Nelly’s still battling his sexual assault accuser in court, 2 years later. Now, a new request he’s asked of the judge has just been given a resounding ‘Hell to the no naw,’ in the words of the late Bishop Bullwinkle. Nonetheless, his request seems to be a fair one…yet, not a popular practice.

Nelly References Tupac’s Past Case To Get Similar Treatment…
Nelly has adamantly denied that he sexual assaulted a woman who is publicly referred to as ‘Jane Doe.’ Because he’s had to repeatedly speak out about the matter and have his name plastered all over the media, in connection to the woman’s claims, he feels that her name should also be forced to be revealed, which is what he’s asked of the court.

To further back his request, Nelly referenced Tupac’s sexual assault case from 23 years ago, in which the judge made the accuser’s name public. Despite his attempt, the judge has told Nelly that his accuser will not be “outed” for several reasons:

The judge notes that case is very old and, “As made evident by the more recent cases cited above, courts now place more weight on the psychological trauma faced by victims of sexual assault, the easy public access of court records online, and the deterrent effect that “outing” a sexual assault victim may have on other victims. Second, the plaintiff in Shakur conceded that her name, residence, and place of employment were already known to the press, rendering public identification in court filings a moot issue.”

The order reads, “The Court is also mindful of the strong public interest in protecting the identities of sexual assault victims so as not to deter other victims from reporting crimes against them.-via The Blast

Nelly also revealed that the woman has made similar claims in other legal filings:

“Country Grammar” rapper, Nelly, possibly feels vindicated right about now. Why? Because his accuser has just thrown a curveball in her own case against him.

A while back, we informed you all of a UK woman- going by the name Jane Doe- who filed a criminal sex assault case against Nelly. At that time, she was adamant that after his December 2017 concert in Essex, he’d forced his penis into her mouth and masturbated in front of her several times.

Well, now Nelly will not be facing criminal charges, after Jane Doe suddenly stopped speaking with Essex police on the case.

I’ll be straight up with you ILOSM fam.’ When I initially heard about this, I instantly thought, ‘Nelly must’ve bought her silence, as many celebs do.’ But turns out, I’m clearly dead wrong in that assumption. How do I know that? Because of what Jane Doe’s attorney has now stated about their plans to still get at Nelly another way:

Via TMZ: The accuser’s attorney, Karen Koehler, tells TMZ … “We told the Essex police we would no longer participate in their shoddy investigation and shifted our focus to the federal lawsuit where we will wait on the judge to decide that outcome.”

The switch-aroo, regarding the accuser’s legal plans, has fans wondering why Jane Doe is no longer concerned with fighting for her justice if she was supposedly ‘assaulted’…but is instead focusing on making Nelly pay up, presumably some big bucks.

As for Nelly, his side of the story is probably just as consistent as it was when he immediately spoke out to rebuke his accuser’s claims in November 2018. At that time, he’d claimed that he is completely innocent and said this regarding “Jane Doe’s” lawsuit:

“The truth will come out, and I will be vindicated. These types of false allegations undermine real claims of sexual abuse/harassment by real victims. … I do NOT plan on walking away quietly. I have to speak up for my family and for the real victims strong enough to come forward and face people that have actually assaulted them.”

The heated tension and lengthy legal war between Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, and her ex, Floyd Mayweather, do not seem to be simmering down one bit.

In case y’all hadn’t heard, Mayweather and Jackson had a bitter breakup some years ago, and have been embroiled in an equally bitter lawsuit since 2014. Shantel initially sued Floyd for assault, battery, defamation and invasion of privacy (for allegedly publicly revealing she aborted his baby without his knowledge)- all of which he denied. In return, Mawyweather countersued Jackson for stealing major money from him and charging up tons of thousands of dollars on his credit cards without his knowledge- both of which she denied.

As the case prepares to go to trial, both have reportedly added various details to their lawsuits, in a quest to make the other pay up for their alleged wrongdoings.

This go-round, Mayweather has now amended his countersuit with new claims that Shantel unlawfully recorded him several times throughout their lengthy relationship. He’s listed, in detail, what he says was done to him. He also claims that he’s just found out about the recordings in February, when ‘Jackson responded to demands for discovery in their case.’

This year (2018) has not been a controversy-free one for Nelly. He’s having more issues than a little bit. Matter of fact, it hasn’t even been two full months since the sexual assault charges one woman -Monique Greene- filed against him were dropped. Even though some fans feel that Greene’s claims seemed somewhat suspect at that time, it was still controversial for Nelly. Fast forward to today and the “Country Grammar” rap star, as well as his girlfriend, Shantell Jackson, have a whole ‘nother problem on their hands.

