In a recent viral video, Lil’ Kim has raised eyebrows and fueled speculation about her love life. The 49-year-old rap legend appeared on Instagram Live alongside a reportedly 24-year-old rapper, leading many to question the nature of their relationship.

The clip, shared on Instagram by user @livebitez, shows Lil’ Kim sportin’ black sunglasses and an Adidas ensemble. To the surprise of viewers…rapper, Tayy Brown (who’s said to be 24), can be seen putting his arm around her –and not in a mentor/mentee type of way, if you catch my drift– igniting rumors of a possible romance between the two.

During the Live session, Lil’ Kim shared details about attending an Adidas party and showcased her outfit to the camera. She playfully turned to Tayy, asking if he could see her attire, while simultaneously referring to him as “babe”:

“This is Adidas. Let me show you,” Lil Kim said to Tayy while turning her back to the camera to show the audience. “…Can you see it, babe? Wait, make sure you can see it ’cause I can’t.”

As y’all could imagine, the video has since sparked a variety of reactions on social media, with many calling Lil’ Kim out over their age gap, as well as their perceived flirtation and/or alleged relationship. However, a few folks expressed a more light-hearted perspective, joking about the generation gap and highlighting the changing dynamics of relationships in modern times:

One commenter wrote, “Can’t nobody born in 2000 anything have a discussion with me outside of “Welcome to Popeye’s.”

“What is going on with all these grown ass women dating these little boys that could be their sons I don’t understand it. I have a son that is 24 years old. I will be pissed to see him with a 50-year-old,” wrote another.

It looks like Lil Kim may be in trouble with the law once again, but this time it’s for a very serious offense. And although she may be hip hop royalty, lately Kim’s name has been popping up in stories that have nothing to do with music. Now Kim’s being sued by a New Jersey doctor who claims she still owes him $15,000 for services he provided. He’s also claiming that Kim may be involved in an insurance scam as well.

No Money

Lil Kim has been experiencing financial struggles for a while now. Last year, in a shocking claim, Kim revealed that she was millions of dollars in debt. According to XXL Kim attempted to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy but was unfortunately denied by the courts.

“Based upon Ms. Jones’s own schedules, she is clearly ineligible to be a Chapter 13 Debtor under 11 USC 109(e) with secured and unsecured debt each exceeding $2 million,” court documents read. “Since Ms. Jones is not eligible to be a Chapter 13 Debtor, she should not be afforded the benefit of the Court’s Loss Mitigation Program in connection with this Chapter 13 Case.”

Luckily, Kim was successful in stopping one of her creditors from foreclosing on her New Jersey mansion last August. However, the judge specifically told Kim that she can’t miss another payment or she will lose her home. Her financial woes are only getting worse with this new pending lawsuit, which is claiming Kim is in debt for an undisclosed medical procedure she still hasn’t paid for yet.

Lots of Artist have been showstoppers with unique looks, gracing our red carpets for years. But before there was Lady Gaga, Kim K, JLO and Katy Perry making jaws drop on the red carpet…there was the “Queen Bee,” Lil Kim.

The 44-year-old rap star has been referred to as the Muva to the new generation of female rappers. They have been inspired lyrically and let’s face it…when it comes to Kim’s fashion choices too.

Over the years fans and celebrities alike have paid tribute to Lil Kims style and fashion. Beyoncé expressed her love for the rapper’s fashion with a tribute photo shoot replicating some of her best looks. “Hip Hop would not be the same without our Original Queen Bee,” the Coachella singer wrote on her Instagram.

Then there was Rihanna, who channeled her fashion icon by wearing all-green Versace at the iHeart Radio Awards in 2015. It actually inspired her whole outfit she wore during her “B**tch Betta Have My Money” performance.

“There are a lot of nineties supermodels that I love and I’m inspired by—but Lil’ Kim, for me, she had so many different looks,” said the pop star to Vogue.

Then there’s Cardi B has recognized the style icon, paying homage to her fashion influence for her “Money” video.

“All of the looks were inspired by some of Lil’ Kim‘s looks. Cardi definitely pays homage to Lil Kim in the video which is cool about her,” costume designer Laurel DeWitt told Hollywood Life in December 2018.

Many stars have paid tribute to the notorious rapper, who has not only dominated many high-end fashion brands. She also brought attention to up-and-coming labels who peaked in popularity thanks to her mentioning them in her lyrical rhymes.

We Still Pay Tribute!

It’s amazing how the world has acknowledged and paid tribute to the Queen all of these year. Yet sadly, Lil Kim has been left out when it comes to receiving the accolades she deserves. She was the first to bridge the gap between rappers and the fashion world.

The Queen Bee, Lil’ Kim, done stirred up the internet with her latest claims. What started off as an innocent homage to the iconic Janet Jackson, has ended up garnering mixed reactions all across these social media streets.

Now, I’ll first kick this off, by acknowledging that I loooooves me some Lil’ Kim, Lawd knows I do. However, I’ve gotta keep it real with y’all at all times, as is the case when it comes to Lil Kim’s recent post.

