Teairra Mari has been in the headlines quite often in the past few weeks. Unfortunately, it’s not because of her singing. Instead, she has been in a constant back and forth battle with 50 Cent, but even that would probably be better news than her most recent headline.

One Hell Of A Night

Over the weekend ILOSM reported on Teairra Mari’s recent arrest for DWI (driving while intoxicated), but at the time, the details were very thin. Still, it was enough to make people be concerned for her well-being.

Cops pulled Teairra over early Saturday morning after they saw her coming out of the Midtown Tunnel into Queens in a red Dodge Charger, which we’re told had sparks shooting up from the front of the vehicle.

As cops pursued, our sources say officers noticed that the front right wheel was gone and that the bumper was making contact with the ground … creating the sparks. Eventually, we’re told Teairra came to a full stop and cops performed field sobriety tests.

Mari was arrested and has been held over the weekend, waiting to be seen by a judge. But in the forty-eight hours since her arrest, new details about the night in question have surfaced…and they are very disturbing.

50 Cent Files New Legal Claim Against Teairra…

It’s now being reported that 50 Cent has headed back to court to ask the judge to tag on a nearly $5000.00 payment, in addition to the $30,000.00 payment that Teairra has missed. In fact, the exact amount Fif’ is seeking in sanction fees has reached an comically epic petty level- $4,842…and 50 cents:

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, [50 Cent] is accusing Marí of failing to turn over certain bank account numbers and driver’s license information. He explains he needs the information to continue his hunt to collect on the $30,000 she already owes him.

The rapper says Mari failed to provide the answers by the deadline. As a result, he wants the judge to sanction her to the tune of $4,842.50.

This comes after Teairra Mari’s equally petty payment to 50 just a few weeks ago when she spent $5 to wire transfer a $0.50 payment to him.

This entire situation began when 50 shared pics from a sex tape leaked by Teairra’s ex-boyfriend. What happened next was one of the most epic trolling battles in Hip Hop history. As we previously reported, one of the most hilarious moments in their ongoing battle was when 50 and his legal team requested Teairra’s presence in court and she gave the most suspect reason for not being able to do so.

Teairra had previously told the court that she would not be able to attend their recently scheduled court hearing, because she had to attend her Grandfather’s funeral. During that particular hearing, a financial examination of Teairra’s income was set to take place, in efforts for 50 to collect the $30,000 she owes him.

50 Cent now believes Teairra is lying about having to attend her Grandfather’s funeral, which coincidentally was said to have been scheduled on the the same day as their court hearing.

Eventually she showed up to hand over her legal documents, detailing her income and financial struggles. But since 50 is the King of Trolls he didn’t care about what she had or didn’t have. He wanted his money. And now, in another chapter of their case a decision has been made on when he’ll be getting it.

Last month Teairra sat down with The Breakfast Club to discuss her feud with 50 and host Charlemagne noticed she appeared shook. He even posted this with calls for prayers from his followers.

That may not have been worry though. It was probably the nervousness most people experience when they know they owe money and don’t have it (hence her 50-related catchphrase ‘I Ain’t Got It’). However, regardless of what she has in her bank account 50 has continued picking at her and now, according to The Blast, documents provided to the courts reveal exactly what’s going on with Teairra’s finances. And the answer is; Not a damn thing!

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, 50 Cent is demanding a judge step in and handle Marí because the reality star has been avoiding paying him the $30,000 she owes in attorney fees.

50 is also asking for an additional $25,000 for alleged legal games. Marí finally showed up to court last month and handed over documents as part of a financial examination.

During the examination, Marí allegedly claimed she is “broke broke,” and unable to cover the payment.

The Backstory

Teairra Mari currently owes  50 Cent $30,000 is legal fees after she sued him and lost the case.

This all stems from a sex-tape she made with her then-boyfriend which was posted to her Instagram account allegedly by her ex– (he had her password) and 50 reposted it on his Instagram page.

The Interview

She revealed after the sex tape scandal that she spoke with her ex because she wanted to believe he didn’t do it; he was saying he got hacked, that his other girlfriends did it etc. and he was making up different excuses.

