of making his relationship status public. However, IF that is the case, he may wanna have a quick chit-chat with his lady, so they can be on the same page when it comes to that.

Anywho, the good thing is that they seem happy together and Chris definitely landed a beautiful, intelligent woman.

On a side note, it is still a bummer that Tucker’s engagement to Cynne, nor his prior relationship with singer, India.Arie, didn’t last. Hopefully Chris and Jarneen are in this for the long haul…they make a cool couple…but only time will tell.
