The woman claiming responsibility for being the get-away driver for Nipsey Hussle’s murder suspect, Eric “Sh*tty” Holder, is now in fear for her life and detectives have discovered that she’s in great danger. This comes after the new disheartening details she’s now given about the events before, during, and after Nipsey’s murder. Additionally, Nipsey’s business associate and a detective have both testified in front of a grand jury, with details that support the woman’s claims.

Detective Testifies About Woman’s Safety
According to TMZ, an LAPD detective has informed a grand jury that the female get-away driver, identified in court docs, as “Witness 1,” has serous reason to be concerned about her life:

The detective told the grand jury her license plate was making the rounds on social media shortly after the shooting. Descriptions of her physical appearance and her vehicle were also on the Internet — all of which essentially gave vigilantes a road map to find her.

…The detective said the LAPD decided it was “very important” to place the woman under their protection and possibly move her into hiding. It’s unclear where she is now, or if she accepted the offer for protective custody.

When Christopher Darden- the prosecutor from the 1995 O.J. Simpson trial- decided to take on the case of Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer, Eric Holder, everybody and their Mommas questioned his motives. Many people asked ‘Why in the hell would Darden put himself back into the position of being a ‘sell out’ yet again…didn’t he learn from the O.J. trial?’

Well, as y’all already know, if Darden didn’t get the message back then, he’s apparently received it now, after withdrawing from Holder’s case on Friday, May 10th, citing death threats his family has received from “cowards” online.

Now that his tenure as Holder’s defense attorney is a wrap, the words that his daughter spoke in 2016 have resurfaced, giving insight into what she despised about being the child of Christopher Darden.

Many were already aware of Darden’s daughter’s April 2019 statement, addressing the backlash over his participation in the Nipsey Hussle murder trial. However, it’s her newly resurfaced 2016 confession that let folks know how she REALLY feels about her Pop’s professional decisions and how it tainted her life.

Former O.J. Simpson prosecutor Chris Darden has a parting word for people who have allegedly made death threats against him and his family: “F**K YOU!”

According to Chris Darden’s Facebook post, he and his family — even his mother — have been receiving unsolicited death threats due to his involvement in the Nipsey Hussle case.

As you know, Darden chose to take up defense for Nip’s alleged killer, Eric Holder. At that point, Chris immediately underwent severe scrutiny for accepting the position.

Then there were claims that it was done “pro bono.” But if that’s the case, one could question why he didn’t go “pro bono” to help some of the MANY families encountering police brutality and fatality at the hands of governmental injustice. Right?

Why not have that SAME ENERGY in prosecuting the officers involved in those “unarmed” killings? But this is the case that pulls at his heartstrings…and for the alleged killer, no less?

Well…according to Chris Darden, he’s had enough of it all.

Well, well, well, attorney Chris Darden done done it again. Apparently Darden didn’t get enough public backlash in 1995, when he worked with the prosecuting side of O.J. Simpson’s infamous murder trial. How do we know that? Welp, because the brotha is back for more…except this time he’s acting as a defense attorney for a suspect who, like O.J., is accused of committing a murder in a high profiled case.

In case y’all haven’t yet heard, Chris Darden is representing Eric Holder (29), the man accused of killing rapper/community activist, Nipsey Hussle, and wounding two others on March 31, 2019.

On Thursday (April 4) Darden accompanied Holder to his arraignment hearing, as the suspect was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. His bail is set at $5 million.

During the packed hearing, Atty. Darden tried to convince Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Teresa T. Sullivan that media cameras should be prohibited during Holder’s hearing, because he feels there is an “issue of identity.”

However, the judge denied Darden’s request, after Prosecutor John McKinney pretty much gave Darden a ‘C’mon now’ type of reply. McKinney pointed out that Holder’s “image” has already been plastered all over the media, long before his courtroom hearing, so “identity won’t ultimately be an issue in this case.”

Holder didn’t say much and frequently glanced at the onlookers in the courtroom. He was handcuffed, shackled, and heavily guarded by officers. Ever since he got locked up on Tuesday, he’s been under tight security within his isolated cell, because prison officials fear retaliation. He’s also received a plethora of death threats online.

The suspect is accused of shooting Nipsey and two other men in front of the rapper’s Marathon Clothing store in Crenshaw, CA. Not only did he allegedly shoot Nipsey in the head and torso, he kicked him in the head after shooting him in broad daylight.

1. Popular social activist and author, Brother Polight, raised a powerful question: If Eric Holder is reportedly ‘broke,’ how in the hell did he manage to ‘hire’ one of the most high profiled attorneys of our time? Did some government entity secretly pay for it?

