The matriarch of the Jackson fam,’ Katherine Jackson, may be 93 years young, but that’s not stopping her for fighting for what she feels is right, even if that means goin’ toe-to-toe with her late son’s estate.

Mama Katherine is demanding a 6-figure sum of $561,548 from her son, Michael Jackson’s, estate to cover legal bills she incurred while fighting the estate’s executors over a proposed deal. Court documents first obtained by Radar Online reveal that Katherine’s law firm, Glaser Weil Fink Howard Jordan & Shapiro, billed her for the legal services provided.

Michael Jackson’s estate and Katherine have been entangled in a legal battle for months. While Michael’s three children were the beneficiaries of his trust, he also established The Katherine Jackson Trust to provide for his mother for the rest of her life. However, conflicts arose between the executors, John Branca and John McClain, and the Jackson family.

The executors reportedly submitted a secret deal for approval, which Katherine opposed in a heavily redacted response. The estate argued that Katherine had previously objected to successful deals, including the highly profitable live concert film “This is It!” The executors claimed that they successfully turned the estate around and generated substantial revenue through various deals.

In an effort to get Mama Katherine Jackson to cover his 2017 legal fees in her now-dismissed elder abuse case against him, her nephew (in-law), Trent Jackson, let all of the cats outta the bag.

Trent — whom Mrs. Jackson fired as her driver and banned from her home a few years ago — revealed how much of Michael Jackson’s estate earnings the Jackson family matriarch reportedly told him she pays her kids to cover their monthly expenses.

His court doc statements were slightly surprising. Why? Because according to Trent, it is only a few of MJ’s siblings that are supposedly being taken care of by his estate, and not the whole fam’…at least not on paper.

See the details below of what Trent had to say in his previous last-ditch effort to get money from Mama Katherine [via TMZ]:

Trent Jackson wants Katherine to cover the expenses he incurred while defending himself against her claims of elder abuse. In new legal docs — obtained by TMZ — he says Katherine told him she receives a $67,000 monthly stipend from Michael Jackson’s estate, which she doles out to some of her kids to support them and their families.

In the docs, Trent says Katherine told him she gave $12,000/month to Jermaine Jackson … $7,000/mo. to Rebbie Jackson … $30,000/mo. to La Toya Jackson … and $9,850/mo. toward a rental in Calabasas where Jermaine and Randy Jackson’s kids stay. That adds up to $58,850 … almost all of her stipend.

Trent says in light of that kind of spending, Katherine can afford to pay his attorneys, Ron Rale and Philip Cohen, the more than $58,000 in fees for dragging him into court on a case that was ultimately thrown out. Btw, Trent still believes Katherine’s kids coerced her into filing the case.

For the record, the case was actually dismissed after Katherine told the judge that she wanted to postpone the trial date, due to not being preparedto withstand the demands of the trial and the drama that comes with it. Trent is reportedly also still fired and not welcomed in her home, as far as we know.

Katherine claimed that Trent abused her by keeping her secluded from her children, wire tapping her home to monitor her moves, stealing money from her bank account and businesses, and denying her medical attention when she once believed she was having a heart attack or stroke. The bright side for Trent is that by Mama Katherine allowed her lawsuit to be dropped, he may have dodged a bullet. Therefore, some would argue that it’s probably wise for him to just leave well enough alone…if he hasn’t already done so.

By now, most fans of the Jackson family have heard all about Joe Jackson’s secret daughter, Joh’Vonnie Jackson. Since she didn’t grow up with her half-siblings, she’s never really had the opportunity to speak publicly about her life as a Jackson – until recent years. In recent years, Joh’Vonnie appeared on “The Talk” daytime talk show, where she had the opportunity to promote her then new book, “Bastard Child.” You can probably guess what the book is about, but it also includes a few details about her few interactions with her half-siblings. She openly discussed one incident with Janet Jackson that didn’t go very well.

During the “The Talk” discussion, Joh’Vonnie, now 46, recalled the first time she met Janet Jackson. Although Joh’Vonnie is biologically related to the famed singer, that didn’t mean she wasn’t a starstruck fan like everyone else. So, of course, she was ecstatic about meeting her sister, but unfortunately, the first meeting went all the way left. But, why did things go awry so quickly? Well, Joh’Vonnie has revealed one word she said made things completely awkward. She referred to Joe Jackson as “daddy.” For those who don’t know, Janet and her siblings were never allowed to call their father “Daddy.” All of the Jackson children referred to their father simply as “Joseph.”

