As we all know by now, many people have voiced their opinions over HBO’s Leaving Neverland documentary and the molestation claims made within in it, by accusers, James Safechuck and Wade Robson. In addition to the accusers, Oprah Winfrey and director, Dan Reed, have been getting dragged all over social media, for providing platforms for the accusers to spread what many believe to be lies about MJ.

After the documentary aired, several inaccuracies within the two accusers’ stories were exposed. Though Dan Reed eventually admitted that there were inaccuracies in the doc,’ both he and Oprah have remained committed to standing behind their decisions to back Safechuck’s and Robson’s claims.

As a result, one Michael Jackson fan started an online petition to spark an FBI investigation into the Leaving Neverland documentary, Safechuck, Robson, Oprah Winfrey, and Dan Reed, for ‘defaming’ MJ’s legacy, according to the petition.

To date, the petition has garnered 8,293 of the 10,000 signatures it is seeking. Here’s part of what it states:

Via change.org– Michael Jackson is Not Guilty. Call for FBI investigation of “Leaving Neverland”- The recent abomination of a documentary titled “Leaving Neverland” was released and aired to the public. Oprah Winfrey’s “After Neverland” interview aired directly after coinciding with the film. This defamation and attack on Michael Jackson’s legacy and Estate at the hands of Wade Robson, James Safechuck, Dan Reed, and Oprah Winfrey must be stopped. Wade had filed two cases against Michael’s estate. They were dropped. They also testified under oath that Jackson never harmed them. They are now both purgerer’s. This film is a direct attempt to gain money from Jacksons Estate. Stop Wade, James, and all participants from defaming Michael Jackson with these disturbing false allegations.

This film grotesquely details the alleged accounts of molestation by the hands of Michael Jackson. … Are we seriously supposed to take any of wade and James accusations seriously?

Madonna isn’t joining the “lynch mob” that’s hopping on the Leaving Neverland bandwagon. Instead, she says she hasn’t even watched the documentary.

Madonna hasn’t given the alleged victims’ “tell-all” the time of day. According to her, “people are innocent until proven guilty.” Not the other way around.

As you know, earlier this year, James Safechuck and Wade Robson — the alleged victims in question — claimed Michael Jackson sexually assaulted them as children. The information went viral via the HBO documentary, Leaving Neverland.

The Independent reports: “The Jackson estate called the documentary a ‘public lynching’ and are suing HBO – who co-produced the film with Channel 4 – for $100 million.”

Aligned with the family and estate, Michael’s friend — Madonna — basically says she hasn’t given the documentary her energy.

“I don’t have a lynch-mob mentality, so in my mind, people are innocent until proven guilty,” Madonna mentions. “I’ve had a thousand accusations hurled at me that are not true. So my attitude when people tell me things about people is, ‘Can you prove it?’”

Michael Jackson’s estate done had it up to HERE with the Leaving Neverland documentary and is now putting HBO on full blast in new legal docs.

As we’ve all heard by now, MJ accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, were exposed for telling several lies and/or inconsistencies in the documentary, regarding the alleged abuse they claimed to have endured from MJ as kids. LN director, Dan Reed, later publicly admit there were inaccuracies presented in his HBO doc’ as well.

As a result, MJ’s estate initially hit HBO with a $100 million lawsuit back in February 2019, and filed a petition to force HBO into a public arbitration, so fans could also witness the court proceedings. The estate claims HBO spread lies in the LN doc, and also violated a “longstanding contractual relationship” MJ had with the network. Therefore, it strongly believes a non-disparagement clause was breached.

Fast forward to today and MJ’s estate is pretty much calling out HBO for being straight up cowards, in a no-holds-barred response to HBO’s legal reply to it’s lawsuit.

This goes to show you. It doesn’t even matter if something is true or false. As long as it’s popular, it can stay in the public’s eye. That’s the case with Leaving Neverland.

By now, you’ve seen or heard of the scathing Michael Jackson documentary that’s riddled with inconsistencies through and through. Well, it was rumored that HBO was going to distance itself and stop supporting the film.

Several people have offered apologies for blindly supporting the accounts given by James Safechuck and Wade Robson. Even Oprah has gotten bashed for allowing them a platform to spread such inconsistent statements.

Now, according to TMZ, it may not be the case that HBO is letting it go. Matter of fact, officials with the company say it’s not leaving the lineup any time soon. Reportedly, they removed the some of the two-part documentary’s airings from its cable listings.

However, HBO told TMZ “that’s standard ops for its documentaries.”

As the backlash continues against the controversial Leaving Neverland documentary, legendary producer, Teddy Riley, and Berry Gordy’s granddaughter a.k.a. Michael Jackson’s niece have some things to get off their chests about the accusers.

