As 81 year old Bill Cosby sits in a Pennsylvania jail, his growing rage continues on. Only difference is this time, he’s not pissed at his insurance company, nor one of his many sex assault accusers, he’s pissed off with his own defense lawyers.
Cosby is also making his message clear to his legal team- he may partially blind, but he can see through the BS- at least he sees the massive bill they’ve just dropped on him as such.
It’s just been reported that Cosby has been going back and forth with his defense attorneys over money, for months. On Friday, April 19, 2019, he’d apparently had enough and filed a petition ‘to vacate an arbitration award given to his former law firm of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.’
That’s the law firm that represented Cosby for 10 individual sexual assault cases in recent years. However, the firm dumped Cosby as their client in 2016, and were eventually awarded $2.4 million, during their battle over payments. But that’s only chump change compared to HOW MUCH MONEY Cosby is now claiming they’ve stuck him for.

In 2015 an exotic dancer, named Chloe Goins, came forward with claims that Cosby had sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion 8 years prior, in 2008. Ever since then, there has been an ongoing battle between her attorneys, Cosby, and his legal team.
From the jump, Cosby said the woman was lying. Law officials also reportedly determined that her timeline of events were conflicting and that there was no evidence to support her claims. Nonetheless, Cosby’s insurance company, AIG, has just offered the woman a settlement for an undisclosed amount, and Cosby is hella angry over it. Now he and his publicist are going off…
First, Cosby’s Publicist Spoke Out
“Yesterday, our legal team was informed that AIG decided to settle a frivolous lawsuit, which was made by Chloe Goins, over the objections of Mr. Cosby,” publicist, Andrew Wyatt told The Blast.
A source provided Radar Online with an exclusive tape of a conversation he represented is comedian Bill Cosby detailing a firsthand experience he believes was his deceased mother trying to make contact with him. The details are quite bizarre and beg the question if Cosby has become mentally warped while imprisoned.
Cosby, 81 whom is serving three to 10 years in prison after being convicted in April 2018 of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand. This audio tape is the first time the public has heard from Cosby since being sentenced. Cosby is now in a single cell without a cellmate in a Pennsylvania prison, which is typical for the facility, said Amy Worden, press secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, as reported by CNN.
A Bizarre Occurrence
Cosby goes on to detail, “What I’m about to tell you is not something that I think is something in the cosmos, or spiritual or something,”. “For the first time ever in my life, I was sitting and I was relaxed.”
He then went on to detail a bizarre occurrence that he claimed was completely legit, in his eyes.
“I am unsighted,” he continued. “So, I took my hand and I was about to pick something up and my index finger went across — and I’m telling you the truth, this is not a joke and I’m very proud to tell you this at this time.”
The site went on to decode that Cosby attempted to suggest that he believed his late mother was sending him “subliminal messages” during that strange event.
“When it went across, there was a throbbing, and that I think we’ve all had them in the muscle, some muscle will go ‘TICK TICK’ something like that,” he said. “‘TICK TICK.’ I put my finger back there to it — now, this is all subjective, I’m saying to myself, my mother, who is dead. Not that she was contacting me, my mother [was] calling me or trying to reach me.”
Bill Cosby has been in prison all of two weeks and he’s not only trying to get the hell up outta there already, he’s having to deal with reports that he was assaulted in the pen’. In a series of reports, the Cosby Show O.G. was said to have been assaulted…with a chicken patty and a hot dog bun… Laaaawd. Now, the prison’s officials are speaking out about the reports.
Initial Claims
The initial claims stirred up the internet, after Radar Online reported that they had exclusive info on a supposed second prison assault against the 81-year-old comedic legend. The Monday (Oct. 9) report stated that somebody at the Pennsylvania prison, where Cosby’s being housed, hurled a chicken patty at him which smacked him across the face:
Via RO- “Mr. Cosby cracked a joke to another inmate by the infirmary, and that inmate was mad enough to take his chicken out of the bun and plunge it at him,” the source said.
The publication went on to note the alleged first food fight attack on Cosby:
Via RO: This marks the second time an inmate used their food as a weapon. Radar can report that Cosby was slapped in the head with a stale hot dog Opens a New Window. bun within minutes of arriving to his initial jail on September 25.
“The way I see it, you have to be very angry to throw your meal in jail because I don’t think you get seconds,” the insider told Radar. “Mr. Cosby told us last week that the chicken patty was the best meal he had so far at SCI Phoenix Opens a New Window. … so that says a lot.”

