While Tamar Braxton’s personal life seems to be moving along rather smoothly -with the exception of her on again off again nice/nasty tension with her sisters- her estranged husband, Vincent Herbert, seems to be having some financial woes.

Now, before we get into this story, let’s address that big elephant in the room- YES, Tamar is happily dating…and YES, Vince is still her husband- technically speaking. Though it seems they’ve been split since forever, that divorce stamp has not yet been placed on their marriage, despite the fact that Tamar filed for divorce in 2017. The reason according to Tamar, is that “It’s the paperwork” that is holding up their divorce proceedings. Now that we’ve cleared that up, onto her hubby/ex-manager, Vince, and his current situation.

It has just been revealed that the brotha is getting evicted from his plush 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,430 sq. ft. condo, located in a lavish Los Angeles, CA building. Apparently, Vince is over $38,000.00 late on the rent and now must exit the building ‘expeditiously’ *in my Joe Clark “Lean on Me” voice.*

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge granted a default judgment against Herbert after he blew off an eviction lawsuit. He was accused of owing tens of thousands in rent and refusing to vacate the premises. The order states Herbert must turn over the keys immediately to the owner and leave ASAP.

Whew, chile! The tea is definitely being “spilled” on this one! Tamar Braxton is making headlines this week after new details have surfaced in regards to her divorce. . . . or should we say marriage! The American singer and sister of Toni Braxton, sat down with Wendy Williams this week to discuss new details about her current status with current husband Vince Herbert. After her win on the TV show “Celebrity Big Brother”, Tamar reveals details about her prolonging divorce to Vince.

Vince’s Illness

Vince Herbert is known as an American songwriter, record producer, record executive, and founder of Streamline Records. According to Tamar’s interview with Wendy Williams, Vince is currently battling an ongoing illness. Apparently, Vince’s illness is the reason why the couples’ divorce is being delayed and Tamar speaks on their relationship on Wendy’s talk show. When asked about the status of the divorce, Tamar stated “Well, it’s the paperwork, Linda,” Tamar responded. “And it’s LA. When you have a lot of things together, and LA just period, it just takes forever. You know? But, we haven’t been living together for two years.”

Despite Tamar’s response, this is contrary to the alleged report that Tamar and Vince’s divorce was threatened to be dismissed in 2018. The YBF.com noted, “It was reported that if Tay Tay didn’t prove she served her former manager/estranged husband the divorce papers, the case would be thrown out.” We aren’t sure which version of the story is ultimately true, but Tamar mentions that she’s been “holding down the fort” while Vince is ill.

Although she filed for divorce in October of 2017 after 9 years of marriage, Tamar assured Wendy that the two co-parent “really really well”. Previously it was reported that Tamar was demanding full-custody of her and Vince’s 5 year-old son, Logan Herbert. Regardless of the alleged rumors and reports, Tamar isn’t afraid to tell the world about her new relationship with her new boo who she jokingly refers to as “T’Challa”.

Tamar’s New Boyfriend

During her interview with Wendy, the singer said that she proudly chooses to keep her new boyfriend hidden from her social media. She shares her view on hiding her “secret boo” by saying, “Well, actually, he doesn’t jump in front of the camera,” she told Wendy. “He does not have any desire to be famous. He’s like ‘you have your life, I have mine.’ He has a finance firm, a couple of them around the country. He has a lot of clients and he’s really serious about his firm and his clients. Protecting his image is protecting his clients and I have to respect that.”

Even though it doesn’t appear as though another marriage is in Tamar’s future, she did reveal that she would like to have more kids. After her recent win on the hit reality show, “Celebrity Big Brother”, Tamar won a nice check for $250,000 and will soon be celebrating her birthday this month.

Fans Confused & Happy For Tamar

Even though Tamar’s new reported mystery bae’ surprised us, here’s what didn’t take us by surprise: fans had tons of questions about the two. Many expressed confusion because Tamar and Vince were recently on vacation together, lookin’ like their theme song should have been “Make Up To Break Up” by the Stylistics. Why? Because they sure did look like they were happily on the mend during their vacay. Other fans were big upp’ing Tamar for finally moving on from Vince and their apparently toxic marriage.

What Happened?

According to new reports, Vince got thrown the hell out of Tamar’s new upscale high rise bachelorette pad on Friday night (4-13-18). Word on the Old School curb is that the brotha was also told, by the condo’s security team, to ‘Hit the road jack and don’t-cha come back no more, no more, no more, no MO!,’ just like the great Ray Charles once sang. Okay, maybe security didn’t quite tell Vince to ‘get tuh steppin’ with those exact lyrics, but nonetheless, the message was apparently still the same. Here’s what was reported by TMZ:

Sources familiar with the matter tell us, Tamar and Vincent Herbert got into a heated argument Tuesday night that got so out of hand, security at her Bev Hills condo escorted him out and told him he’s no longer allowed in the building. […] We’re told building security acted so swiftly, cops weren’t needed, but Vince was told if he returns … cops WILL be there, stat!

Damn…Tamar moved to her own crib to find peace and serenity…and to get her ‘how Stella got her groove back’ on, but she still didn’t get it there?!!  As we previously reported, Tamar pays a pretty penny for her plush condo, so we’re pretty sure the walls are not made of thin materials by far. Yet, the Mr. and Mrs. were arguing so loudly, that it bled through those expensively thick walls and the security had to rush the place? Geesh!