“Jane Doe” Accuser Resurfaces To Legally Battle Nelly & Girlfriend

A second woman- who originally stepped forward in January 2018- is now suing Nelly, claiming he sexually assaulted her too and her details are interesting. Here’s how “Jane Doe” says the alleged sex assault transpired:

Via TMZ: The woman, who’s filed as a Jane Doe — claims Nelly masturbated in front of her multiple times after the December 2017 Essex concert. … In docs, obtained by TMZ, she says they met during a meet-and-greet and he whispered in her ear to stay behind. She did, but that’s when she claims he dropped his pants and started masturbating while saying, “You want this d**k don’t you.”

There’s more:

Doe claims she rebuffed him several times but Nelly would not back off, and told her he wanted to ejaculate on her. She says she told him something to effect of … “You may have more quid in your bank than I do. But this doesn’t make you any more special. Pull your trousers back up and f*** off.”

The woman claims Nelly got aggressive and clenched his fist — and when she asked if he was going to hit her, he allegedly said … “No I’m just frustrated. I’m not used to not getting my way, just do it.” She claims he forced his penis into her mouth, and that’s when she jumped back and was able to flee the room.

Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantell, is being sued by “Jane Doe” for accusing her of being a liar on social media and exposing ‘receipts’ that contradict “Jane Doe’s” dates and claims about the alleged incident with Nelly.

Nelly Has Now Spoken Out

Nelly says he is completely innocent and said this regarding “Jane Doe’s” new lawsuit:

I am repairing the trust that I broke with Shantel, I have apologized to my family and friends for the embarrassment I have caused them. And, I am committed to be a better man.”

It’s been a lengthy legal battle between “Country Grammar” rapper, Nelly, and the woman who accused him of sexual assault in October 2017. Their case has seen more twists and turns than a lil’ bit and the accuser, Monique Greene, has gone through different phases of her accusations. First there was filing the criminal case, then dropping the criminal case, then filing a lawsuit, and now… the lawsuit has been dismissed once and for all. However, the reasons as to why that is are different, depending on who’s side you ask.

Apparently, the lawsuit has now been dismissed ‘with prejudice,’ which means Monique can never re-file a lawsuit against Nelly for this claim again.

The Blast has just reported the details behind the lawsuit that was filed after the accuser claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus last year, while Nelly was adamant that she was lying through her teeth and the sex was consensual. Here’s the latest in how this whole thing turned out a few days ago:

Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, tells The Blast, “The lawsuit with Nelly and accuser has been dropped. Both parties have mutually agreed to drop the lawsuit. No settlement or money changed hands.”

However, Greene’s attorney, Karen Koehler, is refuting Nelly’s statement and says the information about no money changing hands is “false.”

A source close to Greene tells The Blast that she “just wanted this to be done with.” the ordeal and “wants to get on with her life.”

So…we’re not sure who’s telling the truth regarding the money exchange- or lack thereof. However, from the jump, certain aspects of this case were beginning to look somewhat money motivated to begin with. Even still, that’s not to say that the young lady isn’t telling the truth. She may, or may not be.

Accuser Then Refused To Testify, Here’s Why
The accuser and her lawyer released a lengthy letter trying to explain why she is suddenly dropping all charges against Nelly…

Via TMZ: The woman who accused Nelly of rape is refusing to testify, and wants the whole matter dropped … TMZ has learned. The woman’s attorney says her client has told the Auburn PD in Washington State, and the King County D.A. to “put a halt to the criminal investigation of [Nelly]. She will not testify further in a criminal proceeding against him.” Her attorney says the young woman feels the system has failed her and she can’t stand up to a celebrity. “Who will believe her? People are saying horrible things already. She cannot handle this. She is about to break.”

Not sure what -if any- was really up with the Monique’s decision to suddenly drop her case. But many believed that the fact that she dropped it so soon, made her claims seem a little suspicious.

Lawsuit & Counter-Lawsuit
Monique Greene then filed a defamation lawsuit against Nelly, for speaking out to defend himself against her accusations. Nelly then filed a counter-lawsuit against the accuser for what he says are “lies.” And months later, here we are… everything’s a wrap with this case and both parties involved can go back to living their best lives.

There comes a time in everyone’s life, where you just get pushed to the limit by someone who’s workin’ on your last ever-lovin’ nerve. Apparently, that day has come for Nelly and his pops. The St. Louis rapper/actor has just pretty much told his daddy that he’s ‘going down, down baby’ after what he’s just done with Nelly’s ex/singer, Ashanti.

Why Nelly Mad Tho?

