As the battle of Grandpa vs. granddaughter rages on over the estate of Young & The Restless star, Kristoff St. John, a judge has just dropped an order on both of ’em that they were not necessarily hoping for.

A few weeks ago we informed y’all that when Kristoff died on February 3, 2019, it was originally believed he’d left no will, which made things even more chaotic as his different family members scrambled to gain control over his estate. At that time, Kristoff’s eldest daughter, Paris St. John (27) and his ex-wife, Mia St. John, were the first to file for estate control. Then Kristoff’s pops, Christopher St. John, shocked them when he presented the court with a handwritten from his son.

The Latest Court Order
The judge has yet to decide who gets what, nor if the handwritten will is authentic. Therefore, the case of Grandpops vs. Grandbaby has taken a slight twist. They now have to work together:

Via The Blast- A hearing was held earlier this week after the soap star’s father and daughter filed opposing documents in his probate case. St. John’s father submitted a handwritten will he believed to be valid, while the daughter believed the will was never meant to be seen.

During the hearing, the judge ruled that Christopher St. John and Paris St. John were to be named Co-Special Administrators of the estate until a hearing in July. The judge stated they each had equal powers and the two sides must agree on the sale of any of St. John’s property and what to do with the proceeds from any sale of his belongings.

Imagine being gainfully employed on a day time show continuously for a century and in death having only a little over 100k to your name and no will to show for it. That is the situation with “Young and the Restless” soap opera star who played Neil Winters.

Kristoff St. John  52, ex-wife Mia St. John,  found him dead at his home on Super Bowl Sunday. Cops said they believe alcohol was involved. Upon his death, there was no official will– that’s where trouble arose within his immediate family.

Kristoff’s will net value is estimated at $122,000.

St. John did not have a will set up when he died, but now his eldest daughter Parisi St. John has stepped in to handle her late father’s estate. Instead of Christopher–Kristoff’s father being appointed the executor, Paris believes it was her father’s wishes for a neutral party to be in charge. She admits that financial loose ends need to be handled, but does not want Grandpa St. John to be the one handling them.

Finally, it claims a “page has been removed” from the holographic will, and believes the page specifically addressed Kristoff’s property. She argues that since the page was removed, a “suspicion” has been created as to the document’s validity.

A Family Dispute

A handwritten will is at the center of a family dispute between Kristoff St. John’s daughter and her grandfather.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, St. John died from hypertrophic heart disease, but investigators noted his heart muscle had “myocardial bridging,” and showed signs of alcohol abuse. His death is categorized as an accident.

Kristoff’s eldest daughter– Paris St. John just petitioned the court in Los Angeles to become the administrator of Kristoff’s estate. Paris lists that her father died without a will, and notes that his net value is estimated at $122,000.

Paris’ mother, Mia St. John, is currently weighing her legal options after believing the mental health facility that cared for her ex-husband in the days before his death did not treat his mental illness properly for addiction.

Christopher, father of the late Kristoff St. John recently filed a handwritten will which allegedly named the “Young and the Restless” star’s father as the executor and left all his money to his two daughters, Paris and Lola.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Paris St. John filed an objection to her grandfather motion to become the executor of his deceased son’s estate. Paris believes the alleged handwritten will was never meant to be discovered and says it, “was written inside a private diary and was not intended to be seen by third parties,” adding, “The document would never have been found if someone had not opened the decedent’s private journal.”

In her filing, Paris notes that she believes her dad did NOT have a will, and states that his estimated net worth is $122,000.

Via the Blast: According to the will filed by Kristoff’s father, Christopher St. John, wrote, “In the event of my untimely death,” he wanted all his personal savings and money to be divided up among his two daughters, Lola and Paris, with a split of 75% and 25%.

Things are still looking heavy for the St. John family. Now, it seems Kristoff’s estate is on the ropes. Luckily, his rarely seen daughter is stepping to the plate.

Unfortunately, according to The Blast, the deceased actor didn’t have a documented will in place at the time of his death.

If you don’t remember what happened to Kristoff, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, a death investigation took place at around 2:05 p.m. for a possible alcohol overdose, at the 2300 block of Morea Way — as reports People.