Remember when Evelyn Braxton was HEATED and put Vince on blast with her abuse claims? If not, here’s a recap of what Mama Evelyn said and why she wants Vince clean away from her daughter:

In November 2017, Evelyn appeared on the daytime talk show, “Sister Circle,” and claimed that she was actually inside the house with Tamar and Vince during one of his alleged abusive episodes. She recalled hearing a sound in the house that seemed as if “the elevator was falling.” She claims she saw Tamar running from Vince. At the time, she had her grandson in the room with her, but she stepped out of the room momentarily to confront Vince. That’s when Mama Evelyn claims he went off on her too:

“I ran back to the room because the baby was in the bed with me,” she added. “I was very much afraid for the baby. I put a chair behind the door. I barricaded myself in the room, and held that baby all night long. That’s no way, no way, for anyone to live.”

What Had Happened Was…

The soon-to-be exes have just been hit with a lawsuit and a lien, after 4 year old Logan’s nanny got really crafty in her pursuit of the major wages she said they stuck her for. Here’s what The Blast reported about the nanny’s court claims:

Sally Lou Perkins filed a lien last month against the Calabasas home of Tamar and Vince Herbert. The house was put up for sale when Tamar filed for divorce from Vince last October, but is now just available for rent. The 13,716-square-foot estate was listed for $15 million, and Perkins says if it goes back on the market, and before Braxton sees a dime, she wants to collect $213,431.37 in unpaid wages.

The nanny, who was in charge of the estranged couple’s son Logan during Braxton’s “Love & War Tour” in 2014, says her job entails all childcare aspects including; preparing meals and snacks, transportation, getting dressed, create nurturing activities to stimulate development, social and emotional needs, clean bedrooms and do laundry.

Perkins had originally filed a claim with the State of California Labor Standards Enforcement, and they ordered Braxton to pay. Now that she claims she hasn’t seen any money, the nanny is going to the next level.

As y’all can see, their nanny is NOT playing and it looks like she has a good chance of getting her money one way or the other.

As most of us know, Tamar filed for divorce from Vince in 2017 and prior to that, there were several reports of cheating, domestic abuse, and side-baby rumors.

Now, Tamar is reportedly pissed off with Mama Evelyn and her sisters, because she thinks the ladies are trying to create “fake storylines,” by bashing her estranged husband for the upcoming season of their reality show, “Braxton Family Values.” Tamar is said to believe her fam’ is plotting to gang up on Vince, in order to destroy him and portray him as ‘a villain.’ Sources close to the Braxtons, claim Tamar is NOT happy her moms and sisters would “stoop so low for personal gain” a.k.a. television ratings. As a result, Tamar’s allegedly refusing to promote the show, unless she has final approval of the scenes that pertain to Vince.

Trina, Towanda, and Traci Braxton are not ones to take Tamar’s claims lightly. That’s why they decided to speak out to tell their side of the story to TMZ. The Braxtons say that just because Vince is Tamar’s husband, it doesn’t make him off limits when it comes to them giving their opinions about him on their show. But despite all the rumors and the so-called incriminating evidence, it was discovered that Vince doesn’t have another baby on the way. Surprisingly, Tamar admitted that she jumped the gun when she took to Instagram to blast her husband about the alleged love child. She even admitted that she regrets listening to her friends who claimed the rumor was true. When asked about the rumors, Vince blamed all of the drama on his soon-to-be ex-wife’s so-called “friends.” “People are miserable and if they see you happy they don’t want that,” Vince said.

Despite Tamar’s confession and Vince blasting the singer’s friends in agreement, she made it clear that the love child is not the only reason why she chose to file for divorce. She revealed she filed for divorce because “we’re together each and every single day, we’re attached at the hip and it just got to be too much,” Tamar admitted. She also decided to go a little deeper with her explanation. According to E! Tamar and Vince’s appearance on The View aired days before new reports surfaced about their Calabasas home. According to The Jasmine Brand, the couple has removed their home from the real estate market and re-listed it as a rental property. It has been reported that the couple is looking to rent out the sprawling mansion for a whopping $150,000. Yes, you read that right; $150,000 a month is the rental price tag for the home. So, it doesn’t look like they’ll be selling it anytime soon. Could it mean there’s still a chance for Tamar and Vince? While Tamar claims it’s a done deal, there’s one person close to her who isn’t totally convinced the marriage is over.

According to BET, Tamar’s big sis,’ Toni has a different take on all the drama. As many of us have now seen, Tamar was turned all the way up on Saturday, as she proceeded to put her husband’s alleged cheating on full blast across social media.

She accused Vince of expecting a love child with Basketball Wives reality star, Laura Govan, whom Tamar so eloquently referred to as a “whore.”

Soon after Tamar’s venting got underway, Laura disabled all comments on her Instagram page, presumably because thousands of ‘Tamartians’ (that’s what Tamar calls her fans) were ready to jump all over Laura in the comments.

Although neither Vince, nor Laura immediately spoke out in the midst of Tamar’s allegations, Laura is now ready to let the world know her side of the story. See what she had to say about this ratchet disaster of a (alleged) love triangle. Laura is also implicating her ex-husband/NBA player, Gilbert Arenas, in this situation…

Via TMZ: Laura tells TMZ … she’s not a homewrecker or the “whore” who allegedly got pregnant by Tamar’s husband, Vincent Herbert. Govan says she’s never been with Vince, and on top of that … she’s not pregnant and is in a happy relationship with someone else. Laura tells us the reason people think Herbert cheated on Tamar with her — besides Tamar suggesting it online — is because Arenas, her ex and baby daddy, started the rumor. We’re told he reached out to Tamar recently and told her Herbert was cheating with Govan.

But wait, there’s more…

Laura tells us this is completely false and is just a new way for Gilbert to attack her … and Tamar fell for it. She also says Gilbert needs to stop spreading lies and focus on child support — which she says he hasn’t paid since September. -TMZ

And there ya have it family. Listen, we don’t know who to believe , but two things are evident: (1) Somebody’s lying, question is- WHO?; and (2) Vince is quiet as a mouse right now. Message to Vince Herbert-