It all began over an Instagram photo Lil Kim shared, in which she seems to have compared her physical appearance to Janet Jackson’s.

Now, as we all know, ever since the legendary raptress stepped onto the scene in the 90’s and had us rockin’ to “No Time,” we’ve witnessed her appearance morph in several ways. Many would say she went a tad to overboard at times, and then there are other times when her plastic surgery seemed a tad more tamed down. Regardless of whichever phase Lil Kim’s facial changes are in, most fans agreed that she does not look like Janet, who seems to have had far less work done than Lil Kim throughout the years.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Foxy Brown is accused of skipping a performance scheduled during New York Fashion Week. Yet, supposedly, she showed up after the fact to collect the check.

According to TMZ, 40-year-old Inga “Foxy Brown” Marchand got the bag. Yet, she allegedly didn’t do the work for it. The source states that, on Sunday, September 9, Brown was scheduled to perform two songs at a party for LaQuan Smith, a Black, luxury designer for women’s clothing.

You could probably imagine party attendees were excited to see someone from old school rap — especially a female emcee — gracing the event. One hour passed. Two hours passed. Three. Four.

Still no Foxy…allegedly.

And if this is true, while some celebrities like to make a statement by being casually late, Brown was just straight-up “tardy.”

FOXY’S GRAND ENTRANCE

Reportedly around 2:30 a.m., when most everyone had already left the NYFW soiree, Foxy finally arrived. However, not to perform. She supposedly just came to collect the other half of her check. According to TMZ, Brown “didn’t sing a single note.”

NOTE: She’s not a singer anyway, but that’s beside the point.

The source states that Brown was given $5,000 as an advance and was promised another $5,000 after the show.

Surely, the look on the organizer’s face was one of disbelief when Foxy waltzed through the door like the “Bill Na Na.”

But now, promoters are demanding that Brown return the funds. Essentially, they paid for a service…not her appearance.

The source says that if Foxy doesn’t return the money, they’re taking her to court over the matter.

Social media is having a field day with this story.

Since reportedly Foxy Brown collected an actual check, and not cash, commenter Delilah Benson mentions:

“But can’t you cancel a check… like the same way her career been canceled since like 03?”

Wooooooooow.

Likewise, there are several others who feel similarly and have also voiced their thoughts via the social media platform. However, admittedly, some of their comments might crack your sides.

Yet, as Koodarius — another Twitter user — mentions, there are two sides to every story. Unfortunately, Brown hasn’t responded regarding this allegation. So for now, we only know this particular side. And it doesn’t look good.. In other tweets, social media commenters size up Foxy in contrast to Lil’ Kim and Remy Ma. One even tossed Jacki-O into the mix concerning their past beef.

All in all, this story is rather inconvenient for Foxy Brown. And it comes just days after she celebrated her birthday. Assuredly, this isn’t how she’d want to remember turning 40.

Via Vlad: The full, handwritten liner notes from the late rapper’s 1996 album The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory are being auctioned off by GottaHaveRockAndRoll, and there’s some pretty incendiary stuff about some of ‘Pac’s peers written in the notes. The notes begin with 2Pac dedicating the album to the men allegedly involved in the 1994 attack at NYC’s Quad Recording Studios, during which he was robbed and shot five times.

“I dedicate this 2 Jack ‘the snitch’ Agnant for ordering the hit, 2 Tut (Walter “King Tut” Johnson) for shootin me, 2 Puffy, Big, Stretch, Lil Shawn, Jimmy henchman & whoever else remained silent while quietly conspiring my downfall, I thank U,” writes Tupac. Continuing, he refers to Wendy Williams as a “fat b**ch,” Mobb Deep as “no record selling asses,” and Dr. Dre as a “closet homo.” Also under the gun was De La Soul, who 2Pac called “fat washed up bums,” and Lil Kim, who he referred to as “weave wearing Biggie short stubby d**k sucking Kim.”

As far as we know, none of the celebs whom ‘Pac called out within his auctioned linear notes letter have responded to this newly released info.

Tupac’s Former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight’s Legal Issues

Since we’re on the topic of the late Tupac, we thought we’d feel y’all in on the latest about the one former Death Row affiliate, whom ‘Pac didn’t go at in his letter. That is none other than Death Row Records founder, Suge Knight. As we previously reported, dude is having some serious legal problems.

Suge has been locked up, in a California prison, since 2015 on murder and attempted murder charges. The charges stem from Suge Knight running over two men -killing one of them- with his Ford truck, during a 2014 altercation outside of a Compton, Ca. burger joint. Knight claims it was self defense, because the two men approached his vehicle and attacked him through the driver side window first.

Well, ever since Suge’s murder case began, his lawyers have been either quitting, or reportedly getting fired/dismissed left and right. According to NY Daily News, Suge was finally scheduled to go to trial on April 9, 2018. However, as of March 26th, his 15th lawyer, Dominique Banos, suddenly said ‘peace out’ to the case, ‘citing a conflict of interest, leading the judge to scrap the long-awaited trial date and assign a public defender.’ Now Suge is currently scrambling to find a new lawyer for his case – his 16th one to be exact. Wow!