2. Why isn’t the woman who admitted to driving the get-away car charged with any crime at this point?

3. Some are also asking: “Where was Chris Darden when Sandra Bland, Eric Garner, Castillo and the rest, why didn’t he step up to take those cases?”

4. Why was it initially reported that Nipsey called the shooter a snitch, but now it has been reported that was not what happened?

5. Why did the shooter walk up to Nipsey to shake his hand in a seemingly cordial exchange, before leaving and returning to kill him?

What The Public Suspects…

Many suspect that Nipsey’s murder is actually a ‘government or law enforcement backed’ assassination as a result of the extensive work he was doing to help enlighten his people.

Some believe Nipsey was killed because he was working on a documentary to spread the message of the late Dr. Sebi’s holistic healing -which could have possibly put a major dent in the pockets of pharmaceutical companies.

Others believe that he was murdered because his mission to end gang violence and provoke a truce among rivalry gangs would have put a huge hurting on private prisons and police budgets.

Or any of the aforementioned theories true, or was it a random act of a dude hatin’ on Nipsey? Anything’s possible, but for now, only time will tell.

The second step in getting closure to the death of beloved LA rapper Nipsey Hussle comes today after his killer has now been officially charged with murder.

According to KTLA 5 News Los Angeles County, District Attorney’s Office announced on Thursday. Eric Holder was charged with a single count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possessions of a firearm by a felon, according to a news release from the DA’s office. The complaint also alleges he used a firearm and caused great bodily injury and death.

Holder is scheduled to be arraigned in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom sometime on Thursday, prosecutors said.

The 29-year-old was arrested in Bellflower on Tuesday afternoon following a tip from the general public, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Holder is accused of fatally shooting the Grammy-award winning artist outside his clothing store in the Hyde Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, LAPD officials said.

Hussle, 33, died of gunshot wounds to the head and torso, according to the L.A. County coroner’s office.

Two others were wounded in the incident. The following day, police identified Holder as the suspect in the slaying, indicating he had been involved with some type of personal dispute with Hussle.

Hours after LAPD Chief Michel Moore urged the suspect to surrender, he was captured in Bellflower.

Eric Holder has been deemed a “dead man walking” by authorities. That’s why they’re keeping him separated from everyone else in jail.

A lot of people are upset over Nipsey Hussle’s murder. Police were scrambling to find his alleged killer, 29-year-old Eric Holder, before the streets snuffed him out.

Authorities knew they were on a time crunch, and they needed to act quickly, according to TMZ. The source says that street justice was imminent if LAPD didn’t hurry. Yet, it seems it could still happen, even with Nipsey’s alleged killer behind bars.

Swimming with the fishes?…

General population (GP) is often seen as a prison nightmare. It’s where most of prison’s horror stories are born and experienced.

And for a man with a rumored track record like Hussle’s shooter, GP is a school of piranha waiting to feast on fresh meat. TMZ reports as follows.

“We’re told police refuse to let Holder mingle with the general population, because they believe he’s a target. As it is, cops were in a race to arrest him before someone on the street took him out. Our sources also say he’ll remain in solitary once he’s transferred to L.A. County Jail while awaiting trial.”

Just hours after the LAPD held a press conference urging suspect, Eric Holder (29), to surrender, it seems that he has now been captured. And get this, the capture reportedly went down just 20 miles away from the murder scene, where rapper/activist, Nipsey Hussle, was shot and killed…SMH. See details below…

Via TMZ: A man matching Eric Holder’s description has reportedly been captured in the L.A. suburb of Bellflower. Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. deputies nabbed him around 12:53 PM in the 9000 block of Artesia Blvd. We’re told he’s been detained for now, and LAPD is responding to make a positive ID.

Earlier today (April 2nd), the LAPD held a press conference to give details about the shooting of Nipsey Hussle, who was gunned down in front of his Los Angeles, CA clothing store on March 31, 2019. During the press conference, L.A. Police Commissioner Steve Soboroff seemed to be emotional as he read the email that either Roc Nation or Nipsey Hussle sent to him, days earlier.

The email was a request for Nipsey to have a meeting with the police department to help find ways to end gang violence. As we previously reported, that meeting was supposed to take place on Monday, April 1st, but sadly, Nipsey’s life was senselessly taken the day before.

Police stated that they believe Nipsey’s murder was not gang related, but rather a personal beef between him and Holder.

At this time, it has not been officially confirmed if the man who has just been arrested is in fact suspect, Eric Holder, but from the video up top, it sure does look like him.

It has been confirmed that the man who was captured, in the above video, is in fact Eric Holder- the suspect the LAPD believes murdered Nipsey Hussle. Holder is now in custody of the LAPD where he has officially been arrested on charges of gunning down Nipsey and he’s being held without bail.

Also, a woman who was Holder’s get-away driver has also turned herself into the LAPD.
