That’s why he’s now taking new legal actions against her to shut it all the way down. only prob’ for Kellz is that Drea and her attorney have now clapped back with new claims against him of their own.

According to TMZ, R. Kelly done had it up to HERE with Drea talking about him in interviews and on television. In fact, he’s now filed a new legal claim stating that she’s breached a prior agreement they had in place:

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ … Kelly’s legal team filed a motion alleging the singer’s ex, Drea Kelly, has breached a marital settlement agreement they signed back in January 2009. In it, Drea agreed she would not say a peep about the time they were married.

In docs, Kelly’s team says he wants a judge to order her to not speak about anything related to their marriage. Kelly says they agreed neither would divulge “any account of their private lives, business activities, relationship with each other, marriage or circumstances surrounding the dissolution.”

That is because according to the “12 Play” crooner’s attorney, he is finally all caught up on his delinquent child support fees to Drea. There are only a few questions left unanswered and his lawyer is trying like hell to make it all make since.

In case you haven’t been keeping up with the ‘R. Kelly vs. Drea’ drama, Drea was heated because Kellz hadn’t paid her the remaining $32,000.00 he owed from his back child support, plus interest, after already paying her a lump sum of $161,633.00 months ago.

Kellz’s lawyer, Steven Greenberg , has now spoken out to confirm that R. Kelly has just paid Drea her $32K and “doesn’t owe one more single solitary cent,” according to TMZ. However, Kellz will still have to face the same money issue when that $21,000.00 monthly child support due date comes around next month…and the month after that…and so on, and so forth.

Greenberg also assured that R. Kelly will no longer be slackin’ off with paying Drea her hefty payments each month, but now that leaves several questions…

Now that we’ve gotten that ever so appropriate intro out of the way, onto his ex-wife, Andrea “Drea” Kelly, and her latest legal filing against him.

What Drea Wants From R. Kelly…
For R. Kelly’s sake, the good news is that Drea did not file any new claims of sexual/physical abuse against him. The bad news for R. Kelly, is that she did, however, file a claim that is certain to sting his ‘nearly broke’ pockets (according to what R. Kelly).

It’s just been reported that Drea’s afraid that Kellz will not pay her the rest of the child support interest money he owes. Therefore, she’s now filed new legal docs, requesting that the court expeditiously set a definite and soon deadline for Kelly to pay up.

As it stands right now, according to Drea’s filing, R. Kelly was not given a precise date as to when he’d have to pay her the remaining interest balance of $32,000 that he still owes from that lump sum back child support he paid months ago. As a result, Drea claims that the crooner is procrastinating like hell, with runnin’ her the rest of her court ordered money. Without a definite deadline set, she believes that she will ‘never’ get her paper.

This current child support drama stems from March 2019, when R. Kelly was arrested for lagging behind on his child support by a whopping $161,633.00. He sat in a Cook County, IL jail for a few days, until he came up with the money to pay Drea. Ever since 2009, he’s paid a court-mandated amount of $20,833 per month to Drea for their three children.

Even though R. Kelly has been forced to get back on track with his monthly child payments, Drea still wants her $32K interest payment. We’ll sit back and see how that goes…but Drea could also be requesting a rushed deadline, because based on Kelly’s latest legal problems, his money may really be dried up soon…

The Pain Is Still There

When Drea first met R. Kelly she was enamored with his talent and believed that she had met the love of her life. Unfortunately she had no idea what she was in for. The many tales she revealed over the course of the six episodes in the Surviving R. Kelly series were very grim. It spoke wholeheartedly of a tale between a man hiding many demons and a woman who wanted to love him beyond his pain. In midst of his ongoing 10-count felony sex abuse case, pending lawsuits, child support issues, and housing debt up to his ears, the “12 Play” crooner is in another bind. It’s now reportedly been confirmed that he has a negative $13 in his bank account.

What Had Happened Was…
As we previously reported, Kelly’s landlord forced him to handle his debt for one of his Chicago homes, when the landlord seized $150,000.00 from R. Kelly’s bank accounts. At the time of that report days ago, it was not yet confirmed exactly how much he currently has in his accounts. Here is what has now been revealed about on of them:

Via The Blast- According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Wintrust Bank, where Kelly holds an account, informed one of his creditors (his former landlord) that the singer currently has a balance of negative $13 with them.

Recap Of R. Kelly’s Odd Confessional Song & Slamming Of Celebs Who Attacked Him

Now, I must admit that R. Kelly’s new track (below) did seen a tadbit odd at times.

For one, he’s throughly aware of the underage sexual allegations against him lately, yet, he used a sample of Aaliyah to help get his point across. The late songstress was once rumored to be Kelly’s wife, when he was in his 20’s and she was approximately 15 years old. So um…yeah, that probably wasn’t the wisest musical choice in this scenario.

The other reason it was a little odd, was because in addressing the allegations against him, he admitted that he likes both “older and younger” – a statement that he probably should’ve left out altogether…UNLESS he was REALLY going to go into detail about just HOW young he’s referring to. For example: Kelly recalled his first time meeting Joycelyn Savage- the 23 year old woman whose parents sent her to live with R. Kelly (which is also odd on their part), but now claim he’s brainwashed and/or kidnapped her (which she adamantly denies). According to Kelly, he and Joycelyn were instantly attracted to each other, when her parents brought her backstage to meet him. During that time, Joycelyn was still a teenager according to Mr. and Mrs. Savage. So again, Kellz prolly should’ve left certain topics alone…UNLESS he was ready to REALLY go there…but he didn’t.

As far as his other topics, they were pretty straight forward. Kelly called out Steve Harvey, John Legend and Tom Joyner for publicly attacking him without knowing all the facts. He also addressed the extreme money problems that the sex cult rumors and other recent allegations have caused him, as well as his illiteracy and child molestation of his own. Now Drea’s got something to say…

Drea Goes OFF About R. Kelly’s “I Admit”

Drea has been going off on social media, following the song’s release. She’s urging people to seek help if they’re in an abusive relationship and she’s also calling out Kelly, telling him to “admit he abused her and other women. In one of her pissed off posts, Drea used a photo of Whoopi Goldberg’s “Celie” character, to get her point across. Check out her post below:

The “Celie” image was from the “Color Purple” scene where “Celie” pointed her two fingers at “Albert” (Danny Glover) and told him “Until you do right by me, everything you even think about gonna fail!” That was obviously a symbolical image of Drea implying she was “Celie” in this scenario and R. Kelly is the low-down “Albert” character.

In another Instagram post, Drea wrote:

“I am a voice for the voiceless! I will NEVER STOP. Just because I SPEAK UP doesn’t mean I’m not healed. Because I am healed… I SPEAK UP! #DomesticViolenceAwareness 365”

Even though Drea is slammin’ the hell outta her ex-husband all over social media, fans are still slammin’ her for not making her claims sooner. They’re now accusing her of doing this for fame and/or to revive her reality TV career. Drea has adamantly denied those accusations as well.