Before we move forward with what they’re saying in defense of MJ and also about the lies that were exposed regarding the documentary, let us first refresh everyone’s memory about how MJ is connected to Berry Gordy’s fam.’

Berry shares a grandbaby with MJ’s parents, Joe Jackson and Katherine Jackson. Many of us Old Schoolers remember when MJ’s big bro,’ Jermaine Jackson, jumped the broom with Berry’s daughter, Hazel Gordy. The two of them remained married from 1973 to 1988 and through their union, produced three children- sons, Jermaine Jr. and Jaimy; and daughter, Autumn.

Siggy made it clear that he is “a child of Neverland” and that he was always by his uncle’s house as a kid. He calls MJ’s accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, “liars.”

Jackie Jackson’s daughter, Brandi Jackson (pictured above), and accuser Wade Robson, have a serious history together:

Siggy: “Wade dated my sister for quite a long time, it was somewhere around 9 years. …Yeah, I KNOW Wade! We spent a lotta time with him up in Neverland. I met his Moms, Joy, I met Shantel…and I’m not gonna speak too badly about them. They’re opportunists.”

He later added that he was always at Neverland with his sister, Brandi, Wade, as well as Wade’s mom and sis’, but that his uncle Michael was “never there,” because “my uncle was a BUSY man.”

Siggy then accused Wade of making up false claims about Michael because his money and work has dried up:
“So people are forgetting the basics. … He (Wade) started off lying to the public. Then threw out another lie, then retracted, then said ‘Oh, I’m gonna write a book!’ Well, the book…flopped. ‘Oh wait I’m gonna sue the estate!’… It got thrown outta court.

The Leaving Neverland documentary has left a bad taste in the mouths of millions of Michael Jackson supporters, who have been on a nonstop quest to disprove the molestation claims of Wade Robson and James Safechuck.

One of MJ’s ride-or-die supporters, is his longtime friend, Brenda Richie- Lionel Richie’s first wife and the mother of Nicole Richie.

In case y’all didn’t know, Brenda is known for not taking any mess- for example, that time she delivered a beatdown to Lionel and his then mistress after catching them together…but I digress. Anywho, typically she keeps a low profile, but when it came time to defend her friend, MJ, she held NOTHING back.

A major flaw has just been brought to light in one of the accusers’ claims, and Brenda is presenting receipts to prove he is a “liar,” as she called him.

In the HBO Leaving Neverland doc, James Safechuck claims MJ molested him from 1988 to 1992. During that time, he said Michael had sex with him inside of a room on the second floor of the train station at MJ’s Neverland Ranch:

James Safechuck- “At the train station, there was a room and we would have sex up there too.”

This is what we’re doing? A man has recanted and modified his story several times, but you’re going to believe it because it’s packaged in a “documentary”?

Apparently, various radio stations across the world are caving to these conniving allegations against Michael Jackson in the Leaving Neverland propagandist release, according to Uproxx and Billboard.

Unfortunately for Michael, there are no laws in place to protect him from such unproven, non-evidence-backed accusations. Luckily, the Jackson family and his fans are stepping in full protest against the documentary and Michael’s accusers.

Radio Stations Cave To Propagandist Pressure

According to Uproxx, three major radio stations in Montreal, Canada have dropped Jackson’s music from their repertoire. The source states that one of the spokespersons mentioned: “We are attentive to listeners’ comments, and last night’s documentary created reactions.”

Um, no. That’s pandering. Simple. Plain.

Collins English Dictionary states:

“If you pander to someone or to their wishes, you do everything that they want, often to get some advantage for yourself.”

What would they gain by halting Michael Jackson’s airtime?

More “loyal” listeners from the dysfunctional, out-for-blood, by-any-means character assassins who’ve been gunning for MJ’s legacy all along — even against many celebrities who intimately knew the artist and gave positive testimony for his character?

More Stations Cave After ‘Leaving Neverland’

The source also states that, in New Zealand, the country’s two largest radio networks have banned Michael Jackson songs from being played on their platforms. To deduce a statement from Leon Wratt — the content director for New Zealand radio network MediaWorks — it really was pandering.

“We aren’t deciding whether Michael Jackson is guilty of pedophilia or not. We’re just merely trying to make sure that our radio stations are going to play the music that people want to hear.”

Likewise, it was said that BBC also “quietly banned” Michael’s music. However, the network has denied those claims.

At the time of this article, a poll was conducted via Billboard — asking whether people planned to stop listening to Jackson’s discography. As can be seen from the image below, 74 percent voted “no,” while only 15 percent voted “yes”…leaving undecided voters at 11 percent.