Joh’Vonnie said, we met up at Rebbie’s house and we were having a pretty good conversation until I said, ‘Daddy’ and she got upset. But the reason she got upset is because he did not allow them to call him Daddy.”

A 25-Year Affair:

For the Jackson children, learning about Joh’Vonnie definitely wasn’t easy. Then to make matters worse, it was revealed that Joh’Vonnie’s mother, Cheryle, wasn’t exactly a one-night-stand for Joe. The two reportedly had a 25-year affair and Joe wasn’t exactly an absentee father. Based on Joh’Vonnie’s claims, it appears Joe lived a double life because she has a completely different view of Joe, filled with fond memories and family vacations. With she and her mother, he wasn’t the so-called ‘slave-driving perfectionist’ he was often depicted as with his other children.

“He would come round most days sometimes without warning, he was very much a presence in my life, I was a daddy’s girl, sai Joh’Vonnie. “I would be so excited, he would bring me presents, my favorite black walnut ice cream. I was spoiled rotten.”

For Joh’Vonnie, family life was great until she learned the truth about her father. At age 11, she learned that he was a married man. She revealed she met Katherine Jackson during a chance encounter at a nail salon. She admitted it was all so confusing:

“We walk in [the salon] and there’s Katherine Jackson sitting right there. I got so upset, so nervous – I was confused. And she said, ‘She looks just like him’ – she said that to my best friend. So, I left out and shouted, ‘I’m gonna call my daddy.’

She continued:

The reason I was so upset was because we couldn’t even shop at the corner grocery store. We had to go to a different grocery store. And now she’s in the neighborhood getting her nails done, I’m thinking I might possibly get in trouble. It was such a confusing time.”

Moved On:

Despite the past-estrangement, Joh’Vonnie has admitted that things eventually changed for the better over the years. During previous interviews, she admitted Katherine Jackson once referred to her as the “bastard child,” but she’s admitted the Jackson family matriarch’s pain was understandable:

“I think she was very hurt at the time of the affair. That’s totally understandable. No woman likes for her husband to go cheating on her and produce a child. It was probably heart-breaking,” Joh’Vonnie said. “But she had come out of that, she let me live in her home, me and my daughter, and I took care of her home when she was not there. We’ve cooked together and have had good conversations.”

It’s unclear of 90 years young Katherine Jackson still has any type of relationship with Joh’Vonnie, but it’s good to see the Jackson matriarch still going strong to this day.

As you know, Joe Jackson passed away in June 2018 at age 89 –just one month prior to his 90th birthday– but his legacy will live on forever.

Michael Jackson’s estate done had it up to HERE with the Leaving Neverland documentary and is now putting HBO on full blast in new legal docs.

As we’ve all heard by now, MJ accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, were exposed for telling several lies and/or inconsistencies in the documentary, regarding the alleged abuse they claimed to have endured from MJ as kids. LN director, Dan Reed, later publicly admit there were inaccuracies presented in his HBO doc’ as well.

As a result, MJ’s estate initially hit HBO with a $100 million lawsuit back in February 2019, and filed a petition to force HBO into a public arbitration, so fans could also witness the court proceedings. The estate claims HBO spread lies in the LN doc, and also violated a “longstanding contractual relationship” MJ had with the network. Therefore, it strongly believes a non-disparagement clause was breached.

Fast forward to today and MJ’s estate is pretty much calling out HBO for being straight up cowards, in a no-holds-barred response to HBO’s legal reply to it’s lawsuit.

It’s been nearly 2 months since the Jackson family patriarch, Joe Jackson, died from pancreatic cancer at 89 on July 27, 2018. No one’s missing him more than his 88 year old devoted wife, Katherine Jackson, and his kids. Ever since Joe’s passing, many of us have been worried about how the Jackson matriarch has been holding up. Well, to our pleasant surprise she resurfaced a few days ago and it’s was beautiful to see her overcome with joy by her grandbaby.

Mama Katherine was last seen publicly at the private memorial service the famiy held for Joe in June. She was frail at that time and was in her wheelchair. Though she’s still wheelchair bound and frail, understandably so, she was seemingly determined to go and support Michael’s daughter, Paris (20), for her performance.