Teairra recalls doing a scene for Love and Hip Hip Hollywood and found out about his relationship with the other women– and she said “drop off my keys”, and then he immediately texted her saying that someone stole his phone with all their sex tapes in them. At that moment she figured he was the one culprit. 

The next day the video was released and she went over to this house and sought revenge by busting out his windows and two G Wagon Mercedes. Unfortunately, she later found out he was a fleeing felon and the windows she damaged did not even belong to him, he stole the cars from a friend.

She admits that her main lawyer, Lisa Bloom dropped the case, saying that she couldn’t represent her anymore due to the way the situation looked. After Bloom dropped the case Teairra couldn’t get anyone else to pick the case back up. 

At one point Charlemagne said, you are you gonna go to therapy or something Teairra? You look shaken and frazzled? She then admits she’s okay and explains that when it first happened she was out of it every day.

When asked what are you working on now? She says:

I am working on my EP and my own reality show.

In retrospect, Teairra mentions in the future she will not be making any more sex tapes or sending pictures because she’s scared.

Fast forward to now, and 50 has filed new legal docs against Teairra for failing to show up to their latest court hearing, for a reason he believes is suspect as hell on her part.

Singer and Love and Hip Hop cast member Teairra Mari has been saying, “I Ain’t Got It” ever since 50 cent won the lawsuit against her. Sis refuses to pay him. In May 2018, Teairra filed a revenge porn lawsuit against 50 and her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad. The case was ultimately dismissed, and Teairra was ordered to pay $30,000 to cover a portion of 50’s legal fees.

Since 50 Cent was awarded on Jan 11th he has insistently harrassed Mari via Instagram demanding the money with such demands like:

“Look Teairra it’s been a whole weekend,” he wrote on his Instagram on Monday. “I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!! You ain’t got 30k. Call your Boo tell him you need 30.”

“Look Tierria [sic] if you don’t pay me the money I’m gonna get paid directly from Love & Hip Hop,” he wrote. “The lawyers are now watching your social media post so this could lead to you having tax issues for unreported income. I know you took the 9k out your chase account.”

This all started when 50 Cent reposted a screenshot of an explicit video that Abdul-Ahad allegedly leaked onto Mari’s Instagram, denying any wrongdoing by saying the video was all over the internet by the time he reposted it. Mari said 50 Cent was attempting to encourage his fans to harm her, captioning his post with his go-to phrase, “get the strap.”

After all the social media bullying and trolling, Teairra said one day, “I Ain’t Got It” which leads us to her responding to 50 with her very own phrase, a diss record and now selling merchandise.

In the latest instalment of the Teairra Mari vs 50 Cent saga, the Love & Hip Hop star has released a diss song against the New York rapper. Mari and Power actor 50 Cent have been trading barbs for several months.

It all stems from a $30,000 judgement Mari has failed to pay 50 in her revenge porn lawsuit. A sex tape of the “Make Her Feel Good” singer appeared on Instagram. The film starred Mari and her ex boyfriend Akbah – who is close friends with Fiddy. The “In Da Club ” rapper posted and deleted the explicit video – which led to Mari filing a lawsuit against him.

She Told Him She’s Broke

Mari hired high powered lawyer Lisa Bloom to represent her, but lose the case. She was ordered to pay 50 Cent $30K and he has been trolling her ever since. 

The singer – who was once signed to Def Jam – has been adamant in letting him know that she “ain’t got it.”

In her latest response, Mari dropped a new track, called “I Ain’t Got It,” where she discusses everything that’s been going on with the case.

Rumors surfaced that Teairra was allegedly avoiding 50 Cent and has still yet to address his $30,000 in awarded damages to her previous claims. Whether or not this is true has yet to be determined, but from the looks of 50’s latest post this may very well be true.

The “Candy Shop” rapper took to his Instagram and posted a video of a man who appears to be serving Teairra Mari with “papers from 50’s lawsuit”. In the video the man respectfully calls out to Teairra Mari by her last name, “Ms. Thomas” and the reality star can be heard responding with, “yes”. As soon as the man states that Teairra is being “served” with official court documents, the singer muffles, “no” in response.