As most of us already know, Nelly and Ashanti dated for many years on the low. They seemed inseparable actually, until suddenly one day they just split and the public never saw them together again. Word on the Old School curb is that the breakup was over something Ashanti allegedly did to Nelly during their relationship, but since they’ve never confirmed that, we won’t divulge any further details and/or allegations about it.

At any rate, whatever happened between them, is still stinging the HELL outta Nelly to this day. How do we know that? Well, because years after their breakup, he is HIGHLY pissed that his daddy, Cornell Hayes Sr., was spotted with Ashanti the other night. From the outside looking in, Nelly seems like a bitter, irate ex, because all his dad did was allow Ashanti to post of brief Snapchat video of himself backstage at her show, speaking on how much he’d enjoyed the concert.

Nelly Publicly Cuts Dad Off Financially

Nelly started off his rant, by letting his pops known he will no longer help him financially:

He then called his dad out for not being a true father to him back in the day:

Nelly then praised his mother for picking up the slack of not having his father their to support them:

Overall, it seems like the innocent Snapchat video between Nelly’s ex-girlfriend Ashanti and his pops, was just the spark he needed, to finally get a plethora of things off his chest. Still waiting for Nelly him speak on why he has an issue (if any) with Ashanti though…that’s the one elephant in the room of this entire scenario, that Nelly skipped right over.

What Does Ashanti Have To Do With This?

After Floyd and his then long-time girlfriend, Shantell Jackson, broke up in 2014, she soon started a relationship with Nelly, reportedly that same year and they’re still going strong.

Ever since Floyd’s and Shantell’s breakup though, the two exes have both thrown public jabs at each other. In 2014, Jackson filed a lawsuit against Mayweather for assault and battery, defamation and invasion of privacy, after accusing him of releasing her personal medical information on social media, regarding an abortion he says she had while they were together.

Mayweather on the other hand, countersued Jackson for stealing money off his credit cards without his permission. So what does any of this have to do with Nelly or his ex-girlfriend, Ashanti? Not sure, but according to Mayweather, they clearly have SOMETHING relevant to bring to the case, because he’s just filed a legal request on April 20,2018, to have both of them deposed in his and Shantell’s upcoming January 2019 court trial.

Ashanti and Nelly reportedly broke up in 2010, after years of dating. So her time with Nelly doesn’t seem to cross Nelly’s relationship with Shantell, which as we mentioned, began in 2014.

Therefore, it’s suspected that Mayweather and his team are trying to use as many famous faces as they can to build a stronger looking case against Shantell. It’s also being assumed that Mayweather, who reportedly is still pissed that Nelly’s dating his ex, wants to depose Nelly in the case, just for embarrassment purposes:

As we previously reported, according to Ms. Jackson, she had a rocky relationship with Floyd and claimed that he once choked her, controlled her, and embarrassed her online after they broke up, by revealing that she’d aborted their twin babies. Then she claimed things blew up between them after she began dating Nelly and attended an NBA game with him three months after she had the abortion.

Floyd Mayweather’s claims…

Mayweather claims that Shantel stole thousands of dollars from him in cash and credit cards, while they were dating and that she’d been hiding it the whole time. In his court filing, Floyd claimed that Shantel gained access to all of his credit card accounts and also stole cash he had stashed around his home to go on a ton of secret shopping sprees. He also claims that Shantel had the stolen goods shipped to various hidden locations, so he would not be able to trace it back to her. In legal docs, his lawyer noted accused Shantel of gaining Floyd’s trust, only to rob him later:

“As a result of that confidence, Mayweather, who’s education ended at eighth grade, did not audit or otherwise inspect either his cash or his credit card statements for theft by Jackson.”

Mayweather’s suing Jackson for an undisclosed amount of money. Both Mayweather and Ms. Jackson have both denied all claims against each other.

First Accuser’s Claims

First there was his sexual assault accuser, Monique Greene, who claimed Nelly raped her, then mysteriously refused to press charges against him, after speaking with authorities. Nelly adamantly denied all of her claims and said their sexual contact on his tour bus was consensual. He was ultimately cleared of all charges by authorities. 2nd Accuser’s Newest Claims

Now, Nelly’s got another battle to fight against an anonymous sexual assault accuser, who was also a part of Monique Greene’s pending defamation lawsuit. According to The Blast, his latest accuser goes by the name “Jane Doe” and is a married military member. She claims Nelly assaulted her in 2016, while she was stationed in the U.K.. The accuser says she willingly went to a secluded V.I.P. section with Nelly during his “The Fix” tour and that they’d “had a very nice time,” until she says Nelly told her to “let me see it.” Here’s what else was reported about the alleged incident:

Via TB: [The accuser] says Nelly then got off the table, placed his hand on her leg, “rubbed it and put his hand up” her dress without consent.  She describes the actions by Nelly as sexual assault, and claims that “she had no intention of becoming a victim.” The documents claim Jane is a “well-trained member of the U.S. military” and “firmly took Nelly’s hand, removed it from under her skirt and pushed it back down to the side of his leg.”