In case y’all haven’t heard, Paris is a model, but now she’s added the title of ‘singer’ to her resume.’ She recently performed with her bandmate, Gabriel Glenn, at the outdoor Canyon Sessions cancer fundraiser in Los Angeles. The name of their new group is The Soundflowers and it was only Paris’ second live performance as an official singer.

Needless to say, MJ’s daughter was hella nervous at first, but apparently she felt a heightened level of nervousness AND warmth at the sight of her grandma Katherine and MANY family members strolling onto the grassy field that day. After her band’s set, Katherine shared many photos of her grandmother and it was clear to see that Katherine was very emotional.

In one of her posts, Paris captioned a loving pic of herself and Katherine with this explicit, yet loving message:

“F**k. i can’t believe my grandma made it to our second live show ever. and she actually liked it!?!!!”

In another, Paris showed herself, Katherine, and several relatives, including her aunt Rebbie Jackson:

“I was sh**ing my pants. i love you so much grandma. i’m so happy we got to play for you and to play for such an incredible cause.”

We’ve also gotta give Paris her props for performing fresh off the hills of a painful surgery. It was just 24 hours prior to the cancer fundraiser, that she’d revealed she’d undergone surgery for an abscess removal. She even still had her hospital band on during the show.

Via DailyMail: So long story short, I had surgery yesterday,’ said [Paris], adding: ‘I had an abscess that was almost the size of a golf ball.’

‘That’s one of the things that just grows and grows and grows until it pops. And if it pops, you can go septic and die,’ she further explained. ‘But I didn’t die and they operated immediately. They did say that it was something I should’ve gone under for surgery for, but I didn’t, and I was awake for all of it and it was definitely the most pain I’ve ever been though in my entire life – considering I’m covered in tattoos. But I’m alive!’

‘And we played a show today and we didn’t completely suck,’ she began. ‘And my f**king grandma was there and I’m so relieved she didn’t hate it and she actually liked it. It means the world to me. “

The fundraiser ended up raising $20K, her granddad and dad would be proud.

On a side note, another thing we also noticed, is that the the dude whom Joe Jackson once referred to as Michael’s “son” (and also who Paris and her brother, Prince refer to as their ‘brother) was also in the above photo, standing directly behind Katherine’s chair. Hmmm….

Anywho, it’s wonderful seeing so much love be showered upon Katherine by her grandbaby and fam.’ One thing is for certain, although she’s clearly heartbroken after losing her life partner, Joe, she will NEVER be alone, the Jacksons have like a kazillion family members and no shortage of love whatsoev.’

What Happened To Katherine Jackson?

According to several reports, Katherine Jackson was hospitalized at a San Fernando Valley, Ca. hospital and in loss of several of her main senses, after allegedly suffering a stroke. Here is what was reported by RadarOnline:

Katherine Jackson has suffered a stroke, it has been revealed. Several sources have confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the 87-year-old recently suffered a health setback. A source revealed: “She suffered the stroke about a week ago. Katherine was in hospital but she is now at home again. She’s having trouble seeing and speaking. But it’s under control, the doctors are monitoring it. Apparently this isn’t the first stroke that she’s had. Rebbie and another of her kids are with her.”

It is understood that she was treated at a hospital in the San Fernando Valley area for her latest issue.

Another source revealed: “She did have a small stroke. There have been a number of strokes over the years and her overall health would be considered poor.”

We sincerely hope Mama Katherine pulls through this, if she is in fact suffering ailing health from a stroke.

Katherine Jackson’s Reason Family Drama May Have Caused Harm

At 87 years young, The Mrs. Jackson has been going through unnecessary, painful drama that no one should have to endure in their later years. So it wouldn’t be farfetched if her health has taken a hit these days.

Aside from living with the constant pain of her son, Michael Jackson, no longer being here with her, throughout the past year or so, Katherine has had to battle her nephew, Trent Lamar Jackson, in court over her several claims of abuse theft, and more. As we previously reported, she’s been secretly suffering in silence according to her court docs- due to what she says was elder abuse by the actions of Trent.

However, in April of last year (2017), a judge tossed out Katherine Jackson’s elder abuse case and the restraining order she had pending in an L.A. county court to keep Trent away from her and her properties. Why? Well, it’s complicated. You see, it’s not that Mrs. Jackson didn’t want Trent to stay the hell away, but she apparently needed more time to prepare herself and her mind for the full blown out trial it was about to turn into. So she and her attorney asked the judge to press the pause button on the case for now.