Long story short, prison officials say issa DAMN lie! In a statement, made to TMZ, they not only denied the chicken and hot dog bun assaults, they also explained why the public shouldn’t buy into either story:
An official from the Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections tells TMZ, “This did NOT happen, and I am unhappy with anyone who is reporting such fake news.”
The official says Cosby isn’t even mingling with other inmates yet… he has no contact whatsoever. That’s because he’s being evaluated by prison staff and, until they determine the extent to which he should interact with other inmates, he’s by himself and in his own cell.

After their 2018 re-trial, Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in a Pennsylvania prison on three counts aggravated indecent assault against Constand. Ever since his sentencing, many fans have pretty much been split down the middle, regarding whether, or not, the 81-year-old’s sentence was ‘too harsh.’
Joe Torry Speaks On Cosby’s Sentencing:
Joe Torry is making it clear which side of the fence he’s on with this though. In an impromptu interview with TMZ, Joe blasted the judicial system for Cosby’s sentencing. “It’s rotten…”
Joe Torry: “I think the outcome is rotten. I think he (Cosby) got a bad deal. It’s crazy how we could do it to one of the greatest…American heroes that has done a lot for the community.”
Torry then referenced what many have- that 14 years later, Andrea Constand pressed charges against Cosby over what she says happened during one of her visits to his home in 2004, which Cosby claims was consensual sexual contact between them:
“And for something like this, it seems like it’s gon’ be the fall of a lot of people from 100 years ago,” Torry joked.
Torry- ‘She set him up…after she got paid’
Joe Torry was then asked if he feels that the accuser deserves for Cosby to get some type of punishment for the allegations. Joe felt for the other accusers, but not Constand. He based his views on what he saw first hand and also referenced the prior legal case/financial settlement between Cosby and Constand years ago; as well as the hung jury verdict from their 2017 trial, in which the jurors later stated that Constand’s details kept changing:
“I only went to one trial [courtroom session]. So, the trial that I saw…and the stuff that he had already went to trial for and paid for, it’s like he’s being retried for something that they had already kicked out…you know. It’s like refried beans – you’ve refried them, and you refry them, and you refry them, and now, you get somebody that say, ‘They’re good.'”
“All the victims that say they were affected, my heart goes out to them. But I only can respond on that particular trial and that woman, and what she was awarded. I think it’s unfair because she was already awarded.”
Torry then accused Andrea Constand of being part of a bigger plot to “set up” Cosby:
“I think it’s unfair to convict somebody that you’ve probably set up and that you’ve already settled with. And then to come back later in life and want more settlement, I mean, its ridiculous.”
When asked what affect the sentencing will have on Cosby’s legacy, Joe replied:
“Nothing…nothing…nothing…I mean, he’s Bill Cosby.”
Ever since Bill Cosby was sentenced to a Pennsylvania prison, where he will spend the next three to 10 years of his life, many people have been weighing in on the matter. Included in that discussion, are O.J. Simpson and Stevie Wonder, who both had messages for Bill Cosby. The most interesting thing about their words for Cosby, is that their points of view came from two totally different sides of the spectrum.
Stevie’s Praying For Cosby
Stevie Wonder was in the midst of loading his vehicle at LAX airport in Los Angeles, when he was stopped by a cameraman and asked his views on Bill Cosby’s sentence. Like many, Stevie seems conflicted about Cosby. On one hand, the dude is a comedy icon, who was the father figure to America for years; on the other hand, he now has the rep’ of being a convicted sexual predator.
Stevie’s response was a simple one though- he’ll pray for Cosby and also the nation, here’s why:
“I just pray for everybody…but even more, I pray for this nation and it’s leader, just to work it out.”
When asked if he felt that three-10 years in prison was a fair sentence for Cosby (as opposed to the house arrest conviction his legal team was pushing for), Stevie replied:
“I don’t like prisons. I respect the work that he’s done in his career as an artist. He’s inspired a lot of people and I just pray God will give him mercy,” before adding, “Every woman should be protected.”
O.J. Warns Cosby
In another part of town, O.J. Simpson had some sound advice for Cosby and his stay inside of the Pennsylvania prison. Better yet, he actually had a stern warning that Cosby may wanna take heed to, given the actual crime he was convicted of:
O.J.- “Rapists are frowned upon in prison. … I’m sure there will be guys protecting him but they’re gonna have to put him in protective custody… because it takes one nut, ya know?”
O.J. continued:
“The problem is the nature of the crime… With his health and his age and the nature of the crime, there’s not a warden in this country who wants the responsibility of a Bill Cosby.”
Ultimately, O.J. expressed that he thinks the house arrest option would have been a suffice punishment for the 81-year-old comic legend – based on his age and deteriorating health.
Besides, as a 71-year-old man, who spent 9 years behind bars himself, O.J. is speaking from experience of what life for a senior citizen celebrity is REALLY like. Maybe his words will reach Cosby, who at the moment is being held in an isolated cell at State Correctional Institution Phoenix for his own safety.