She also claims Nelly tried to prevent her from opening the door and leaving the room, but was able to escape when security came to check on them.  She says although Nelly “didn’t get the chance to violate her further, his actions were reprehensible.”

Again, Nelly is claiming he is 100% innocent and even spoke to paparazzi about it in an airport the other day.

Feeling like enough is enough, Nelly is not taking these allegations laying down. Maintaining his word, he’s is firing back at Greene with a countersuit, claiming she came on to him and then lied about their sexual encounter to get him criminally prosecuted and more…

Being accused of rape is a serious thing and those accusations are not taken lightly. While Nelly has maintained his innocence and hasn’t been convicted in a court room, he’s been tried in the court room of public opinion. Nelly believes that Greene lied about the rape accusations to get him arrested. The arrest caused him to cancel performances, which resulted in loss of money.

Additionally, Nelly’s name has joined the list of other prominent celebrity figures, who have been accused of sexually violating women, even though Greene’s criminal rape charges against him were dropped by authorities. With the #MeToo movement, women are facing their fears and holding men accountable. But unfortunately some women may be instead be seeking fortune and fame, which Nelly and his attorney accused Monique Greene of doing. Nelly admits that he and Greene engaged in intercourse, but he says that he did not rape Greene. His girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, acknowledges that Nelly is guilty of cheating, but she, too, maintains that he’s not guilty of rape and she even backed up her point with “receipts” of her own.

Not only has Greene reportedly damaged Nelly’s reputation and cost him money, but TMZ reports that Ms. Greene allegedly came on to Nelly. In his countersuit, Nelly claims that Greene approached him in the V.I.P. area of a nightclub where he was performing. There must have been a connection, because Nelly admitted that he invited Greene on his tour bus, as well as others. Despite being in a relationship with Floyd Mayweather’s ex, Miss Shantel Jackson, Nelly says that he and Greene had consensual sex. While they were in the room, one of his backup dancers entered to use the restroom. This allegedly upset Greene and Nelly claims that she became irate. Because of her behavior, Greene was asked to leave. TMZ reported that Greene called for an Uber and then called the police to report the rape incident, which led to Nelly being arrested.

As we previously reported, although Greene mysteriously dropped her rape charges against Nelly a while back, she is now suing Nelly for defamation for an undisclosed amount of money. She believes that he defamed her character by publicly accusing her of lying on him on social media.  TMZ reports that Nelly filed a motion to strike down Greene’s claim that he sexually harassed her and at least 2 other anonymous women. Additionally, he wants her defamation suit against him dropped, because he believes that he has every right to publicly deny rape allegations.

Past Accuser Files New Lawsuit Against Nelly

Well, now Nelly’s accuser is back with a new lawsuit against Nelly and has included two more anonymous women in her ‘suit, in attempts to further prove her point and win the case. Monique Greene filed a defamation lawsuit against Nelly after she said that he and his attorney defamed her character by claiming, in public statements, that she was lying on him and was just seeking fame and money.

As of a few days ago, Greene amended her legal filing, to add the stories from two women listed as “Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2, who both claim that Nelly assaulted them while in the UK. Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, had much to say about the recent claims. Check out the details below…

Jane Doe #1’s claim

Via NPR: “Jane Doe No. 1” — a U.S. military service member stationed in the U.K., and described as a married woman with children — alleges that in June 2016, Nelly invited her and a friend to a secluded “VIP” area backstage after one of his shows in England. After some time, the woman says, Nelly suddenly grabbed her leg and put his hand up her dress without her consent. She says that she firmly removed his hand, and attempted to leave with her friend; Nelly allegedly argued with her and repeatedly tried to prevent her from leaving. The woman says she ultimately did leave.

Jane Doe #2’s Claim

Via NPR: A woman identified as “Jane Doe No. 2” and a mother of three alleges that last December [2017], she and a group of friends attended a Nelly show in Essex, England. […] The woman says the second time they were secluded, Nelly dropped his pants and began masturbating, tried to pull off her top without her consent, and tried to kiss her repeatedly. […] He also allegedly grabbed her hand and put it on his penis; when she again refused him, the suit says, he “made a fist,” and she asked him if he was going to hit her. The woman says Nelly responded, “No, I’m just frustrated, I’m not used to not getting my way, just do it.” He then allegedly forced her down and shoved his penis in her mouth before she was able to twist out of his reach and scramble out of the room. The suit states that Jane Doe No. 2 “considered going to the police but felt that she would not be believed.”