Nevertheless, the source says it rather confirmed St. John died due to heart disease, “which was exacerbated by his alcohol use,” also reported.

According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, his official cause of death was “hypertrophic heart disease…and effects of ethanol.” It was ruled an accident.

‘The Young & the Restless’ Star Laid To Rest

Like so many of my peers, I can recall sitting with my grandmother, watching The Young and the Restless.  My favorite actor on the show was undoubtedly, Kristoff St. John. So it was hard for me, as I’m sure it was for so many other fans of the soap opera, to learn St. John was pronounced dead at the age of 52.

The two-time Emmy Award winning actor, died last month on the day of the Super Bowl.  According to The Blast, the star was found unresponsive and unconscious in his San Fernando Valley home on February 3, 2019, by a friend, due to a possible alcohol overdose. He was thereafter pronounced dead after police responded. but the cause of death was deferred until toxicology reports are returned. According to CNN, St. John’s ex-wife believes she knows what caused his death.

Hard For People To Pay Attention

“When Julian (their son) passed, he died of a broken heart…These mental health issues are real. Kristoff suffered from bipolar, our son had schizophrenia and I just felt like it was so hard for people to pay attention.”

Denied

Yesterday, Kristoff St. John’s fiancée posted on Instagram that she was unable to attend his funeral because she was denied of an emergency Visa. Kseniya Mikhaleva, who is from Russia and currently lives there, got engaged with the famous actor in August of last year. Her permission to see her fiancée one last time left her obviously very heart broken.

“Several weeks ago I applied for an “emergency” visa for the funeral to say goodbye my fiancé and beloved. Answer was “No”.

Heartbroken

She stated how she felt in her post about how devastated she was about not being able to attend her fiancée’s funeral.

“My heart is broken. I am going through this with a huge pain in my heart, and realize that I don’t have opportunity to say goodbye to him and put flowers on his grave. It is not right, not fair.”

Mikhaleva expressed how St. John was more than just a companion to her. “In the two years that we were together, he taught me so much – how to love and be loved, how to open the best in other people, how to help people, and simply how to be a good human being. We planned to get married; we had many plans in the future together. With him gone, I have no idea what to do.”

Funeral Is Today

Enews reported that St. John who was found dead in his home in February was remembered for his long and Iconic role in the famous soap “The Young and the Restless.” St. John who won an Emmy for his role, had starred as the Character Neil Winters since 1991.

The cause of death has still yet to be announced by officials. Before his death Kristoff was said to be still mourning the death of his son Julian. St. Johns wife Mia posted on Instagram that he would be laid to rest next to his son.

Via TMZ: ‘Young and The Restless’ star Kristoff St. John was hospitalized and placed under psychiatric evaluation after allegedly threatening to kill himself with a gun. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Kristoff’s ex-wife, Mia, called cops Thursday evening and told them Kristoff had been sending her photos showing the soap star holding a gun to his head. When cops arrived, they confiscated 2 guns and placed Kristoff under a 72-hour hold for mental evaluation.

He was found dead in a bathroom with a plastic bag over his head.

The reason for Kristoff’s wrongful death lawsuit — he says his son did the same thing less than 3 weeks before his death … attempting to asphyxiate himself with a trash bag from his room. In the wrongful death suit, Kristoff says after that failed attempt … the hospital never removed the trash bags from his room.

In his lawsuit, Kristoff says there’s evidence the nurses were falsifying records. He says staffers were supposed to check on Julian every 15 minutes because he was a high suicide risk — but records show they were logging welfare checks before they even happened. For instance, Julian was pronounced dead at 1:44 PM, but nurses had already logged 6 welfare checks between 2 PM and 3:15 PM. Kristoff feels the facility was negligent in its supervision of his son — and if the staff had “acted with even the slighted regard for Julian’s safety, he would still be alive today.”

It is unacceptable that their staff would not follow proper protocol when they know good and well they’re dealing with a hospital filled with occupants whose psychological states are very delicate. Alleged falsified records and not checking on a suicide watch patient accordingly?!! Something sounds real fishy about this story and I hope Kristoff St. John and his ex-wife, Mia (the mother of Julian St. Jon) can get all of the facts and justice for their son real soon.