Unfortunately, in doing so, Mrs. Jackson filed a request to have the case dismissed ‘without prejudice.’ That basically means that she wants to hold off on proceeding with the trial right now (which was set to begin on Tuesday 4-25-17), but that she’d like to be able to refile the restraining order against Trent for the same abuse claims on a future date. Long story short, the judge was like, ‘Nah, ain’t nobody got time for that’ (not in so many words of course) and denied Katherine’s request. The judge ultimately decided to dismiss her case ‘with prejudice,’ meaning she cannot refile against her nephew for the same charges. The bright side is that the judge did allow Katherine to file a new restraining order against Trent for any future abusive conduct toward her.

Her nephew, Trent, worked for his Aunt Katherine, as her driver for many years, but in 2017 things went completely left. Mama Katherine claimed that Trent -who was living with her at her Calabasas, Ca. home- had been stealing money off from her bank accounts, emotionally and/or physically abusing her, and that she feared for her life when he was there. When she tried to fire him and force him to move off of her property, he allegedly went off and stormed out of the door. Katherine then moved out of her home and reportedly never returned, out of fear for her life, according to court docs and reports.

Joh’Vonnie Jackson was born in 1974 and surprisingly, Joe managed to successfully keep her a secret for years, while being very involved in her life ever since birth. Even more surprising, was what Joh’Vonnie revealed about what Katherine did for her, that most wives would never do for their husband’s side baby, or as Katherine once called her, the “Bastard child.”

Speaking of Joe’s “bastard child,” that is exactly what Joh’Vonnie decided to name her tell all memoir, in a playful-yet-hurtful ode to what the Jackson matriarch once called her. It was during a recent interview of about that memoir, that Joh’Vonnie dropped a bunch of gems about what it was like growing up as the hidden child of Joe Jackson’s mistress.

Joe’s Great Lengths To Hide Mistress & Love Child

One thing we found interesting, were the exhausting lengths Joe took back in the day, to hide Joh’Vonnie and her beloved mother, who lived just 5 miles away from the Jackson’s Encino, Ca. family home. Based on what she revealed, Joe was pulling off some covert, Navy Seals Type missions just to take them to grocery stores and such:

Via Daily Mail: “My life was hush-hush, there was grocery stores we couldn’t shop at, there were places we couldn’t go in our own neighborhood,” recalls Joh’Vonnie. “If we went to watch a movie we would have to go miles out, my dad loves to watch movies, it was a real inconvenience when there was a movie theater right down the street. Joe was scared of a reporter seeing us, somebody taking pictures and putting it in a news article and then have to go home to discuss this with an angry wife.”

“Every time I went somewhere he would drum it into me that I shouldn’t talk about our family’s business,” said Joh’Vonnie. “I wasn’t allowed to have anyone over to the house, I complained and stomped my feet and told him, ‘Daddy I don’t have any friends.’ So he took me to a dog kennel and we bought two German Shepherd puppies called Lady and Big Foot. He said ‘There you go, there’s your friends, play with them.'”

Joe Visited His 2nd Family Most Days Of The Week

Despite the trouble they’d have to go through just shop for groceries, Joh’Vonnie has very happy childhood memories of her dad. She said Joe would usually spend time with her and her mom most days throughout the week.

“Daddy would come zooming through the gates in his two-seater Mercedes or Rolls Royce,” recalls Joh’Vonnie, 43. He’d be hungry and his dinner would be cooked. My mother was an excellent cook. He would come round most days sometimes without warning, he was very much a presence in my life, I was a daddy’s girl.”

Joh’Vonnie fondly remembers watching 80s TV show Kung Fu Theater and professional wrestling with her dad while sat on the sofa eating popcorn together.

Joe Jackson was so settled into his double life, that Joh’Vonnie says he even had a garden in their backyard, that he tended to every Sunday:

“We had over an acre and we would tend the garden together,” she recalls. “Daddy loved to cook the vegetables he had grown, he’d bring them right in the house real fresh, green beans everything. Daddy and I did a lot together. Every Sunday we were at the lake fishing on daddy’s boat. I would sit in the sun while he fished, it was wonderful.”