What The Judge Told Cosby During Sentencing
If you haven’t yet caught the news, Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in the pen’ in the case against Andrea Constand, in which he was found guilty on three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
The judge originally postponed the sentencing hearing against his wishes, after conflicting requests were made by the defense and the prosecutors in the case. Apparently, 24 hours later, the Pennsylvania judge determined that Cosby deserved to be behind bars, as the prosecution suggested, and not on house arrest as the defense was gunnin’ for.
During his sentencing announcement, the judge stated, “I’m not permitted to treat him any differently based on who he is or who he was. … As she [Constand] said, ‘Mr. Cosby, you took her beautiful, healthy young spirit and crushed it.'” He then stated to Constand, “I heard the very clear impact on your life.”
Cosby was not only sentenced to three to 10 years in a Pennsylvania state prison, the judge also denied him bail and ordered he be hauled off directly to jail. As Cosby prepared to be taken by the guards, he removed his tie and everything from his pockets, handing it to his team. The guards then led him away in handcuffs and shackles in front of the media circus awaiting him outside of the court room. But there’s more…
Cosby’s Publicist Speaks Out
Following Cosby’s sentencing, Andrew Wyatt- Cosby’s publicist- angrily blasted the judge and all others involved in the sentencing and accusations included within the case of Andrea Constand and Cosby.
Wyatt said this was one of the most “racist and “sexist” trials in U.S. history. He went on to say, “They persecuted Jesus and look what happened. Not saying Mr. Cosby is Jesus, but we know what this country has done to Black men for centuries.”
Prior to now, past jurors from Cosby’s and Constand’s first trial in 2017, spoke out following their hung jury verdict. In a televised interview, they revealed that Constand’s story changed several times and her details didn’t add up with the accusations she’d made against Cosby- that he’d sexually assaulted her during a visit to his home in 2004.
Following Constand’s prior testimony, others within the media and public also became doubtful that a conviction would happen on Cosby’s end, for the same reasons as the jurors stated. However, further details began to emerge about some type of tension and/or bias by the presiding judge in the case and today, Andrew Wyatt clearly feels the same way.
Listen, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if Cosby is guilty of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, then he definitely deserves to do his time for his crime – just like any other civilian. On the flip side, if Constand gave some alternative facts about their sexual encounter, that too, should be a crime punishable by law.

ILOSM family, today was the day Bill Cosby was officially supposed to receive his sentencing, in a Pennsylvania courthouse, for his conviction of three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault. However, a couple hurdles got thrown up into the mix while Cosby and his legal team were inside the courtroom. Now it’s been pushed back until Thursday of this week.
Cosby Arrives To Chaotic Courthouse Minus Camille
In case y’all hadn’t heard, Cosby and his attorneys arrived at the courthouse, to a plethora of fans and protesters alike. Surrounded by security, the media circus captured the ordeal live, as some females were heard yelling “We believe the women!” and “Me too!”
While a few others were heard shouting supporting words to the comedic legend. Cosby calmly smiled and walked toward the courtroom door, to stand before the judge and learn how much of his 30-year sentence was about to be handed down to him.
Why His Sentencing Got Delayed
Once the courtroom sentencing session began, news began to surface that the judge was pretty annoyed that he may have to delay Cosby’s sentencing. Apparently the two conflicting requests from the defense and prosecution’s sides:
Via TMZ- 12:35 PM PT — Cosby’s sentencing WILL be pushed back to Tuesday. Before the judge announced the delay, prosecutors requested Cosby get 5 to 10 years in prison — while the defense asked for house arrest. Prosecutors are strongly opposed to 81-year-old Cosby being placed under house arrest. They pointed out the fact Cosby’s wife threw a birthday party for him back in July, complete with a live 5-piece jazz band that started jamming at 7 AM … according to neighbors. Point being … where’s the punishment in that?
A defense witness is expected to testify on Tuesday ahead of the judge’s decision on his sentencing.
Just a few hours prior to the sentencing delay, it was also reported that there was a huge debate between the prosecutors and defense attorneys inside the courtroom, regarding the term, “violent sexual predator.” That is what Cosby is apparently being labeled in legal documents and on record. However, because his attorneys are fighting against that term, the judge had to delay the sentencing against his own wishes, reportedly.
Why? Because according to TMZ, ‘Cosby’s defense team attorneys are challenging that label and want a doctor to testify on his behalf.’ That would technically hold up sentencing, until AFTER the doctor gives his testimony for further consideration by the court.
So now, it’s still a waiting game as to whether or not Cosby will be under house arrest, in prison for five to 10 years, or for a longer span of time. We’ll keep y’all posted on this.