He Lavished Secret Daughter With Gifts

In addition to spending quality time with his second fam,’ Joh’Vonnie also said Joe would shower her with gifts most of the time and she loved it:

“I would be so excited, he would bring me presents, my favorite black walnut ice cream. I was spoiled rotten,” she said. “He was very loving and nicknamed me ‘Jobie’ and often called me sweet-potato or Sally-Mae.”

Joh’Vonnie said her father would bring her a different doll back from every one of his globe-trotting trips.

They Vacationed & Spent Holidays Together

Joe Jackson seemed to have it all perfectly planned out, because surprisingly, he was even able to get away with taking his second family on Christmas trips to Florida, without Katherine Jackson ever finding out:

“We went to Orlando most years, we’d go to Disney, exchange gifts and had a great time,” said Joh’Vonnie….”Katherine doesn’t celebrate Christmas because she’s a Jehovah’s Witness, that made it real easy for him.’

Joh’Vonnie then recalled how Joe surprised her for one Christmas, when she was sick and he tried to cheer her up:

“Daddy got me out of bed, marched me around the house like in the Nutcracker, then we went back to my room and there was a tree he had decorated in my closet. He can do a lot of nice things, he was a good father.”

By the time Joh’Vonnie reached her 20’s, Joe Jackson moved out of the Jackson family home and she went to live with him in his Las Vegas, NV crib. Joh’Vonnie and her 23 year old daughter, Yasmine, now live just a few miles away from Joe in Vegas and sees him at least once a week. Even though she’s had a great relationship with her Pops, Joe Jackson, Joh’Vonnie also said that she thinks what her father and mother did, by have=ing an affair, was wrong.

What Katherine Jackson Did For Joe’s Love Child After Her Mom Passed

As we previously reported, Joe Jackson finally took Joh’Vonnie to meet her famous siblings and his wife at their Encino, CA home years ago. She says her brother Michael Jackson, barely spoke to her, and the rest were somewhat cordial, with the exception of Rebbie, whom she still has a relationship with today.

Even though Katherine Jackson once called her the ‘bastard child,’ throughout the years, she became very kind to Joh’Vonnie. In fact, Joh’Vonnie said that when her mother passed away a couple years ago, it was Katherine- not her siblings- who called to check on her to see how she was doing.

Wow! So, Mama Katherine found a way to move past the pain of her husband having a love child, to ultimately having great concern for the child’s well being, following the death of her husband’s mistress. After Mama Katherine rolled up to the popular L.A. spot, Mel’s Diner, at approximately 11 p.m., she did not go unnoticed by a camera happy fan, who captured the moment. She was accompanied by two women- who looked very similar to Rebbie Jackson and Rebbie’s daughter, Yashi Brown (but there is no confirmation on whether or not those two women were them, so take this part with a grain of salt)- as well as one bodyguard.

Rebbie’s been spotted with her mother a lot lately. Katherine was reported to have been living with Rebbie for a while, after vacating her Calabasas, Ca. home due to friction with her nephew, Trent Lamar Jackson, last year (2016). She and Rebbie also recently took visit to London (where Janet lives) together and were photo’d there. Here’s is why a few unnamed members of the Jackson family are reportedly worried after seeing photos of Katherine at the L.A. restaurant the other night:

Via TMZ: Some members of the Jackson family are very concerned because they said the matriarch would NEVER end up close to midnight on the Sunset Strip at a diner. They note Katherine loved her life when she was living at her Calabasas home with a chef hired by the Michael Jackson estate. They say she would have scoffed at diner food, and think she’s been pressured and fooled by certain members of Jackson’s family to bolt from the fold and help them squeeze money from the estate.

Via TMZ: Our sources say Katherine is now living in a hotel near her Calabasas home, and they believe it’s all the doing of certain family members who want to keep Katherine isolated … especially from her grandchildren.

Katherine’s Moves Eerily Similar To MJ’s?

All of this consistent talk about Katherine Jackson’s stake in MJ’s estate, as well as her constant relocations and living incognito, away from her home and several others, is starting to sound eerily similar to her beloved son, Michael’s, final years.

According to MJ’s mentor/close friend, activist Dick Gregory, MJ was so terrified at one point in his life, that he called Gregory for help after he’d stopped eating the food being served to him and lost a lot of weight as a result of fearing someone may try to poison him.