Camille Cosby Exposes Reported Wrongdoings By Judge…It Had Nothing To Do With Bill
In an interview with The Blast, Camille Cosby revealed that the reason Bill lost his case actually had nothing to do with him, but rather, everything to do with the long standing beef between the former Pennsylvania D.A. and the presiding judge in Cosby’s trial:
Via The Blast: Camille tells The Blast, “Bill Cosby was not afforded an impartial judge and he did not receive a fair trial.” She’s referring to Bill appearing before Judge Steven T. O’Neill, who Camille claims “had a bitter, longstanding feud with one of the key witnesses in the case.”
Bruce Castor, the former D.A. in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, testified under oath that in 2006 he made a decision not to prosecute the comedian on charges of sexual assault because he felt the case was weak.
Camille claims Judge O’Neill “refused to believe the sworn testimony” of Castor because back in 1999 the two actually ran bitter campaigns against each other to become District Attorney, and O’Neill lost hard.

Judge Pissed After Affair With Assistant Was Exposed?
The details Camille provided behind the beef are hella suspect on the judge’s part. She says that the reason Judge O’Neil is REALLY pissed with former D.A. Castor, is because during their campaigning for the district attorney spot, O’Neil was separated from his wife at that time. However, Castor found out that O’Neil was also romantically involved with his female assistant and therefore, invited said assistant to one of their campaign debates in efforts to out O’Neil.
It worked and according to The Blast, Camille says O’Neil was not only upset that he lost the race to Castor, but he was “embarrassed” by Castor outing his affair and has had it out for him ever since. Thus, the outcome of Cosby’s trial, which Castor had previously tossed out, due to lack of sufficient evidence in Andrea Constand’s claims:
Via TB- Camille claims the move “embarrassed” Judge O’Neill and caused him to perform “poorly” at the debate and ultimately withdraw from the race.
Camille claims that beef between the two political figures from years prior caused O’Neill to shoot down his petition to dismiss the case against Cosby. She says the public, and Cosby, were entitled to know about “Judge O’Neil’s bias” before the rulings were made and that the “Judge let his own personal feelings override Mr. Cosby’s right to a fair trial.”
Judge O’Neil is also the same judge, who at the time of Cosby vs. Constand’s first trial, was reportedly agitated when the jury was hung for the same reason- lack of sufficient evidence from Ms. Constand’s testimony and claims. However, in an odd move, Judge O’Neil demanded that they go back into deliberation and come up with a verdict, which they did…and still came out with a hung jury verdict yet again – for the same reasons.
Heres what both Camille and Bill’s legal team are now demanding:
[Camille] now wants the judge to provide a full accounting of his issues and alleged bias with Bruce Castor, and also for him to “correct the horrible injustice done to Mr. Cosby and to our system of justice.”
Along with his wife’s harsh comments, Cosby’s legal team also filed documents to reconsider the recusal of Judge O’Neill.
As Bill Cosby awaits his official sentencing, which could be up to 30 years behind bars, he’s got a new legal problem on his hands. Months after being convicted of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault, a few of his attorneys have just hit him with a lawsuit. Lawyers’ Claims Against Cosby
Many of you may recall when Cosby was legally arming up for his retrial against Andrea Constand, who accused him of sexual assault, and he had a bit of trouble with his defense team. Lawyers were reportedly falling off left and right -either through firing, or quitting Cosby’s team. That’s where this latest lawsuit against the comedic icon comes into play. Here’s what was reported:
Via TMZ- The Philly-based firm, Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis, just filed suit against the now-convicted actor [Bill Cosby] for failing to pay more than $50k in legal services it says it provided him. One of SHS&L’s partners, Samuel Silver, was one of Cosby’s new lawyers as he geared up for his second trial earlier this year. However, Sam later withdrew from the case before proceedings got underway in April.
The details are scant in the legal docs — obtained by TMZ — but there’s no question SHS&L worked on Cosby’s case for a while. He’d announced his new legal team — which included Michael Jackson’s former lawyer, Tom Mesereau — in August of 2017, which also included Silver at the time. Silver bailed on the case in January … so that’s 5 months on the books. Silver has also repped Cosby in other cases, and the expenses in the lawsuit reflect that work as well.
Hours after the attorneys’ lawsuit went public, Bill Cosby’s current legal team responded in his defense. Though they didn’t deny Cosby has yet to pay the firm, they did make other claims against them:
Via TMZ- Cosby’s attorney, Joe P. Green, tells us, “This claim arises from a disagreement over the amount of legal fees charged. Mr. Cosby’s team offered to submit that dispute to mediation, but Mr. Silver’s firm decided to file suit. We still hope to resolve the claim fairly.”
